本发明涉及一种自洁的日用陶瓷。
背景技术
日用陶瓷(亦指餐具或者家瓷)顾名思义是指:人们日常生活中必不可少的生活用瓷。日用瓷器长期以来为广大人民群众所喜爱和使用,因为它有以下优点:第一, 易于洗涤和保持洁净。日用瓷釉面光亮,细腻,使用沾污后容易冲刷。第二, 热稳定性较好,传热慢。日用餐具有经受一定温差的急热骤冷变化时不易炸裂的性能。这一点它比玻璃器皿优越,它是热的不良导体,传热缓慢。用来盛装沸水或滚烫的食物,端拿时不太烫手。第三, 化学性质稳定,经久耐用。这一点比金属制品如铜器、铁器、铝器等要优越,日用瓷具有一定的耐酸、碱、盐及大气中碳酸气侵蚀的能力,不易与这些物质发生化学反应,不生锈老化。第四,瓷器的气孔极少,吸水率很低。用日用瓷器储存食物,严密封口后,能防止食物中水分挥发、渗透及外界细菌的侵害。第五, 彩绘装饰丰富多彩,尤其是高温釉彩及青花装饰等无铅中毒危害,可大胆使用,很受人们欢迎。当然日用瓷器也有美中不足之处。最大弱点是抗冲击强度低,不耐摔碰,容易破损,是一种易碎品。此外,一般说来,它不适于明火直烧作炊具用,有的还不耐蒸煮。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种自洁的日用陶瓷,具有良好的自洁性,同时抗菌效果好,且力学强度高,使用寿命长。
