技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗心绞痛的中西药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
流行病学研究证实，我国冠心病患病率近年来呈上升趋势，已成为严重危害人类健康的常见疾病。冠心病心绞痛属于中医“胸痹”、“心痛”、“厥心痛”等病证的范畴，临床上以胸闷、心前区疼痛为主要特征。
胸痹心痛的基本病机为本虚标实，而以气虚血瘀者最为多见。心主血脉，在罹患冠心病时，则首先是心气亏损，推动血液运行不力，故形成气虚瘀血之证。气虚血瘀，血脉不通，不通则痛，故有胸痹心痛。胸痹心痛是以胸闷，心前区疼痛为主要特征的疾病，多属本虚标实之证。本虚者，因禀赋不足，年迈肾衰，营血虚少引起心之阴阳气血虚损；标实者，系膏粱厚味、七情过激，劳逸失度，壅瘀生热产生气滞、血瘀，痰浊、寒凝、热结阻遏胸阳，闭塞心络，痹而致痛。心气虚，心气不足，无力推动血液之运行，血流不畅而致血瘀。气虚血瘀，血脉运行不利，“不通则痛”故有“胸痹不得卧，心痛彻背”等临床症状。开发研制具有益气活血，通脉止痛作用的药物对冠心病心绞痛的治疗有着重要的意义。
目前已上市的用于治疗冠心病心绞痛的中成药和西药有很多种，中成药主要分为两类，一类是单味中药或其提取物，如：丹参舒心片(由丹参提取物制备而成)、可达灵(由延胡索的醇提取物制备而成)；另一类是复方制剂，例如：心通口服液(由黄芪、麦冬、丹参等组成)、益元养心冲剂(由黄芪、丹参等组成)、保心包(由安息香、冰片、丹参、三七等组成)、养心通脉膏(由丹参、黄芪、当归、冰片等组成)等。西药方面，目前临床用于治疗心绞痛应用最广泛的三大类药物是硝酸酯类、肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂和钙离子拮抗剂。这些药物对于冠心病心绞痛的治疗虽都有一定的临床疗效，但均不同程度的存在疗效不够确切、不能标本兼治，具有副作用等缺陷。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种治疗心绞痛的中西药组合物及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
本发明提供的治疗心绞痛的中西药组合物，由以下重量份的原料制成：淮山药50-75份，葛根55-65份，九里明50-68份，洪连45-65份，千斤拔55-75份，千金子霜40-60份，丁四硝酯0.5-2.5份，二硝酸酯异山梨糖醇片1-2.5份。
优选的，本发明提供的中西药组合物，由以下重量份的中药原料制成：淮山药68份，葛根61份，九里明59份，洪连55份，千斤拔60份，千金子霜49份，丁四硝酯1.3份，二硝酸酯异山梨糖醇片1.8份。
进一步的，针对本发明提供的中西药组合物，还提供一种制备方法，包括下列步骤：
（1）将九里明、洪连、千斤拔、千金子霜洗净烘干粉碎，按照重量配比放入容器中，加入重量为药材总重量5-10倍的蒸馏水，水温70-80摄氏度浸泡10-13h；升温煮沸，保持沸腾状态30min，过滤得药液和药渣；
（2）将药渣重复步骤（1）2次，合并所得的药液；
（3）将淮山药、葛根用超微粉碎机研磨成500-700目的细粉末；
（4）将步骤（2）的药液、步骤（3）的药物细粉末和丁四硝酯、二硝酸酯异山梨糖醇片混合，搅拌混合均匀，制成口服液。
本发明的有益效果：
鉴于纯中药和西药在防治心绞痛上的缺陷，本发明提供一种将西药与中药结合起来，即中西药结合的药物组合，起到协同作用，来解决上述西药和中药在治疗各种心绞痛中各自存在的问题，同时产生协同治疗效果。
本发明中西药组合物所选药材配伍相宜，符合中医药学和现代医药学理论，具有活血化瘀、扶正培本、收敛固涩、止血定痛之功效，调节血脂代谢，促进心脏功能恢复，对治疗各种症状引起的心绞痛具有显著的疗效，疗程短见效较快，治愈后不复发，安全无毒副作用，成本低廉，标本兼治，值得临床上广泛推广应用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的治疗心绞痛的中西药组合物，由以下重量份的原料制成：淮山药68份，葛根61份，九里明59份，洪连55份，千斤拔60份，千金子霜49份，丁四硝酯1.3份，二硝酸酯异山梨糖醇片1.8份。
制备方法包括下列步骤：
（1）将九里明、洪连、千斤拔、千金子霜洗净烘干粉碎，按照重量配比放入容器中，加入重量为药材总重量8倍的蒸馏水，水温76摄氏度浸泡12h；升温煮沸，保持沸腾状态30min，过滤得药液和药渣；
