背景技术

发明内容
鉴于所述问题,本发明所基于的目的是:提供一种所考虑类型的热交换设备,所述热交换设备的特征在于在低温范围中的改进的运行特性。
根据本发明,该目的通过热交换设备得以实现,所述热交换设备具有权利要求1的全部特征。
因此,本发明的主要特别指出在于,引导需调温的流体的集流室分别具有流体入口或流体出口,其中设有三个或更多个集流室,这些集流室相对在入口和出口之间延伸的流动方向彼此平行地设置。与常见的热交换器经由在两个末端侧的集流室之间延伸的流体通道在整个长度上穿流的结构类型相比,在本发明中至少一个设置在末端侧的集流室之间的另外的集流室在流程长度和在每个集流室的体积流方面减半。运行压力损失由此减小到常规值的四分之一,在低温伴随在此出现的粘度变化的情况下实现运行特性的相应改善。所致力的冬季适宜性由此能够在没有较大壁厚并且即使在空气通过量高的情况下也得以实现,从而能够使用较简单的风扇驱动器并且由此得到整体明显降低的制造成本。

为了为有效的热交换、尤其冷却提高空气通过量,所配置的风扇装置能够优选设置在通道状的流体引导装置的端侧。

在附图5、6、和7的实施例中,代替一个单独的、居中地设置在外部的集流室6和10之间的集流室18,整个热交换设备2具有两个中间的集流室20和22。由此,整个热交换设备2被分为两个热交换器24和26。全部集流室6、10、20和22具有与横截面为矩形的箱相同的形状并且具有相同的体积。两个外置的集流室6和10作为入口侧分别具有一个流体入口8,并且置于中间的集流室2和22分别具有一个流体出口12。入口8和出口12分别设置在集流室6、10、20、22的相同的端侧上。对于流体流而言产生如在图3和4的两个第一实施例中一样的相应的流动关系,即在流体引导装置14中体积流减半的情况下缩短的流程长度,并且借此获得用于冬季运行的由此获得的优点。
图6的实施例对应于图5的实施例,除了下述内容:中间的集流室20和22以入口8形成入口侧,而外置的集流室6和10具有出口12。整个热交换设备2分为热交换器24和26通过选择热交换器24和26的相反的方位设置也能够实现对特殊安装情况的适配。
图7的实施例中关于集流室6、10、20和22的设置结构相应于图5和6的实施例。然而与此不同,仅处于图7左侧的热交换器24具有流体入口8和流体出口12。具有入口8的集流室20在反向于入口8的端部经由管路28与其它热交换器26的集流室22的相邻的端侧端部相连。此外,两个外部的集流室6和10经由管路30相连,该管路在集流室6的反向于出口12的端部上通到该集流室中。在这种设置结构中,图7所示的实施例尽管如图5和6所示实施例那样由两个热交换器24、26构建而成、但是仅具有两个接口,即一个入口8和一个出口12。管路28、30可以构造成管道和软管道。在所有实施例中,在入口侧与出口侧之间可以设置有被加压操作的旁通阀装置。

Claims (10)

1.热交换设备(2)、尤其是流体-空气热交换器,其具有单独的引导流体的集流室(6、10),这些集流室分别具有用于流体输入或流体输出的入口(8)或出口(12),并且所述集流室经由通道状的流体引导装置(14)相互连接,这些流体引导装置在所述设备运行中借助空气流对流体流进行调温、尤其是冷却,所述空气流在通道状的空气引导装置中流动,所述空气引导装置与所述流体引导装置(14)介质密封地分开,其特征在于,为了构造整个热交换设备(2),在设置在彼此相反的外侧上的集流室(6、10)之间插入至少一个另外的集流室(18;20、22),该另外的集流室平行于外置的所述集流室(6、10)设置并且相同地通到所有与外置的集流室(6、10)连接的流体引导装置(14)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热交换设备,其特征在于,一个集流室(18)居中地置于两个经由所述流体引导装置(14)连接的、外置的集流室(6、10)之间并且具有入口(8)或出口(12),并且外置的所述集流室(6、10)具有出口(12)或入口(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的热交换设备,其特征在于,使用至少两个流体-空气热交换器(24、26),所述流体-空气热交换器优选设置在一个平面中,与所述流体-空气热交换器的相邻的集流室(20、22)指向共同的流体流动方向并且具有出口(12)或入口(8),并且经由通道状的流体引导装置(14)分别连接的集流室(6、10)形成用于流体的出口(12)或入口(8)。
4.根据上述权利要求之一所述的热交换设备,其特征在于,使用至少两个流体-空气热交换器(24、26),优选串联连接,其中各一个集流室(20、22)具有入口(8)或出口(12)并且以依次设置的方式经由管路(28)连接到另外的热交换器(24、26)的下一个集流室(20、22)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的热交换设备,其特征在于,以依次设置的方式彼此连接的集流室(20、22)在所述设备(2)运行中具有彼此相反的穿流方向。
6.根据权利要求5所述的热交换设备,其特征在于,以依次设置的方式连接在一个热交换器(24、26)上的另外的热交换器(24、26)的另外的集流室(6、10)经由另外的管路(30)连接到其它热交换器(6、10)的集流室(6、10)上,该集流室在其对置的端部上具有出口(12)。
7.根据上述权利要求之一所述的热交换设备,其特征在于,具有入口(8)或出口(12)的多个集流室(6、10、18、20、22)经由通道状的流体引导装置(14)对具有出口(12)或入口(8)的仅一个集流室(6、10、18、20、22)进行供给。
8.根据上述权利要求之一所述的热交换设备,其特征在于,相应使用的集流室(6、10、18、20、22)在体积方面选择同样大的。
9.根据上述权利要求之一所述的热交换设备,其特征在于,在以集流箱类型构成的集流室(6、10、18、20、22)的整个结构高度或结构长度上,通道状的流体引导装置(14)通入该集流室中,并且空气流动在所述设备运行中基本上横向于所述空气引导装置(14)在所连接的集流室(6、10、18、20、22)中进行。
10.根据上述权利要求之一所述的热交换设备,其特征在于,风扇装置优选在端侧设置在通道状的流体引导装置(14)上,以便为了有效地热交换、尤其冷却而提高空气通过量。
