本发明公开了一种金属纹微晶石瓷砖,包括一层微晶石瓷砖板体,所述微晶石瓷砖板体的原料包括以下重量份的组分:二氧化硅60~70份,碳酸钙16~20份,氧化钙6~10份,氧化锌3~4份,碳酸钡2~3份,氧化硼2~3份,银金属丝0.05份;所述微晶石瓷砖板体内有银金属的纹路。本发明与现有技术相比,可以解决现有微晶石瓷砖没有金属色条纹并且不够立体的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料加工技术领域,尤其是一种表面上有金属色条纹的微晶石瓷砖。
背景技术
现有的瓷砖表面的花纹纹路一般都是在瓷砖板体烧结好了之后再进行拼图,因而拼图的效果比较单一,并且不够立体。由于瓷砖,尤其是微晶石的烧结温度较高,一般都超过1000°C以上,而金属在这么高的温度下已经融化,形成离子,因而以现有的技术没办法生产出有金属色的条纹,并且有立体感的瓷砖。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种金属纹微晶石瓷砖,以解决现有微晶石瓷砖没有金属色条纹并且不够立体的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本金属纹微晶石瓷砖包括一层微晶石瓷砖板体,所述微晶石瓷砖板体的原料包括以下重量份的组分:二氧化硅60~70份,碳酸钙16~20份,氧化钙6~10份,氧化锌3~4份,碳酸钡2~3份,氧化硼2~3份,银金属丝0.05份;所述微晶石瓷砖板体内有银金属的纹路。
在上述技术方案中,更为具体的技术方案可以是:所述银金属丝直径0.6毫米~1.5毫米。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本金属纹微晶石瓷砖的原料中放置了一定分量的银金属,并保持在微晶石瓷砖板体内有银金属的纹路,以增加在瓷砖表面看上去有金属纹路,并且有立体感,以满足市场的需要。

本金属纹微晶石瓷砖,包括一层微晶石瓷砖板体,微晶石瓷砖板体的原料包括以下重量份的组分:二氧化硅60份,碳酸钙20份,氧化钙6份,氧化锌4份,碳酸钡2份,氧化硼3份,银金属丝0.05份;银金属丝直径0.6毫米,微晶石瓷砖板体内有银金属的纹路。
实施例二:
本金属纹微晶石瓷砖,包括一层微晶石瓷砖板体,所述微晶石瓷砖板体的原料包括以下重量份的组分:二氧化硅70份,碳酸钙16份,氧化钙10份,氧化锌3份,碳酸钡3份,氧化硼2份,银金属丝0.05份,银金属丝直径1.5毫米。微晶石瓷砖板体内有银金属的纹路。
实施例三:
本金属纹微晶石瓷砖,包括一层微晶石瓷砖板体,所述微晶石瓷砖板体的原料包括以下重量份的组分:二氧化硅65份,碳酸钙18份,氧化钙8份,氧化锌3.5份,碳酸钡2.5份,氧化硼2.5份,银金属丝0.05份,银金属丝直径1.0毫米;所述微晶石瓷砖板体内有银金属的纹路。

1.一种金属纹微晶石瓷砖,其特征在于:包括一层微晶石瓷砖板体,所述微晶石瓷砖板体的原料包括以下重量份的组分:二氧化硅60~70份,碳酸钙16~20份,氧化钙6~10份,氧化锌3~4份,碳酸钡2~3份,氧化硼2~3份,银金属丝0.05份;所述微晶石瓷砖板体内有银金属的纹路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属纹微晶石瓷砖,其特征在于:所述银金属丝直径0.6毫米~1.5毫米。
