本发明属于陶瓷材料领域,尤其涉及一种硅藻土陶瓷泥料。一种硅藻土陶瓷泥料,包括以下重量份的原料:精制硅藻土30~50份、高岭土20~30份、滑石粉4~6份、石英4~6份、纳米二氧化钛2~4份、活性炭粉3~5份、氧化铝3~5份、氧化铬1~3份、白炭黑6~10份、柠檬酸盐1~2份、负氧离子1~3份。本发明提供的硅藻土陶瓷泥料,泥料中含有硅藻土的硅藻土成分,不仅能使产品釉面光滑、质地坚硬耐久,而且摆放在室内环境中,能有效吸收空气中的有害物质、释放负离子,净化空气。

技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷材料领域,尤其涉及一种硅藻土陶瓷泥料。
背景技术
用陶土烧制的器皿叫陶器,用瓷土烧制的器皿叫瓷器。陶瓷则是陶器、炻器和瓷器的总称。凡是用陶土和瓷土这两种不同性质的粘土为原料,经过配料、成型、干燥、焙烧等工艺流程制成的器物都可以叫陶瓷。现如今陶瓷产品用于各个领域,大多陶瓷都做成器皿储存物品或用于装修材料。通常来说,陶瓷的美观、耐高温和绝缘性能应用较为广泛,但是随着人们生活水平的提高,陶瓷的这些现有性能已不能满足现在人们对高品质生活的追求。
硅藻土主要成分是硅酸质,表面有无数细孔,可吸附、分解空气中的异味,具有调湿、除臭功能。采用硅藻土为原料生产出来的建材,不仅具有不燃、除湿、除臭和通透性好的特点,而且还能够净化空气、抑菌消毒、隔音、防水和隔热。

为弥补当前技术的不足,本发明提供一种硅藻土陶瓷泥料。
本发明所采用的技术方案:
一种硅藻土陶瓷泥料,包括以下重量份的原料:精制硅藻土30~50份、高岭土20~30份、滑石粉4~6份、石英4~6份、纳米二氧化钛2~4份、活性炭粉3~5份、氧化铝3~5份、氧化铬1~3份、白炭黑6~10份、柠檬酸盐1~2份、负氧离子1~3份。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供一种硅藻土陶瓷泥料,泥料中含有硅藻土的硅藻土成分,不仅能使产品釉面光滑、质地坚硬耐久,而且摆放在室内环境中,能有效吸收空气中的有害物质、释放负离子,净化空气。

一种硅藻土陶瓷泥料,包括以下重量份的原料:精制硅藻土30份、高岭土30份、滑石粉4份、石英6份、纳米二氧化钛2份、活性炭粉5份、氧化铝3份、氧化铬3份、白炭黑6份、柠檬酸盐2份、负氧离子1份。

一种硅藻土陶瓷泥料,包括以下重量份的原料:精制硅藻土50份、高岭土20份、滑石粉6份、石英4份、纳米二氧化钛4份、活性炭粉3份、氧化铝5份、氧化铬1份、白炭黑10份、柠檬酸盐1份、负氧离子3份。
实施例3
一种硅藻土陶瓷泥料,包括以下重量份的原料:精制硅藻土40份、高岭土25份、滑石粉5份、石英5份、纳米二氧化钛3份、活性炭粉4份、氧化铝4份、氧化铬2份、白炭黑8份、柠檬酸盐1.5份、负氧离子2份。
