技术领域
本发明涉及一种日用陶瓷材料。
背景技术
日用陶瓷(亦指餐具或者家瓷)顾名思义是指:人们日常生活中必不可少的生活用瓷。日用瓷器长期以来为广大人民群众所喜爱和使用，因为它有以下优点:第一， 易于洗涤和保持洁净。日用瓷釉面光亮，细腻，使用沾污后容易冲刷。第二， 热稳定性较好，传热慢。日用餐具有经受一定温差的急热骤冷变化时不易炸裂的性能。这一点它比玻璃器皿优越，它是热的不良导体，传热缓慢。用来盛装沸水或滚烫的食物，端拿时不太烫手。第三， 化学性质稳定，经久耐用。这一点比金属制品如铜器、铁器、铝器等要优越，日用瓷具有一定的耐酸、碱、盐及大气中碳酸气侵蚀的能力，不易与这些物质发生化学反应，不生锈老化。第四，瓷器的气孔极少，吸水率很低。用日用瓷器储存食物，严密封口后，能防止食物中水分挥发、渗透及外界细菌的侵害。第五， 彩绘装饰丰富多彩，尤其是高温釉彩及青花装饰等无铅中毒危害，可大胆使用,很受人们欢迎。当然日用瓷器也有美中不足之处。最大弱点是抗冲击强度低，不耐摔碰，容易破损，是一种易碎品。此外，一般说来，它不适于明火直烧作炊具用，有的还不耐蒸煮。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明要解决的问题是，提供一种日用陶瓷材料，具有良好的光泽度和强度，同时化学性能稳定，不含有有毒物质。
为解决现有技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案是，一种日用陶瓷材料，其由以下重量份数的原料制成：
云南高岭土9-17份，金红石7-9份，硝酸银2-7份，白云石5-9份，水玻璃7-10份，陶砂8-12份，增强材料5-7份，聚乙烯6-11份，天然粘土20-33份，硫酸钡6-8份，珍珠粉7-10份，电气石2.2-3.8份，贝壳粉3-6份，无机纳米硒矿石粉3.5-6份，钾长石1.5-5份，植物纤维6-9份，氧化钴4.3-5.8份。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的日用陶瓷材料，具有良好的光泽度和强度，同时化学性能稳定，不含有有毒物质。
