一种电力设备用板材切割装置,属于电力自动化设备领域,是由第三步进电机、第一气缸座、第一气缸、导轨立柱、滑块板、第一步进电机、丝杠安装板、切刀架、第二步进电机、丝杠、第二气缸、切刀、吸盘、第二气缸支撑板、支撑夹具滑块、支撑夹具、移动挡块、回转托盘组成的,其特征在于:滑块板与导轨立柱安装在一起,丝杠安装板通过第一气缸与第一气缸座连接,第一步进电机与丝杠连接,切刀架安装在丝杠安装板上,第二步进电机安装在切刀架上,切刀安装在切刀架上,回转托盘与第三步进电机连接,移动挡块安装在回转托盘上,第二气缸安装在第二气缸支撑板上,支撑夹具滑块安装在第二气缸上,支撑夹具安装在支撑夹具滑块上,吸盘安装在支撑夹具上。该发明的有益之处是:可实现对电力设备用板材的切割。

一种电力设备用板材切割装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力设备用板材切割装置,属于电力自动化设备领域。
背景技术
电力设备主要包括发电设备和供电设备两大类,发电设备主要有电站锅炉、蒸汽轮机、燃气轮机、水轮机、发电机、变压器等,供电设备主要有各种电压等级的输电线路、互感器、接触器等。由于电力设备种类繁多,这就要求在加工制造过程中会用到各种形状(如:圆型、方型、心型等)的板材(如:塑料板、皮革等)。目前,此类形状的板材大多是由人工铸造或裁剪完成的,但铸造的成本偏高、人工裁剪费时费力、效率低下,且很难保证加工过程中对精度、美观度的要求。因此,市场上迫切需要一种成本低,好控制的电力设备用板材切割设备,但目前这种设备市场上没有。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明提供了一种电力设备用板材切割装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种电力设备用板材切割装置,是由第二联轴器、轴承、第三步进电机、第三步进电机座、轴承座、第一气缸座、机座、第一气缸、导轨立柱、导轨、滑块板、滑块、第一步进电机、第一联轴器、丝杠安装板、丝杠第一固定块、切刀架、第二步进电机、光杠、丝杠、丝杠第二固定块、第二气缸、切刀、吸盘、第二气缸立柱、第二气缸支撑板、支撑夹具滑块、支撑夹具、移动挡块、回转托盘组成的,其特征在于:导轨立柱安装在机座上,导轨固定安装在导轨立柱上,滑块板通过滑块与导轨立柱嵌套安装在一起,第一气缸座安装在机座上,丝杠安装板固定安装在滑块板上,丝杠安装板通过第一气缸与第一气缸座连接在一起,丝杠第一固定块、丝杠第二固定块、第一步进电机固定安装在丝杠安装板上,第一步进电机通过第一联轴器与丝杠连接在一起,光杠安装在丝杠第一固定块、丝杠第二固定块上,丝杠安装在丝杠第一固定块、丝杠第二固定块上,切刀架安装在丝杠安装板上,第二步进电机安装在切刀架上,切刀安装在切刀架上,第三步进电机座安装在机座上,第三步进电机安装在第三步进电机座上,轴承座安装在机座上,轴承安装在轴承座上,回转托盘通过第二联轴器与第三步进电机连接,移动挡块安装在回转托盘上,第二气缸立柱安装在机座上,第二气缸支撑板固定安装在第二气缸立柱上,第二气缸固定安装在第二气缸支撑板上,支撑夹具滑块安装在第二气缸上,支撑夹具固定安装在支撑夹具滑块上,吸盘固定安装在支撑夹具上。
本发明提供的一种电力设备用板材切割装置,还可以具有这样的特征:第一步进电机、第二步进电机、第三步进电机上都配备有减速装置。
本发明提供的一种电力设备用板材切割装置,还可以具有这样的特征:切刀架内置有轴连接装置,可将第二步进电机的输出轴与切刀连接起来,切刀架上设置有卡槽,方便更换切刀。
本发明提供的一种电力设备用板材切割装置,还可以具有这样的特征:切刀的刀尖部位与竖直方向成45度角。
该发明的有益之处是:该电力设备用板材切割装置价格非常低廉,可靠性很高,在其使用寿命中基本不用维修,使用方便,结构相对简单,可利用第一气缸的上下往复运动来完成切刀的上下动作,利用第一步进电机带动丝杠转动来完成切刀的左右动作,利用第二步进电机的转动来实现切刀的旋转动作,利用第二气缸的上下往复运动来完成支撑夹具的上下动作,利用支撑夹具来完成空心工件的张紧动作,利用吸盘将非空心工件按压在回转托盘上,利用移动挡块可夹持不同尺寸大小的工件,利用第三步进电机的转动来实现回转托盘的旋转动作,从而完成电力设备用板材的切割工作,该电力设备用板材切割装置可大量减少操作工人的数量,操作简单实用,应用范围极广,可实现对电力设备用板材的切割。

