背景
对于使用生物质作为用于燃料生产或精细化学品生产的来源的兴趣逐渐增加。生物质包括但不限于植物部分、果实、蔬菜、加工废料、木屑、谷壳、谷粒、禾草、玉米、玉米皮、杂草、水生植物、干草、纸、纸制品、再生纸和纸制品、木质纤维素材料、木质素和任何含纤维素的生物材料或生物来源的材料。
生物质的重要组分是存在于生物质固体部分中的木质素。木质素包含形成不易于处理的较大分子的芳族链和含氧物成分。木质素难以处理的主要原因是无法分散木质素以与能够分解木质素的催化剂接触。
木质素是地球上最丰富的天然聚合物之一。获得木质素的一种常见方式是通过在制浆工艺期间从木材分离。仅少量(1%-2%)木质素用于专用产品中,而其余主要部分用作燃料。尽管燃烧木质素是减少化石燃料使用的有价值的方式,但木质素具有作为用于化学品和燃料的可持续生产的原材料的重大潜力。
根据原材料来源和后续加工,各种木质素在结构上不同,但一个共同特征是主链由各种经取代苯基丙烷单元组成,所述单元通过芳基醚或碳-碳键彼此键结。其通常经甲氧基取代,并且酚类和脂肪族羟基为(例如)进一步官能化提供位点。已知与(例如)亲水性纤维素相比,木质素吸收水的能力较低。
现今,木质素可作为粘合剂用作(例如)颗粒燃料中的组分,但由于其高能量含量,其自身也可用作能量来源。木质素具有比纤维素或半纤维素高的能量含量,并且1克木质素平均具有2.27KJ,此比纤维素碳水化合物的能量含量多30%。木质素的能量含量类似于煤的能量含量。现今,由于其燃料价值,通常将在纸浆或造纸厂中使用牛皮纸工艺、硫酸盐工艺移出的木质素燃烧,以提供能量以运行生产工艺并从蒸煮液回收化学品。
木质素解聚(LDP)是其有效利用的关键步骤。有效LDP工艺应产生新的环保起始材料用于散装和精细化学品工业。而且,LDP工艺、之后加氢脱氧(HDO)步骤将是朝向化石燃料替代物的捷径。在所有提出的木质素解聚的方法中,不需外部氢来源的氧化还原中性途径是最经济的。木质素的化学结构极为复杂,其中β-O-4'-甘油芳基醚键代表有机溶剂和酶水解木质素中的最常见重复单体单元。
生物燃料(例如生物汽油和生物柴油)是能量主要源自生物质材料或气体的燃料,例如木材、玉米、甘蔗、动物脂肪、植物油等。然而,生物燃料工业受如食物对燃料的辩论、原材料的效率和一般供应等问题困扰。同时,纸浆或造纸工业产生大量木质素,其如上文所述经常仅在工厂中燃烧。探索生物质作为燃料或燃料组分的两种常见策略是使用裂解油或氢化木质素。
使用木质素作为用于燃料生产的来源的一个缺点是提供呈适于加氢处理器或裂化器形式的木质素或木质素衍生物的问题。问题在于木质素不可溶于油或脂肪酸中,若非必要,此是非常期望的。
现有技术提供将木质素降解成小的单元或分子以制备可加工木质素衍生物的各种策略。所述策略包括氢化、脱氧和酸催化水解。WO 2011003029涉及使木质素中的碳-碳键和碳-氧键催化裂解的方法。US 20130025191涉及解聚和脱氧方法,其中木质素利用氢以及催化剂在含芳族溶剂中进行处理。所有这些策略都涉及在最后混合之前在脂肪酸或油中实施降解的方法。WO 2008157164揭示使用第一分散剂以形成生物质悬浮液以获得与催化剂的更好接触的替代策略。这些策略通常还需要分离降解产物以将其与不期望试剂(例如溶剂或催化剂)分开。

发明的具体说明
本发明提供直接从生物质解聚木质素而未首先分离木质素的直接方法。本发明的方法使得木质素更可溶并且可从生物质提取更多木质素。此外,所述方法可实施于现有技术中,例如有机溶剂工艺。
本发明方法不涉及使用供氢供体,例如甲酸。在本发明方法中,醇不是氢供体,或其至少不是主要氢供体。相反,不受限于理论,相信解聚的木质素所需的氢来自生物质自身。
精炼原料的希望特征是低氧含量或尽可能低的氧与碳比率。相信通过本发明获得的组合物是用于精炼厂的适宜原料,因为其可溶解于各种溶剂(包括油和脂肪酸)中,并且具有低氧对碳含量。
