本发明涉及一种空气净化器清洗液,属于空气净化器维护技术领域。
背景技术
随着空气污染问题逐渐引起重视,空气净化器逐渐成为人们的家庭常备设施,目前的空气净化器种类中,有一类采用了可重复使用的过滤装置,如静电吸附装置等,这一类过滤装置可在使用一段时间后进行清洗,以恢复其过滤性能,然而由于一些静电吸附装置的结构较为复杂,蓄积其中的颗粒物难以清洗干净;因此清洗效果往往不佳,而影响其再次使用的效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种空气净化器清洗液,能够进入空气净化器过滤装置的内部,起到清洁杀菌的作用,并且安全无毒环保。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种空气净化器清洗液,包括以下成分:可见光光触媒15-20份,分散剂8-16份,脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂10-18份,醇类5-12份,去离子水50-70份,pH调节剂1-5份。
所述可见光光触媒为TiO2/SnO2、TiO2/SiO2、TiO2/ZrO2、Ln2O3/TiO2、TiO2-Al2O3、ZnO/TiO2中的一种或几种组合。
所述脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二醇醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸二乙醇胺、油酸三乙醇胺中的一种或多种。
所述醇类为无水乙醇、丙二醇、正丁醇中的一种或多种。
所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠。
所述分散剂为纤维素衍生物、聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂可使包括油性颗粒物在内的杂质从过滤装置上脱离,可见光光触媒可以在可见光条件下,利用空气和水催化氧化分解反应,对过滤装置上留存的细菌、微生物及其他有机物进行分解,醇类有助于颗粒物和分解产物在清洗液中的溶解,分散剂则作为一种分散、稳定剂,有助于可见光光触媒在清洗液溶液中的均匀分布。
因此,本发明所提供的一种空气净化器清洗液,能够对空气净化器的过滤装置起到很好的清洁杀菌作用,且安全无毒,不污染环境。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例一
一种空气净化器清洗液,包括以下成分:可见光光触媒15份,分散剂8份,脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂10份,醇类5份,去离子水70份,pH调节剂5份。
所述可见光光触媒为TiO2/SnO2
所述脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
所述醇类为无水乙醇。
所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠。
所述分散剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
本发明所达到的有益效果:

所述可见光光触媒为TiO2-Al2O3
所述脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂为脂肪酸二乙醇胺。
所述醇类为正丁醇。
所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠。
所述分散剂为纤维素衍生物。

1.一种空气净化器清洗液,其特征在于,包括以下成分:可见光光触媒15-20份,分散剂8-16份,脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂10-18份,醇类5-12份,去离子水50-70份,pH调节剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器清洗液,其特征在于,所述可见光光触媒为TiO2/SnO2、TiO2/SiO2、TiO2/ZrO2、Ln2O3/TiO2、TiO2-Al2O3、ZnO/TiO2中的一种或几种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器清洗液,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸盐类表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二醇醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸二乙醇胺、油酸三乙醇胺中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器清洗液,其特征在于,所述醇类为无水乙醇、丙二醇、正丁醇中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器清洗液,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器清洗液,其特征在于,所述分散剂为纤维素衍生物、聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