一种电力设备用板材切割装置,是由第二联轴器1、轴承2、第三步进电机3、第三步进电机座4、轴承座5、第一气缸座6、机座7、第一气缸8、导轨立柱9、导轨10、滑块板11、滑块12、第一步进电机13、第一联轴器14、丝杠安装板15、丝杠第一固定块16、切刀架17、第二步进电机18、光杠19、丝杠20、丝杠第二固定块21、第二气缸22、切刀23、吸盘24、第二气缸立柱25、第二气缸支撑板26、支撑夹具滑块27、支撑夹具28、移动挡块29、回转托盘30组成的,其特征在于:导轨立柱9安装在机座7上,导轨10固定安装在导轨立柱9上,滑块板11通过滑块12与导轨立柱9嵌套安装在一起,第一气缸座6安装在机座7上,丝杠安装板15固定安装在滑块板11上,丝杠安装板15通过第一气缸8与第一气缸座6连接在一起,丝杠第一固定块16、丝杠第二固定块21、第一步进电机13固定安装在丝杠安装板15上,第一步进电机13通过第一联轴器14与丝杠20连接在一起,光杠19安装在丝杠第一固定块16、丝杠第二固定块21上,丝杠20安装在丝杠第一固定块16、丝杠第二固定块21上,切刀架17安装在丝杠安装板15上,第二步进电机18安装在切刀架17上,切刀23安装在切刀架17上,第三步进电机座4安装在机座7上,第三步进电机3安装在第三步进电机座4上,轴承座5安装在机座7上,轴承2安装在轴承座5上,回转托盘30通过第二联轴器1与第三步进电机3连接,移动挡块29安装在回转托盘30上,第二气缸立柱25安装在机座7上,第二气缸支撑板26固定安装在第二气缸立柱25上,第二气缸22固定安装在第二气缸支撑板26上,支撑夹具滑块27安装在第二气缸22上,支撑夹具28固定安装在支撑夹具滑块27上,吸盘24固定安装在支撑夹具28上。
本发明提供的一种电力设备用板材切割装置,还可以具有这样的特征:第一步进电机13、第二步进电机18、第三步进电机3上都配备有减速装置。
本发明提供的一种电力设备用板材切割装置,还可以具有这样的特征:切刀架17内置有轴连接装置,可将第二步进电机18的输出轴与切刀连接起来,切刀架17上设置有卡槽,方便更换切刀23。
本发明提供的一种电力设备用板材切割装置,还可以具有这样的特征:切刀23的刀尖部位与竖直方向成45度角。
该装置在使用时,可利用第一气缸8的上下往复运动来完成切刀23的上下动作,利用第一步进电机13带动丝杠20转动来完成切刀23的左右动作,利用第二步进电机18的转动来实现切刀23的旋转动作,利用第二气缸22的上下往复运动来完成支撑夹具28的上下动作,利用支撑夹具28来完成空心工件的张紧动作,利用吸盘24将非空心工件按压在回转托盘30上,利用移动挡块29可夹持不同尺寸大小的工件,利用第三步进电机3的转动来实现回转托盘30的旋转动作,从而完成电力设备用板材的切割工作,该电力设备用板材切割装置可大量减少操作工人的数量,操作简单实用,应用范围极广,可实现对电力设备用板材的切割。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,根据本发明的教导,在不脱离本发明的原理与精神的情况下,对实施方式所进行的改变、修改、替换和变型仍落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种电力设备用板材切割装置,是由第二联轴器、轴承、第三步进电机、第三步进电机座、轴承座、第一气缸座、机座、第一气缸、导轨立柱、导轨、滑块板、滑块、第一步进电机、第一联轴器、丝杠安装板、丝杠第一固定块、切刀架、第二步进电机、光杠、丝杠、丝杠第二固定块、第二气缸、切刀、吸盘、第二气缸立柱、第二气缸支撑板、支撑夹具滑块、支撑夹具、移动挡块、回转托盘组成的,其特征在于:导轨立柱安装在机座上,导轨固定安装在导轨立柱上,滑块板通过滑块与导轨立柱嵌套安装在一起,第一气缸座安装在机座上,丝杠安装板固定安装在滑块板上,丝杠安装板通过第一气缸与第一气缸座连接在一起,丝杠第一固定块、丝杠第二固定块、第一步进电机固定安装在丝杠安装板上,第一步进电机通过第一联轴器与丝杠连接在一起,光杠安装在丝杠第一固定块、丝杠第二固定块上,丝杠安装在丝杠第一固定块、丝杠第二固定块上,切刀架安装在丝杠安装板上,第二步进电机安装在切刀架上,切刀安装在切刀架上,第三步进电机座安装在机座上,第三步进电机安装在第三步进电机座上,轴承座安装在机座上,轴承安装在轴承座上,回转托盘通过第二联轴器与第三步进电机连接,移动挡块安装在回转托盘上,第二气缸立柱安装在机座上,第二气缸支撑板固定安装在第二气缸立柱上,第二气缸固定安装在第二气缸支撑板上,支撑夹具滑块安装在第二气缸上,支撑夹具固定安装在支撑夹具滑块上,吸盘固定安装在支撑夹具上。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力设备用板材切割装置,其特征在于:切刀架内置有轴连接装置,可将第二步进电机的输出轴与切刀连接起来,切刀架上设置有卡槽,方便更换切刀。