生物质包括但不限于木材、果实、蔬菜、加工废料、谷壳、谷粒、禾草、玉米、玉米皮、杂草、水生植物、干草、纸、纸制品、再循环纸、壳、藻类、稻草、树皮或坚果壳、木质纤维素材料和任何含纤维素的生物材料或生物来源的材料。在一个实施例中,生物质是木材,优选微粒木材,例如锯屑或木屑。木材可为任何种类的木材,硬或软木材、针叶树或阔叶树。木材的非限制性列表可为松木、桦木、云杉木、枫木、梣木、花楸木、红杉木、桤木、榆木、橡木和山毛榉木。本发明者已发现,如果木质素未经化学预处理或改性(例如还原或氧化),那么根据本发明木质素的解聚显著更有效。例如,与根据本发明方法处理的锯屑或木屑或有机溶剂型木质素相比,根据本发明处理的牛皮纸木质素或木质素磺酸盐的解聚将较少。在一个实施例中,生物质含有木质素,其中木质素的化学结构或化学组成基本上未经修改。在一个实施例中,生物质是有机溶剂型木质素,也就是,从有机溶剂工艺获得的木质素。
在本申请案中,术语“木质素衍生物”意指衍生自木质素的分子或聚合物。在本申请案中,“木质素衍生物”和“衍生自木质素的分子或聚合物”可互换使用。例如在处理黑液或红液以沉淀或分离木质素时,这些分子或聚合物可为木质素或木质素来源的化学改性或降解的结果。
本发明者发现,即使添加氢供体(例如甲酸)引起模型研究中β-o-4键的选择性裂解和模型聚合物的解聚(实例1),但所用条件不会引起木质素的任何解聚,甚至在160℃下。当木质素与Pd/C(5摩尔%)、硼氢化钠(10摩尔%)在水/乙酸乙酯中在160℃下在自生压力下反应1h时,处理仅导致中等解聚,参见图1。
相反,本发明者利用生物质的有机溶剂处理期间所用的条件。有机溶剂工艺是源于1930年代早期的制浆技术,而主要发展在1980年代晚期期间,其中生物质分离为纤维素、和木质素和半纤维素。所述技术涉及使木质纤维素原料(例如碎木)与水性有机溶剂在140℃和更高且通常不高于220℃范围内的温度下接触。此引起α芳基-醚链接水解解聚成可溶于有机溶剂中的片段。所用溶剂包括丙酮、甲醇、乙醇、丁醇、乙二醇、甲酸和乙酸。溶剂在水中的浓度可在40wt%到80wt%范围内。可使用较高沸点溶剂并且其具有可使用较低工艺压力的优点,但另一方面,所述溶剂较难回收。有机溶剂工艺可为两阶段或更多个阶段的工艺,其中在两个阶段中使用相同或不同溶剂。可优选地在第二阶段中添加碱(例如氢氧化钠),并且木质素可通过使用任何适宜酸降低pH来分离。为在有机溶剂工艺中从半纤维素分离高分子量木质素,可使木质素沉淀或可将混合物过滤、蒸发、蒸馏或离心。
本发明者发现,通过在升高温度下在过渡金属催化剂存在下在有机溶剂中处理生物质(例如木屑或锯屑),所得解聚的木质素具有小于900g/mol的分子量,而无催化剂的对照方法产生具有6000g/mol的分子量的木质素。本发明可容易地整合到制浆工艺中,所述工艺涉及不仅留下解聚的木质素而且留下高质量纤维素和半纤维素的有机溶剂工艺。
解聚的木质素包含具有下式的化合物:
其中每一R1和R2是H或OCH3并且R3是(CH2)2CH3、(CH2)3OH或(CH)2CH3。所述化合物的具体实例是
其中1是愈创木基丙烷,2是愈创木基丙醇,3是紫丁香基丙烷,4是紫丁香基丙醇并且5是2-甲氧基-4-(丙-1-烯基)苯酚。本发明方法生成化合物的混合物。所述方法主要产生化合物5和仅低含量的化合物3和4,并且因此,通过本发明获得的化合物和根据本发明的组合物具有低氧与碳比率。在一个实施例中,所生成混合物包含小于10摩尔%的每一化合物1到4和多于50摩尔%的化合物5。在一个实施例中,所生成混合物包含小于5摩尔%的每一化合物1到4和多于70摩尔%的化合物5,或所生成混合物包含小于5摩尔%的化合物1到4和多于80摩尔%的化合物5。在一个实施例中,混合物包含1-10wt%的化合物1到4。在另一实施例中,混合物包含70-90wt%的化合物5。较高比例的化合物5可是有益的,这是因为其具有低氧与碳比率,并且较高选择性还产生关于进一步处理更可预测且因此更易于精炼的混合物。
在一个实施例中,生物质是含有木质素的生物质、优选地木材,并且其中生物质是微粒生物质,例如锯屑或木屑。可使用任何适宜技术将生物质研磨成小大小的粒子或粉末。粒子大小可为10cm或更小、或5cm或更小、或2cm或更小、或5mm或更小、或1mm或更小、或500μm或更小。
