Abstract

本发明属于压力机技术领域。为解决压力机滑块压力出现超负荷的技术问题,本发明提供一种压力机离合器扭矩控制滑阀,包括圆柱形缸体,缸体内设有上下滑动的活塞,所述缸体表面上由上至下依次设有高压进气孔、排气孔及低压进气孔,排气孔与扭矩离合器连接,通过凸轮的转动可控制活塞上下运动,在活塞上下运动的同时分别将高压气体及低压气体按时序供给扭矩离合器,从而控制扭矩离合器的扭矩传递,达到防止滑块超负荷现象的出现。

技术领域
本发明属于压力机技术领域,具体是指一种压力机离合器扭矩控制滑阀。
背景技术
曲柄压力机在实际使用过程中,由于许多原因,可能使滑块压力超出允许范围,发生超负荷现象。压力机曲轴扭矩与滑块上的作用力有如下关系:M=PD [R(sinα+K/2 sin2α)+ mμ ],式中:M、曲轴扭矩,PD 、滑块上的作用力,R、曲柄半径,α、曲柄旋转角,当滑块处于下死点时,α=0°,K、连杆系数,mμ 、摩擦当量力臂。由此公式可知,当曲轴扭矩M保持恒定时,滑块离下死点越近,滑块上的作用力PD越大,因此有可能出现超负荷现象,导致连杆等部件损坏。目前为了预防超负荷引起事故,因此压力机上需要安装超负荷保险装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种控制离合器扭矩传递的装置,通过控制离合器的扭矩传递从而达到防止滑块压力出现超负荷的现象出现。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:压力机离合器扭矩控制滑阀,包括圆柱形缸体,其特征在于:所述缸体底端封闭,缸体内设有上下滑动的活塞,所述缸体表面上由上至下依次设有高压进气孔、排气孔及低压进气孔;所述活塞的活塞体上设有环状凹槽,当活塞运动至缸体底部时,低压进气孔通过环状凹槽与排气孔贯通,同时高压进气孔被活塞体封闭;当活塞运动至缸体上部时,高压进气孔通过环状凹槽与排气孔贯通,同时低压进气孔被活塞体封闭;在缸体的缸壁内部设有贯通低压进气孔及活塞底部的低压进气通道,低压气体通过该低压进气通道对活塞施加持续的向上压力;还包括固定在曲轴上的凸轮及自由摆动的推杆,所述推杆端部设有与活塞顶部相抵的压头,所述推杆随凸轮的转动而上下摇摆;还包括与高压进气孔连接的高压储气筒及与低压进气孔连接的低压出气筒。
进一步的,还包括阀体,缸体位于阀体内部,所述阀体上设有与高压进气孔贯通的高压进气口、与低压进气孔贯通的低压进气口、与排气孔贯通的排气口;摆杆的固定端与阀体铰接。
该压力机离合器扭矩控制滑阀能够根据凸轮的运转位置控制扭矩传递离合器传递扭矩的大小,从而可防止滑块压力超出允许范围,防止压力机因超载损坏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明提供的控制滑阀做进一步说明。
如附图1-3所示,压力机离合器扭矩控制滑阀,包括圆柱形缸体1,所述缸体底端设有封闭端盖2,缸体内设有上下滑动的活塞3,所述缸体表面上由上至下依次设有高压进气孔4、排气孔及低压进气孔6。排气孔在附图中不可见,参见附图1中位于阀体上的排气口5的位置,排气口5与缸体上排气孔贯通。
如附图3所示,活塞3的活塞体上设有环状凹槽7,当活塞3运动至缸体底部时,低压进气孔6通过环状凹槽7与排气孔贯通,同时高压进气孔4被活塞体封闭;当活塞3运动至缸体上部时,高压进气孔4通过环状凹槽7与排气孔贯通,同时低压进气孔6被活塞体封闭。
如附图3所示,在缸体的缸壁内部设有贯通低压进气孔6及活塞底部的低压进气通道8,低压气体通过该低压进气通道8对活塞施加持续的向上压力。
如附图1-3所示,还包括固定在曲轴上的凸轮9及自由摆动的推杆10,所述推杆端部设有与活塞顶部相抵的压头11,所述推杆10随凸轮9的转动而上下摇摆。
如附图1-3所示,为方便推杆10及缸体1的固定,还包括阀体12,缸体1位于阀体12内部,阀体12上设有与高压进气孔贯通的高压进气口41、与低压进气孔贯通的低压进气口61、与排气孔贯通的排气口5,摆,10的固定端与阀体12铰接。
如附图3所示,在压头11上设有滚针轴承13,滚针轴承13与活塞3顶部相抵。
如附图4所示,还包括与高压进气孔连接的高压储气筒14及与低压进气孔连接的低压出气筒15,排气口5送出的气体经过双联电磁阀16送至扭矩离合器17。
该压力机离合器扭矩控制滑阀的工作原理为:接合附图3所示,当压力机开动时,此时滑块在上死点,摆杆11摆动至上顶点,活塞3在低压进气通道8所输出的低压气体的作用下上升至缸体的上部,此时高压进气孔4通过环状凹槽7与排气口5相通,高压气体送至扭矩离合器17,在高压气体(0.55MPa)的作用下结合,滑块向下运动,当运动到下死点前30°左右时,凸轮9推动扭矩控制滑阀的活塞3向下运动,高压进气孔4封闭,低压进气孔6通过环状凹槽7与排气口5接通,低压气体(0.2Mpa左右)通过送至扭矩离合器17,减小离合器传递的扭矩,当滑块越过下死点后向上运动,扭矩离合器17排气分离,制动器结合,在滑块到达上死点前,在凸轮的作用下,压头11失去对活塞3的压力,活塞3在低压进气通道8所输出的低压气体的作用下上升将低压进气孔6封闭,高压进气孔3与排气口5接通,完成一个工作循环。

Claims (3)

1.压力机离合器扭矩控制滑阀,包括圆柱形缸体,其特征在于:所述缸体底端封闭,缸体内设有上下滑动的活塞,所述缸体表面上由上至下依次设有高压进气孔、排气孔及低压进气孔;所述活塞的活塞体上设有环状凹槽,当活塞运动至缸体底部时,低压进气孔通过环状凹槽与排气孔贯通,同时高压进气孔被活塞体封闭;当活塞运动至缸体上部时,高压进气孔通过环状凹槽与排气孔贯通,同时低压进气孔被活塞体封闭;在缸体的缸壁内部设有贯通低压进气孔及活塞底部的低压进气通道,低压气体通过该低压进气通道对活塞施加持续的向上压力;还包括固定在曲轴上的凸轮及自由摆动的推杆,所述推杆端部设有与活塞顶部相抵的压头,所述推杆随凸轮的转动而上下摇摆;还包括与高压进气孔连接的高压储气筒及与低压进气孔连接的低压出气筒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力机离合器扭矩控制滑阀,其特征在于:还包括阀体,缸体位于阀体内部,所述阀体上设有与高压进气孔贯通的高压进气口、与低压进气孔贯通的低压进气口、与排气孔贯通的排气口;摆杆的固定端与阀体铰接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压力机离合器扭矩控制滑阀,其特征在于:所述压头上设有滚针轴承,滚针轴承与活塞顶端相抵。
