一种治疗肩周炎的苗药，该苗药所用药材为:细辛，羌活，桂枝，桑枝，独活，秦艽，威灵仙，路路通，红花，桃仁，乳香，没药，赤芍药，丝瓜络，川芎，防风，海风藤，当归，法半夏，甘草。制法是按照配方比例取细辛、羌活除去杂质，研末过60目待用；再取其余药材，将每味药分别除去杂物，粉碎后，投入锅内加水浸泡2h，加温煎煮1h倒出药液，如此煎煮3次，合并药液，加入蜂蜜,加温浓缩至烹小花，加入细辛、羌活末，充分拌匀；离火，按照常规工艺制备为丸，即得。本发明的治疗肩周炎的苗药具有活血通络，祛风除湿功效，疗效明显，服用安全，加工方便，适用于治疗肩周炎及上肢疼痛、活动受限的患者。

本发明与医用配制品有关，具体而言，涉及治疗颈肩部疾病的药物，尤其涉及治疗肩周炎的苗药。
背景技术
肩周炎是粘连性肩关节囊炎（原称肩关节周围炎）的简称，主要痛点在肩关节周围，俗称凝肩、漏肩风或冻结肩。起病多因肩关节周围组织，如肌膛、滑囊等受冷冻、外伤、感染所致。不少患者是由风湿病引起的。主要症状为颈肩持续疼痛，患侧上肢抬高、旋转、前后摆动受限，遇风遇冷感觉有沉重隐痛。中医常用生山楂甘草汤、白芍汤、黄芪当归汤治疗。

苗族有悠久的民族文化，苗医苗药就是苗族文化的一部分，其中有许多疗效显著的验方，但迄今为止尚无治疗肩周炎的苗药申请件。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种治疗肩周炎的苗药，以增加治疗肩周炎的药物品种，使之能够为人们的健康服务。
本发明是基于苗族对植物药的研究，优选出来的配方和制备工艺。
本发明的治疗肩周炎的苗药所用药材的质量配比为:
细辛 30～50 ，羌活150～200，桂枝150～200，桑枝150～200，
独活150～200，秦艽150200，威灵仙200～250，路路通200～250，
红花100～150，桃仁150～200，乳香100～150，没药100～150，
赤芍药150～200，丝瓜络100～150，川芎150～200，防风150～200，海风藤100～150，当归150～200，法半夏100～150，甘草60～70。
上述药材中：
细辛为马兜铃植物细辛(Asarum sieboldii)的带根全草，味辛，性温，可祛风、散寒、行水、开窍（见浙江新医学院编《中药大辞典》1477页）；羌活，为伞形科植物羌活(Notopterygium incisum) 的根茎，味辛苦，性温，能散表寒、祛风湿、利关节（见《中药大辞典》172页）；桂枝为樟科植物肉桂(Cinnamomum cassia)的嫩枝，味辛甘，性温，能发汗解肌，温经通脉(见《中药大辞典》1771页); 桑枝为桑科植物桑(Morus alba)的嫩枝，味苦，性平，能祛风湿，利关节，行水气（见《中药大词典》1966页）；独活为伞形科植物重齿毛当归（Angelica pubescens）的根及根茎，味辛苦，性温，可祛风、胜湿，散寒、止痛（见《中药大辞典》1705页）；秦艽为龙胆科植物秦艽( Gentiana macrophylla Pall.)、麻花秦艽(Gentiana straminea Maxim.)、粗茎秦艽(Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk.)或小秦艽(Gentiana dahurica Fisch.) 的干燥根，味苦辛，性平;能祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛，退虚热；（见《中华人民共和国药典》2010版一部253页）；威灵仙为毛茛科植物威灵仙（Clematis chinensis）的根，味辛咸，性温,有毒，能去风湿，通经络，消痰涎，散癖积（见《中药大辞典》1632页）；路路通为金缕梅科植物枫香(Liquidambar formoana) 的果实，味苦，性平，能祛风、通络，利水，除湿（见《中药大辞典》2485页）；红花为菊科植物红花（Carthamus tinctorius L.）的干燥花，味微苦辛，性温，能活血通经，散瘀止痛（见《中华人民共和国药典》2010版一部141页）；桃仁，为蔷薇科植物桃(Prunus percisa)的种子，味苦甘，性平，有破血行瘀、润躁滑肠的作用（见《中药大辞典》1787页）；乳香，为橄榄科植物卡氏乳香树(Boswellia carterii)的胶树脂，味苦辛，性温，有调气活血，定痛，追毒功效（见《中药材大辞典》1379页）；没药为橄榄科植物没药树(Commiphora myrrha) 的胶树脂，味苦，性平，能散血，去瘀，消肿，定痛（见《中药大辞典》1167页）;赤芍药，为毛茛科植物芍药(Paeonia lactiflora) 的根，味酸苦，性凉，能行气、止痛、凉血、消肿（见《中药大辞典》1093页）；丝瓜络，为葫芦科植物丝瓜(Luffa cylindrica)老熟果实的网状纤维，味甘，性平，能通经活络，清热化痰（见《中药大辞典》794页）；川芎，为伞科植物川芎(Ligusticum chuanxiong) 的根茎，味辛、性温，能行气开郁、祛风燥湿。