将生物质与有机溶剂或包含至少一种有机溶剂的混合物混合。在一个实施例中,使用包含有机溶剂和水的溶剂混合物。有机溶剂可为含氧物,例如基于醇、酯、酮、醚或呋喃或糠醛的溶剂。优选溶剂是C1-C10醇、C2-C10醚、C2-C10羧酸、C3-C10酮和C2-C10酯,例如甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、甘油、丙酮和丁基醚(例如叔丁基甲基醚);二乙基醚、二甘醇二甲醚、二异丙基醚、二甲氧基乙烷、二乙二醇二乙基醚、聚乙二醇1,4-二噁烷、乙酸和四氢呋喃。在一个实施例中,溶剂选自水、甲醇、乙醇、丁醇、丙醇或丙酮或其组合。优选C1-C10酯是有机酯、芳族或非芳族酯,酯的实例是苯甲酸苄基酯、各种乙酸酯(例如乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯)、各种乳酸酯(例如乳酸乙酯)。在一个实施例中,溶剂包含C1-C10醇、C2-C10醚、C2-C10羧酸和C2-C10酯的组合。在一个实施例中,溶剂包含两种C1-C10醇,例如乙醇和甘油,且在另一实施例中,溶剂包含丙醇和甘油。在一个实施例中,溶剂包含聚乙二醇和C1-C10醇。在一个实施例中,溶剂包含糠醛或糠醇。当溶剂为有机溶剂和水的混合物时,混合物可含有甲醇与水、乙醇与水、异丙醇与水、乙酸与水或乙酸乙酯与水,优选地乙醇与水、异丙醇与水以及甲醇与水。有机溶剂与水之间的比率可为1:10到10:1(有机溶剂:水重量比),例如1:8到8:1,优选地1:4到4:1、或1:2到2:1,优选地约1:1。在一个实施例中,溶剂混合物包含40-60重量%有机溶剂和40-60重量%水。溶剂中的底物或生物质浓度可为0.1wt%或更多、或0.5wt%或更多、或1wt%或更多、或2wt%或更多、或5wt%或更多、或10wt%或更多、或20wt%或更多、或30wt%或更多,并且可为70wt%或更小或50wt%或更小。
所述方法可(例如)通过仅使用有机溶剂在没有水的情况下实施,但通过添加水,所述方法由于降低的爆炸风险而更适于大规模生产。无需向反应中添加任何碱或任何额外碱。
使用过渡金属催化剂以处理生物质,并且过渡金属可选自(但不限于)以下或基于以下选择:钯(Pd)、铂(Pt)、钌(Ru)、铑(Rh)、镍(Ni)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、铬(Cr)、钼(Mo)、钨(W),优选地Pd、Pt、Fe、Ni或Cu。在一个实施例中,催化剂是Pd。在一个实施例中,催化剂是Pt。在一个实施例中,催化剂是W或W/C。在一个实施例中,催化剂是Fe。在一个实施例中,催化剂是基于Ni,例如拉尼镍。在一个实施例中,催化剂是Cu。催化剂还可为所述金属的组合或包含至少一种所述金属的双金属催化剂。在另一实施例中,催化剂是钯和/或铂掺杂的金属催化剂。经掺杂金属催化剂可为基于铜、镍或铁的催化剂,其可经钯或铂掺杂。催化剂可呈粉末、颗粒、经涂布表面或固体材料形式。在一个实施例中,催化剂选自Pd、Pd2(dba)3(三(二亚苄基丙酮)二钯(0))、Pd(OAc)2(乙酸钯(II))、Pd(PPh3)4(四(三苯基膦)钯(0))、Pd(PtBu3)2(双(三-叔丁基膦)钯(0))或Pd/C(碳载钯)。在另一实施例中,催化剂是Pt、铂黑或PtO2。在另一实施例中,催化剂是Rh/C。在另一实施例中,催化剂是Ru/C。催化剂可在使用之前通过(例如)使用还原剂移除氧或氧化物来预活化。催化剂可以至少催化量添加。在一个实施例中,相对于木质素含量,催化剂的量是0.5摩尔%或更多、或1摩尔%或更多、或3摩尔%或更多、或5摩尔%或更多、或7摩尔%或更多、或10摩尔%或更多、或100摩尔%或更小、或50摩尔%或更小、或25摩尔%或更小、或15摩尔%或更小、或12摩尔%或更小。相信当使用基于Pd或Pt的催化剂或经Pd或Pt掺杂的催化剂时,所述方法对水不敏感或至少较不敏感。优选地,在反应期间,催化剂与底物或生物质接触。
