本发明公开了一种低温热熔胶,涉及热熔胶技术领域,它采用以下重量份数的原料制作构成:乙烯‑甲基丙烯酸共聚物50~80份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯8~12份,增粘树脂5~8份,聚乙烯蜡10~15份,抗氧剂0.2~0.5份。本发明解决了现有的热熔胶耐低温性能差,在低温下容易发生脆裂,并且粘度降低的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶技术领域,尤其是一种低温热熔胶。
背景技术
热熔胶是在一定温度范围内其物理状态会随温度改变而变化的一种可塑性胶粘剂,它在室温下通常呈固态,加热熔化成液态后,可涂布、润湿被粘物,经压合、冷却,能迅速完成胶接。热熔胶为环保产品,因而被广泛应用。但是,现有的热熔胶耐低温性能差,在低温下容易发生脆裂,并且粘度降低,削弱材料的结合强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种低温热熔胶,这种可以解决现有的热熔胶耐低温性能差,在低温下容易发生脆裂,并且粘度降低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种低温热熔胶采用以下重量份数的原料制作构成:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物50~80份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯8~12份,增粘树脂5~8份,聚乙烯蜡10~15份,抗氧剂0.2~0.5份。
上述低温热熔胶的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物50份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯8份,增粘树脂8份,聚乙烯蜡10份,抗氧剂0.2份。
进一步的,乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物66份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯10份,增粘树脂6份,聚乙烯蜡12份,抗氧剂0.3份。
进一步的,乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物80份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯12份,增粘树脂5份,聚乙烯蜡15份,抗氧剂0.5份。
进一步的,所述增粘树脂为芳烃石油树脂或者萜烯树脂。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:热熔胶耐低温性能佳,在低温下不易发生脆裂,并且粘度高,材料的结合强度高;采用乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯可使热熔胶的低温性能得到有效改善,低温柔韧性可到达-40℃不断裂,剥离强度为8~12N/mm;使用增粘树脂能增加初粘力和永久粘接强度,降低热熔胶的熔体粘度,提高被粘材料的浸润性,改善操作性能;使用聚乙烯蜡可调节熔体粘度,改进流动性,增加表面硬度,并加快固化速度。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例的低温热熔胶用以下重量份数的原料制作构成:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物50份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯8份,增粘树脂8份,聚乙烯蜡10份,抗氧剂0.2份。制备时,将原料倒入高速搅拌机搅拌均匀,将搅拌均匀的混合物料用挤出机挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为158℃,螺杆转速为250rpm,物料挤出后经水槽冷却切料,即得。
实施例2
本实施例的低温热熔胶用以下重量份数的原料制作构成:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物66份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯10份,芳烃石油树脂6份,聚乙烯蜡12份,抗氧剂0.3份。制备时,将原料倒入高速搅拌机搅拌均匀,将搅拌均匀的混合物料用挤出机挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为165℃,螺杆转速为280rpm,物料挤出后经水槽冷却切料,即得。
实施例3
本实施例的低温热熔胶用以下重量份数的原料制作构成:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物80份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯12份,萜烯树脂5份,聚乙烯蜡15份,抗氧剂0.5份。制备时,将原料倒入高速搅拌机搅拌均匀,将搅拌均匀的混合物料用挤出机挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为185℃,螺杆转速为225rpm,物料挤出后经水槽冷却切料,即得。

1.一种低温热熔胶,其特征在于采用以下重量份数的原料制作构成:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物50~80份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯8~12份,增粘树脂5~8份,聚乙烯蜡10~15份,抗氧剂0.2~0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低温热熔胶,其特征在于:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物50份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯8份,增粘树脂8份,聚乙烯蜡10份,抗氧剂0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低温热熔胶,其特征在于:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物66份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯10份,增粘树脂6份,聚乙烯蜡12份,抗氧剂0.3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低温热熔胶,其特征在于:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物80份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯12份,增粘树脂5份,聚乙烯蜡15份,抗氧剂0.5份。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项权利要求所述的低温热熔胶,其特征在于:所述增粘树脂为芳烃石油树脂或者萜烯树脂。