（2）将药渣重复步骤（1）2次，合并所得的药液；
（3）将淮山药、葛根用超微粉碎机研磨成600目的细粉末；
（4）将步骤（2）的药液、步骤（3）的药物细粉末和丁四硝酯、二硝酸酯异山梨糖醇片混合，搅拌混合均匀，制成口服液。
实施例2
本实施例提供的治疗心绞痛的中西药组合物，由以下重量份的原料制成：淮山药75份，葛根65份，九里明68份，洪连65份，千斤拔75份，千金子霜60份，丁四硝酯2.5份，二硝酸酯异山梨糖醇片2.5份。
制备方法包括下列步骤：
（1）将九里明、洪连、千斤拔、千金子霜洗净烘干粉碎，按照重量配比放入容器中，加入重量为药材总重量10倍的蒸馏水，水温80摄氏度浸泡13h；升温煮沸，保持沸腾状态30min，过滤得药液和药渣；
（2）将药渣重复步骤（1）2次，合并所得的药液；
（3）将淮山药、葛根用超微粉碎机研磨成700目的细粉末；

临床资料：
1、病例选择：
选择确诊的心绞痛患者200例临床观察，病人随机分成治疗组和对照组两组，治疗组100例，其中男性40例，女性60例，年龄38-74岁，平均年龄47.8岁，病程最短者3个月，最长者6年，平均3.6年。对照组100例，其中男性38例，女性62例，年龄35-73岁，平均年龄48.3岁，病程最短者4个月，最长者6年，平均3.7年。
治疗组和对照组两组病例的病程、症状轻重程度基本一致，无显著差异，具有可比性。
2、药物选择：
治疗组服用本发明实施例1所述口服液，每日3次，每次100mL，10天为1个疗程，连续服用2-3个疗程，病情严重者遵医嘱酌增用量。
对照组服用速效救心丸，按说明书或医嘱服用，病情严重者遵医嘱酌增用量。
3、疗效判定：
（1）治愈：胸部疼痛等症状消失，体内代谢恢复正常，患者机体免疫功能增强。
（2）好转：胸部疼痛等症状有所缓解，免疫功能有所恢复。
（3）无效：临床症状无变化。
4、结果：
治疗组中，治愈77例，好转22例，无效1例，治愈率77%，总有效率99%。
对照组中治愈39例，好转12例，无效49例，治愈率39%，总有效率51%。
以上结果显示，治疗组的治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组。
典型病例举例：
1、王某，女，63岁。患者年轻时从事重体力劳动，患有心绞痛多年，经常心胸痛，并伴有胸闷气短，服用本发明实施例1的中西药组合物，服用1个疗程后，症状基本消失，服用2个疗程后，症状完全消失，心电图正常，随访一年未复发。
2、李某，女，49岁。患有心绞痛1年多，服用本发明实施例1的中西药组合物，服用1个疗程后，症状明显改善，服用2个疗程后，痊愈，全身不适症状消失，心电图正常，随访一年未复发。
3、魏某，男，55岁。患者四肢乏力，胸闷胸痛，心慌心悸，服用多种药物均无明显效果。服用本发明实施例1的中西药组合物，服用2个疗程后，症状基本消失，服用3个疗程后痊愈，心电图正常，随访一年未复发。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗心绞痛的中西药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制成：淮山药50-75份，葛根55-65份，九里明50-68份，洪连45-65份，千斤拔55-75份，千金子霜40-60份，丁四硝酯0.5-2.5份，二硝酸酯异山梨糖醇片1-2.5份；
制备中西药组合物的方法，其特征在于，包括下列步骤：
(1)将九里明、洪连、千斤拔、千金子霜洗净烘干粉碎，按照重量配比放入容器中，加入重量为药材总重量5-10倍的蒸馏水，水温70-80摄氏度浸泡10-13h；升温煮沸，保持沸腾状态30min，过滤得药液和药渣；
(2)将药渣重复步骤(1)2次，合并所得的药液；
(3)将淮山药、葛根用超微粉碎机研磨成500-700目的细粉末；
(4)将步骤(2)的药液、步骤(3)的药物细粉末和丁四硝酯、二硝酸酯异山梨糖醇片混合，搅拌混合均匀，制成口服液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中西药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的中药原料制成：淮山药68份，葛根61份，九里明59份，洪连55份，千斤拔60份，千金子霜49份，丁四硝酯1.3份，二硝酸酯异山梨糖醇片1.8份。