活血止痛（见《中药大辞典》220页）；防风，为伞形科植物防风（Saposhnikovia divaricata）的根，味辛甘，性温，能发表、祛风，胜湿，止痛，治外感风寒、头痛目眩，风寒湿痹、骨节酸痛、破伤风（见《中药大辞典》985页）；海风藤为胡椒科植物风藤（Piper kadsura (Choisy) Ohwi）的干燥藤茎, 味辛苦，性微温, 归肝经; 能祛风湿，通经络，止痹痛（见《中华人民共和国药典》2010版一部275页）;当归，为伞形科植物当归（Angelica sinensis）的根，味甘辛，性温，有补血和血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠的作用（见《中药大辞典》876页）；法半夏，即炮制的半夏，为天南星科植物半夏(Pinellia ternata）的块茎，味辛，性温，有毒，能燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结（见《中药材大辞典》775页）；甘草为豆科植物甘草（Glycyrrhiza uralensis）的根茎，味甘、性平，有和中缓急、润肺、解毒，补脾益气功效（见《中药大辞典》567页）。
上述药材应符合《中国药典》1995年版一部中各药材项下的规定。
本发明的治疗肩周炎的苗药的制备方法是：按照配方比例取细辛、羌活除去杂质，研末过60目待用；再取桂枝、桑枝、独活、秦艽、威灵仙、路路通、红花、桃仁、乳香、没药、赤芍药、丝瓜络、川芎、防风、海枫屯、当归、法半夏、甘草，将每味药分别除去杂物，粉碎后，投入锅内加水浸泡2h，加温煎煮1h倒出药液，如此煎煮3次，合并药液，加入蜂蜜,加温浓缩至烹小花，加入细辛、羌活末，充分拌匀；离火，按照常规工艺制备为丸，消毒、检验合格后包装入瓶，即得到本发明苗药的颗粒剂。
本苗药还可以常规中药制剂方法制备成任何一种常用口服剂型。
本发明的治疗肩周炎的苗药使用方法是口服，一次15～20粒，一天3次，温开水送服。禁忌：孕妇，无肩周炎者忌服。
本发明的治疗肩周炎的苗药已在临床进行试验应用，收治患者78例，治愈69例，有效7例，无效2例，治愈率88.5%。典型病例有：
病例一：石某，女，39岁，毕节市人，右肩冰冷疼痛半年，活动受限，曾多次输液、服中药无效，来我处服用本发明苗药1周后，疼痛消失，又继续服半月药，巩固疗效，至今5年未复发。
病例二：郑某，女，38岁，毕节市人，左侧肩周疼痛3月，多方治疗无效，改服本发明的苗药半月后痊愈。
病例三：杨某，男，42岁，双侧肩周疼痛，在医院针灸7天，出院后每天都需服布洛芬3次止痛，来我处服用本发明苗药20天后痊愈。至今10年未复发。
本发明的治疗肩周炎的苗药具有活血通络，祛风除湿功效，疗效明显，服用安全，加工方便，适用于治疗肩周炎及上肢疼痛、活动受限的患者。
具体实施方式
实施例 按照下列步骤制备治疗肩周炎的苗药：
取细辛30g、羌活150g除去杂质，研末过60目待用；另取桂枝150g、桑枝150g、独活150g、秦艽150g、威灵仙150g、路路通150g、红花100g、桃仁150g、乳香100g、没药100g、赤芍药150g、丝瓜络100g、川芎150g、防风150g、海风藤100g、当归150g、法半夏100g、甘草60g，将每味药分别除去杂物，粉碎后，投入锅内加水浸泡2h，加温煎煮1h倒出药液，如此煎煮3次，合并药液，加入蜂蜜,加温浓缩至烹小花，加入细辛、羌活末，充分拌匀；离火，按照常规工艺制备为丸，颗粒大小与黄豆相似，消毒、检验合格后包装入瓶，即得到本发明苗药的颗粒剂。
以常规中药制剂方法，用本发明的配方和制法制备成任何一种常用口服剂型，也在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗肩周炎的苗药，其特征在于该苗药所用药材的质量配比为:
细辛 30～50 ，羌活150～200，桂枝150～200，桑枝150～200，
独活150～200，秦艽150200，威灵仙200～250，路路通200～250，
红花100～150，桃仁150～200，乳香100～150，没药100～150，
赤芍药150～200，丝瓜络100～150，川芎150～200，防风150～200，海风藤100～150，当归150～200，法半夏100～150，甘草60～70。
2.制备权利要求1所述的治疗肩周炎的苗药的方法，其特征是按照配方比例取细辛、羌活除去杂质，研末过60目待用；再取桂枝、桑枝、独活、秦艽、威灵仙、路路通、红花、桃仁、乳香、没药、赤芍药、丝瓜络、川芎、防风、海枫屯、当归、法半夏、甘草，将每味药分别除去杂物，粉碎后，投入锅内加水浸泡2h，加温煎煮1h倒出药液，如此煎煮3次，合并药液，加入蜂蜜,加温浓缩至烹小花，加入细辛、羌活末，充分拌匀；离火，按照常规工艺制备为丸，消毒、检验合格后包装入瓶，即得到本发明苗药的颗粒剂。
