本发明涉及一种用于燃油加热器的板式换热器。
对于燃油加热器,燃烧的是在下文指代为燃料的燃烧气体或者燃料。这些热废气然后在导水的主换热器中被冷却,热量在废气和水之间交换。通常,水具有加热循环器,使得废气被至少冷却至加热回流的温度。为了进一步利用废气的热能量,公知了回热器,在换热器下游,较冷的淡水(工业用水)用作冷却介质。
通常,这些回热器作为额外部件被附加给加热器,并且为了充分利用壳体内部的加热器空间,而接合在加热器外侧。

本发明的板式换热器具有至少两个子换热器。在第一子换热器中,第一介质将热传递至待加热的介质。在第二子换热器中,第二介质将热传递至已经在第一子换热器中被预加热的待加热介质。
加热设备中的本发明的板式换热器能够以这种方式使用,使得作为待加热介质的冷的工业用水首先在第一子换热器中被在加热设备的主换热器中冷却的废气加热,随后,加热水进一步加热第二子换热器中的工业用水。
有利改进出现在从属权利要求的特征中。
板式换热器可以具有其他子换热器,在其他子换热器中,其他发热的另一介质加热所述吸热介质。例如,通过这些方式,来自太阳能设备或者来自冷凝器的热能够传递至工业用水。

对于本发明的加热设备来说,使用了本发明的板式换热器,就第一发热介质而言,板式换热器的第一子换热器经过废气管线连接加热燃烧器的主换热器,并且连接至环境的废气排放装置。板式换热器的第二子换热器就第二发热介质而言连接加热设备的加热回路的供给管线和返回管线。就吸热介质而言,板式换热器的第一子换热器连接加热设备的工业用水进给管线。就吸热介质而言,板式换热器的第二子换热器连接工业用水排液管线(Zapfleitung)。吸热介质的第一子换热器的板之间的中间空间连接吸热介质的第二子换热器的板之间的中间空间。因此,工业用水首先能够借助冷却的废气被预加热,然后工业用水进一步借助加热水被加热。
如果流过至少一个子换热器的是逆流,那么能够实现特别高的效率。
如果板式换热器以这种方式安装在加热设备中,使得板式换热器的板垂直地布置,那么冷凝液能够通过重力从板式换热器排出。

图1示出了燃气操作的加热设备2,其具有:燃烧器21,该燃烧器由鼓风机22支撑;以及主换热器24,其用于冷却燃烧器21的废气。其中存在气体阀23的燃气管线通向鼓风机22的吸气管线。供给管线18和返回管线19连接加热设备2的主换热器24。主换热器24联接废气收集器和废气管线26。
可替换地,供给管线18和返回管线19可以连接加热循环器3或者本发明的板式换热器1,通过三通阀28实现切换。返回管线19中存在循环泵27,其负责流体的流动。
在图2中示出了由多个板30组成的板式换热器1的细节。因此,就加热设备2的废气而言,第一发热介质31的板式换热器1的第一子换热器11经由废气管线26连接主换热器24和废气排放器5。同时,板式换热器1的第一子换热器11在换热器的另一侧连接用于工业用水的供给管线13(工业用水作为板30之间的第三中间空间15中的吸热介质32)。
第一板式换热器1在第二子换热器12一侧连接供给管线18中的3通阀28,在另一侧与返回管线19连接,使得加热水能够作为发热介质33流过第二子换热器12的该侧。另一方面,就吸热介质32而言,第二子换热器12的第一中间空间15连接具有排液点4的工业用水排液管线14,并且连接至第一子换热器11的连接部;在第一换热器11一侧,该连接通向工业用水供给管线13。
被废气(作为第一发热介质31)流过的位于第一子换热器11的板30之间的第一中间空间16在垂直于板的主轴的相反两侧上敞开并且在垂直于板的主轴的两个其他相反侧上闭合,使得废气能够在平行于板的一侧流入,并且在热交换之后,再次在另一侧流出。废气连接部相应地构成。反过来,工业用水流过覆盖板而流入板式换热器1并且从第三中间空间15中的一个经过连接部传递到下一个第三中间空间。
第二子换热器12以进入第三中间空间15中的工业用水以及进入第二中间空间17的加热水的逆流被流过。
在板式换热器1内,在第一子换热器11的板30之间的第三中间空间15经由通常意义的板式换热器中的内部连接部引导流体地连接吸热介质32的第二子换热器12的板30之间的第三中间空间15。可替换地,连接还可以在板式换热器1外侧经过单独连接部实现;当来自两个单独换热器的本发明的换热器组合时,这是有用的。
为了防止第一中间空间16被来自废气的水蒸气的冷凝水堵塞,一方面,必须适当地选择第一中间空间16的板30之间的距离。此外,如果可能,通过第一中间空间16的流动应该是这样的,即使得冷凝液能够向下运行;此时板30垂直设置是特别有利的。
如果来自主换热器24下游的废气管线26布置在主换热器24下方,并且本发明的板式换热器1与第一子换热器11的垂直布置的板30之间的第一中间空间16连接,那么这是特别有利的。在第一子换热器11下方,废气排放器5与其连接。在用于工业以及加热水的组合设备的情形下,本发明板式换热器1则能够代替用于制备工业用水的辅助换热器,使得能够参照常见构造。
