本发明涉及日用陶瓷制品,具体涉及一种高韧性耐火日用陶瓷。
背景技术
日用陶瓷是指生活用瓷,人们接触最多的陶瓷餐具已经成为日常生活中不可或缺的一部分,陶瓷餐具具有美观大方、耐油污、易于洗涤、经久耐用、热稳定性较好、传热慢、吸水率低等优点,然而,现有的陶瓷餐具韧性较差,釉色不均易脱落,因此,需要对其性能进行改进。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述问题,提供了一种高韧性耐火日用陶瓷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种高韧性耐火日用陶瓷,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:粘土50~60份、高岭土15~25份、二氧化硅10~20份、石墨5~12份、天青石8~15份、蓝晶石15~30份、氟树脂6~15份、熟滑石16~22份、芳纶纤维5~16份、盐卤2~8份、环氧树脂2~5份、聚乙烯醇6~18份、耐磨剂2~6份和活性催化剂3~6份。
所述高韧性耐火日用陶瓷,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:粘土52~58份、高岭土18~22份、二氧化硅12~16份、石墨6~10份、天青石10~15份、蓝晶石16~24份、氟树脂8~12份、熟滑石18~20份、芳纶纤维6~14份、盐卤3~7份、环氧树脂3~4份、聚乙烯醇8~15份、耐磨剂3~6份和活性催化剂4~6份。
所述高韧性耐火日用陶瓷,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:粘土55份、高岭土20份、二氧化硅15份、石墨8份、天青石12份、蓝晶石18份、氟树脂10份、熟滑石18份、芳纶纤维11份、盐卤6份、环氧树脂3.5份、聚乙烯醇11份、耐磨剂4.5份和活性催化剂5.2份。
本发明的有益效果:该种高韧性耐火日用陶瓷热稳定性好、强度高、韧性好、耐油污,使用寿命长,轻质细腻,具有良好的抗折强度和耐火性能,能直接在明火上使用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性耐火日用陶瓷,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:粘土52~58份、高岭土18~22份、二氧化硅12~16份、石墨6~10份、天青石10~15份、蓝晶石16~24份、氟树脂8~12份、熟滑石18~20份、芳纶纤维6~14份、盐卤3~7份、环氧树脂3~4份、聚乙烯醇8~15份、耐磨剂3~6份和活性催化剂4~6份。
