本发明公开了一种环保陶瓷材料,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:高岭土50~80份、玻璃纤维20~40份、白榴石50~85份、硅藻土10~20份、碳纤维5~15份、锂辉石4~10份、石英石5~20份、白云石粉30~60份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~15份、软锰矿4~15份、氮化铝5~8份、氧化锆1~6份和稳定剂3~9份。该种环保陶瓷材料具有硬度高、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、耐氧化的特性,抗热震性能和耐冲击性能良好,热膨胀系数较小,生产成本较低,使用寿命长,加入了硅藻土,能有效的吸附有害物质,净化环境。

本发明涉及材料技术领域,具体涉及一种环保陶瓷材料。
背景技术
陶瓷材料是用天然或合成化合物经过成型和高温烧结制成的一种无机非金属材料,其理化性能良好,表面装饰手法丰富,耐酸雨,具有良好的自洁功能。目前的陶瓷热膨胀系数较大,在高温环境中容易破碎,其使用范围受到很大限制。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述问题,提供了一种环保陶瓷材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种环保陶瓷材料,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:高岭土50~80份、玻璃纤维20~40份、白榴石50~85份、硅藻土10~20份、碳纤维5~15份、锂辉石4~10份、石英石5~20份、白云石粉30~60份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~15份、软锰矿4~15份、氮化铝5~8份、氧化锆1~6份和稳定剂3~9份。
所述环保陶瓷材料,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:高岭土60~75份、玻璃纤维23~36份、白榴石55~80份、硅藻土15~18份、碳纤维8~12份、锂辉石6~9份、石英石11~18份、白云石粉35~50份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚6~12份、软锰矿6~10份、氮化铝6~8份、氧化锆3~6份和稳定剂5~9份。
所述环保陶瓷材料,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:高岭土65份、玻璃纤维30份、白榴石70份、硅藻土16份、碳纤维10份、锂辉石8份、石英石15份、白云石粉45份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚11份、软锰矿9份、氮化铝7份、氧化锆5份和稳定剂6份。
本发明的有益效果:该种环保陶瓷材料具有硬度高、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、耐氧化的特性,抗热震性能和耐冲击性能良好,热膨胀系数较小,生产成本较低,使用寿命长,加入了硅藻土,能有效的吸附有害物质,净化环境。

1.一种环保陶瓷材料,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:高岭土50~80份、玻璃纤维20~40份、白榴石50~85份、硅藻土10~20份、碳纤维5~15份、锂辉石4~10份、石英石5~20份、白云石粉30~60份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~15份、软锰矿4~15份、氮化铝5~8份、氧化锆1~6份和稳定剂3~9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保陶瓷材料,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:高岭土60~75份、玻璃纤维23~36份、白榴石55~80份、硅藻土15~18份、碳纤维8~12份、锂辉石6~9份、石英石11~18份、白云石粉35~50份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚6~12份、软锰矿6~10份、氮化铝6~8份、氧化锆3~6份和稳定剂5~9份。
