Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序部分所描述的用于输出流体物质的具有可闭锁的输出头的手动活塞泵。
背景技术
DE 33 16 308 A1公开了一种手动泵,其具有安装在泵本身的轴上的输出头。在正常的静止状态,该轴伸出形成泵的基体的中空的主体部分之外。中空的可移动的轴的下端伸进主体部分的空腔内部并被作用于其下端上的弹簧朝外施压。此外,锁定套管固定地连接到中空主体部分上。泵具有一个或多个凸轮或小齿或突起而将输出头锁定到锁定套管上。再者,泵具有一个或多个密封插件,当输出头被锁定在泵的基体上时,这些密封插件使之与外侧大气隔离。
伴随可锁定的输出头的所述优点的不足是,将输出头下压时,其往往歪斜。当输出头歪斜时,活塞行程不够,结果需多次运行,这意味着需要供给不期望的过多的量。此外,磨损增大。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种如权利要求1的前序部分所描述的、装配有锁定套管同时能可靠而低磨损地运行的手动活塞泵。
所述目的可通过权利要求1的特征来实现。
据此,在所提供的手动活塞泵中,为使弹簧定位以便利用弹簧低磨损地对输出头预紧并用于控制对锁定元件的预紧,锁定套管封装(encapsulate)弹簧,此外,该封装机构与气缸一起形成路径,以便输出头的外轴部分沿其运动。在这种情况下,不仅能可靠地锁定输出头,而且在活塞行程期间能导引输出头,结果可补偿作用在输出头上的倾斜压力,因而不可能发生歪斜。另外,锁定元件上作用的预紧在不对其功能产生任何不利影响的前提下可进一步补偿制造偏差。由于弹簧被安置在产品流外侧,可避免流体物质氧化。
优选的是,利用两个突起作为锁定元件,所述突起起销的作用,以便为弹簧提供支撑,而不会对为了实现锁定使之嵌合于凹部的功能产生不利影响。
可将输出头锁定于顶部位置和/或底部位置。
从以下的描述和对从属权利要求的表述可得知本发明的其他一些实施例。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种用于输出流体物质、具有可闭锁的输出头1的手动活塞泵。该手动活塞泵包括气缸2,气缸的上端固定地与锁紧件3连接,该锁紧件3可被固定于容器(未示出)的口承部分上,以便接收需要被输出的液体或奶油状物质。在这种情况下,锁紧件3设有作为闭合元件的螺纹。气缸2可具有起上部终端作用的环4。
内部锁定套管5固定地定位于气缸2内,从而形成中空活塞杆6可穿过的气缸通道。锁定套管5优选被夹紧在气缸2内,为此,锁定套管5可具有带密封唇口8的夹紧环7并可被支撑成抵靠气缸2的肩部9。锁定套管5沿气缸2的上部部分的长度方向延伸,锁定套管5的上端10一直延伸到气缸2的上端,在此种情况下由环4形成上端,或者突起可超过环4。
锁定套管5与气缸2一道沿气缸2的上部部分朝输出头1的长度方向形成导向通道11,该导向通道起用于输出头1的外轴部分12平行于活塞杆6运动的路径的作用。除了外轴部分12外,输出头1具有内轴部分,通过该部分输出头被固定到活塞杆6上并使输出通道29延长超过中空活塞杆6。
通过一个端部13活塞杆6延伸到气缸2的泵室22内,而在另一端部14处,活塞杆承载带外轴部分12的输出头1。在一个端部13处设有密封圈15,该密封圈使气缸2的泵室22与气缸2的上部部分密封。端部13具有至少一个将泵室22连接到中空活塞杆6内侧的空腔17的进入口16。
锁定套管5与活塞杆6一道形成用于容纳弹簧19的内部保持架18,该弹簧将活塞杆6相对于气缸2向外压到静止位置,通过施压于输出头1上可使活塞杆6沿弹簧力的相反方向下降,以便输出所述物质。弹簧19的一端被支撑为抵靠于锁定套管5的基底20上,而另一端被支撑为抵靠设置在活塞杆6上的锁定元件21上。
锁定元件21是闭锁输出头1的机构的一部分,该机构包括至少一个可与锁定套管5嵌合的锁定元件。图3中将锁定套管5作为单独部件示出。为了手动活塞泵可在顶部位置和/或底部位置与输出头1锁定,可将锁定套管5形成为具有相应的凹部23、24,活塞杆6的锁定元件21可嵌入这些凹部中。为此,活塞杆6优选具有起锁定元件21作用的两个对置的凸轮或突起,通过转动锁定套管5内的活塞杆6、通过转动输出头1可使凸轮或突起与凹部23、24嵌合。在脱开位置时,沿与锁定套管5的纵向交叉延伸的锁定元件21被导引到形成在锁定套管5内的凹槽25内,且在活塞行程期间允许锁定元件纵向运动。
优选泵室22借助于球形件26可临时与上升管27隔离。
图1示出了处于静止位置的手动活塞泵。输出头1可被锁定在顶部位置。在静止位置时,优选将外轴部分12插入导向通道11内,以确保每次活塞行程开始就有足够的导向。锁定套管5的夹紧环7可形成止挡,以使外轴部分12按一定深度进入导向通道11内。
图2示出了处于下降位置的手动活塞泵。输出头1也可被锁定在底部位置。空气可通过形成在气缸2的壁上的吸入口28被吸入。可设置进入空气的密封件和/或过滤器。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于输出流体物质的具有可闭锁的输出头的手动活塞泵,其具有气缸;形成气缸通道的用于中空活塞杆通过的内锁定套管,所述活塞杆的一端延伸到所述气缸的泵室内,所述活塞杆的另一端载有所述输出头,所述输出头设有外轴部分;弹簧,其向所述活塞杆施压,使该活塞杆相对于所述气缸朝外压到静止位置并借助于向所述输出头施压使所述活塞杆沿与弹簧力相反的方向下降以输出物质;及锁定所述输出头的机构,该机构包括至少一个可与所述锁定套管嵌合的锁定元件,其特征在于,所述锁定套管(5)与所述活塞杆(6)一起形成用于容纳弹簧(19)的内部保持架(18);所述弹簧的一端抵靠所述锁定套管(5)的底部(20),该弹簧的另一端抵靠设置在所述活塞杆(6)上的所述锁定元件(21);所述锁定套管(5)沿面向所述输出头(1)的上部部分与所述气缸(2)一起形成导向通道(11),作为供所述输出头(1)的外轴部分(12)平行于所述活塞杆(6)移动的路径。
2.如权利要求1所述的手动活塞泵,其特征在于,所述锁定元件(21)具有两个对置的、沿与所述锁定套管(5)的纵向横向交叉的方向延伸的突起。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的手动活塞泵,其特征在于,在静止位置时,所述输出头(1)的外轴部分(12)的初始部分突伸到所述导向通道(11)内。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的手动活塞泵,其特征在于,所述锁定套管(5)具有凹部(23、24),该凹部在顶部位置和底部位置可与所述锁定元件(21)嵌合。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的手动活塞泵,其特征在于,所述锁定套管(5)经夹紧环(7)以固定位置的方式被插入所述气缸(2)内,所述夹紧环形成用于所述外轴部分(12)在所述导向通道(11)内的止挡。
