本发明公开了一种紧凑型无机房电梯。本发明包括井道(1),井道(1)的两侧设有导轨(2),井道(1)的顶部设有顶梁(3),顶梁(3)上设有曳引机(4),曳引机(4)的输出端设有曳引轮(5),曳引机(5)与顶梁(3)倾斜设置;导轨(2)间设置有轿厢(7)和对重架(8),轿厢(7)下部设有轿底轮(9),对重架(8)上设置有对重轮(10);所述的轿厢(7)底部固定有钢丝绳(11),钢丝绳(11)经轿底轮(9)、曳引轮(5)和对重轮(10)后与固定在顶梁(6)上。本发明具有结构紧凑、调整灵活的特点,适用于紧凑型建筑结构。

一种紧凑型无机房电梯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无机房电梯,尤其涉及一种紧凑型无机房电梯。
背景技术
现有的无机房电梯对于建筑空间的要求较高,传统的布置方式并不能完全适用于现有的紧凑型建筑结构,因此如何研发一款对电梯井道结构和尺寸要求不高的无机房曳引机的安装结构成为了业界亟待解决的课题。此外,现有的无机房电梯一般采用铸铁对重块或钢板对重块,成本较高,铸件加工污染较大,不利于环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种紧凑型无机房电梯。本发明具有结构紧凑、调整灵活的特点,适用于紧凑型建筑结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种紧凑型无机房电梯,包括井道,井道的两侧设有导轨,井道的顶部设有顶梁,顶梁上设有曳引机,曳引机的输出端设有曳引轮,曳引机与顶梁倾斜设置;导轨间设置有轿厢和对重架,轿厢下部设有轿底轮,对重架上设置有对重轮;所述的轿厢底部固定有钢丝绳,钢丝绳经轿底轮、曳引轮和对重轮后与固定在顶梁上。
上述的紧凑型无机房电梯中,所述的顶梁设置在井道的侧边。
前述的紧凑型无机房电梯中,所述的对重架包括对重块,对重块上部设有对重梁,对重轮固定在对重梁上;所述的对重块内设有多组C形加强筋和条状加强肋条,对重块内还设有长条状轴向加强筋,轴向加强筋与C形加强筋和强肋条相垂直;且所述的对重块内填充有矿石。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有独特井道布置结构和绕线结构,使得曳引机和顶梁可以倾斜设置,以便在面积狭小的紧凑型井道内安装,进一步地,本发明还对对重块的结构作了改进,避免了以往采用铸铁对重块的结构,采用了一体矿石填充成形,较少了铸造工艺对环境的污染。由此可见,本发明具有结构紧凑、调整灵活的特点,绿色环保,适用于紧凑型建筑结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例:
一种紧凑型无机房电梯,如附图1和附图2所示,包括井道1,井道1的两侧设有导轨2,井道1的顶部设有顶梁3,所述的顶梁3设置在井道1的侧边,顶梁3上设有曳引机4,曳引机4的输出端设有曳引轮5,曳引机5与顶梁3倾斜设置,如附图2所示的俯视视角,曳引机的径向方向与顶梁的长度方向约有10-40度的夹角,具体夹角角度根据井道的具体尺寸调整。导轨2间设置有轿厢7和对重架8,轿厢7下部设有轿底轮9,对重架8上设置有对重轮10;所述的轿厢7底部固定有钢丝绳11,钢丝绳11经轿底轮9、曳引轮5和对重轮10后与固定在顶梁6上。所述的对重架8包括对重块12,对重块12上部设有对重梁13,对重轮10固定在对重梁13上;如附图3和4所示,所述的对重块12内设有多组C形加强筋14和条状加强肋条15,对重块12内还设有长条状轴向加强筋16,轴向加强筋16与C形加强筋14和强肋条15相垂直;所述的对重块12内填充有矿石17,矿石可以是铁矿石。

1.一种紧凑型无机房电梯,其特征在于:包括井道(1),井道(1)的两侧设有导轨(2),井道(1)的顶部设有顶梁(3),顶梁(3)上设有曳引机(4),曳引机(4)的输出端设有曳引轮(5),曳引机(5)与顶梁(3)倾斜设置;导轨(2)间设置有轿厢(7)和对重架(8),轿厢(7)下部设有轿底轮(9),对重架(8)上设置有对重轮(10);所述的轿厢(7)底部固定有钢丝绳(11),钢丝绳(11)经轿底轮(9)、曳引轮(5)和对重轮(10)后与固定在顶梁(6)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型无机房电梯,其特征在于:所述的顶梁(3)设置在井道(1)的侧边。
3.根据权利要求1所述的紧凑型无机房电梯,其特征在于:所述的对重架(8)包括对重块(12),对重块(12)上部设有对重梁(13),对重轮(10)固定在对重梁(13)上;所述的对重块(12)内设有多组C形加强筋(14)和条状加强肋条(15),对重块(12)内还设有长条状轴向加强筋(16),轴向加强筋(16)与C形加强筋(14)和强肋条(15)相垂直;且所述的对重块(12)内填充有矿石(17)。