生物质与催化剂在溶剂中形成浆液或混合物,并且将混合物加热到至少80℃、或至少120℃,优选地130℃或更高、或140℃或更高、或150℃或更高、或160℃或更高、或170℃或更高、或180℃或更高、或190℃或更高、或250℃或更低、或230℃或更低、或210℃或更低、或200℃或更低。处理时间取决于所用溶剂和待处理的体积。作为实例,在处理3ml的体积时,可在30分钟或更多、或1小时或更多、或1.5小时或更多、或2小时或更多时间期间加热溶剂中的生物质与催化剂的混合物。处理或反应较快,并且可在1小时或更少时间之后、或在3小时或更少时间之后、或在10小时或更少时间之后终止。
反应可在产生自生压力的封闭或密封容器中实施。反应优选地在连续混合期间执行。解聚期间的压力可为约100巴或更小、或50巴或更小、或45巴或更小、或35巴或更小、或25巴或更小、或10巴或更小,例如8巴或更小、或5巴或更小、或2巴或更小、或1巴或更多。在一个实施例中,解聚期间的压力是5-45巴,例如20-35巴。然而,本发明的一个主要优势在于无需氢气。反应还可在回流期间实施。
处理或反应可空气中、或在具有降低氧压力的气氛中、或在惰性气氛(例如氮或氩)中实施。在使用钯催化剂时,使用惰性气氛产生更好结果,但非必要的。
处理之后,可通过过滤、蒸发、蒸馏或离心或任何适宜技术来分离解聚的木质素。相信纤维素或半纤维素将不受影响或至少仅轻微解聚。此使得本发明还是一种生产高质量纸浆和半纤维素的令人感兴趣的方法。通过首先根据有机溶剂工艺、之后本发明方法处理木质纤维素原料,可获得高质量纸浆和半纤维素以及解聚的木质素。
所得解聚的木质素具有小于1500g/mol、或优选地小于1200g/mol、或小于900g/mol的重均分子量(Mw)。在一个实施例中,80%或更多的所得木质素具有小于600g/mol、或小于400g/mol的分子量。在一个实施例中,获得15%产率或更多、或20%产率或更多的2-甲氧基-4-(丙-1-烯基)苯酚。
通过分离和再循环催化剂,所述工艺更有效并且甚至更经济有利。催化剂在失去反应性之前可使用若干次。可通过用氢处理催化剂进行重新活化。例如,可将催化剂放置于醇(例如乙醇)中并且在氢压力(例如,3-6巴)下静置几个小时(例如2-15小时)。重新活化可在室温(20℃)下实施,并且重新活化的催化剂可用醇(例如乙醇)冲洗。
可使用通过本发明方法获得的解聚的木质素、或化合物且尤其具有下式的化合物制造燃料
其中每一R1和R2是H或OCH3并且R3是(CH2)2CH3、(CH2)3OH或(CH)2CH3。化合物可呈包含溶剂和添加剂的组合物形式,其中溶剂可为脂肪酸或油。在一个实施例中,组合物中的化合物(解聚的木质素)占组合物的5-30wt%、或10-25wt%。在一个实施例中,组合物中至少15wt%、或至少20wt%的化合物是2-甲氧基-4-(丙-1-烯基)苯酚。在一个实施例中,2-甲氧基-4-(丙-1-烯基)苯酚的含量是10-25wt%、或15-20wt%。如果使用硬木材作为生物质,那么2-甲氧基-4-(丙-1-烯基)苯酚的量可更高,为30-50wt%。
可在精炼厂中使用熟知技术对本发明的化合物或组合物进行加氢处理或使其裂解以生产燃料。此外,化合物可用于制备精细化学品,例如酚。
实例
实例1
初步研究显示,在催化量的Pd/C(5摩尔%)和空气(表1,条目1)、3ml乙酸乙酯:水(比率3:1)存在下,β-O-4'乙醇芳基醚(50mg)经历苄基羟基的缓慢氧化,而不会裂解以生成二聚酮。在80℃下惰性气氛下实施反应时,观察到朝向希望的氧化和裂解产物的极慢转变(表1,条目2)。我们发现,添加催化量的氢化物或氢供体对反应有效应。在硼氢化钠存在下运行Pd/C催化的有氧氧化裂解反应,在40分钟内获得定量产率的希望苯乙酮和苯酚。对若干氢供体进行筛选。
木质素芳基的甲氧基化程度取决于其来源。底物的取代(表2)模拟柳枝稷、软木材(松木、云杉木等)和硬木材(桦木等)中存在的取代型式。所述反应在80℃下以近定量产率产生相应裂解产物。对于高度取代的底物,所述反应进行较慢并且需要较长反应时间来实现完全转化。
朝向木质素解聚的下一步骤是对模型聚合物应用所述方法以反映物理性质,例如溶解性。模型聚合物在与二聚模型相同的条件下处理时,经历Pd/C催化的β-O-4'键裂解反应。
还应考虑本发明系统在酸性和碱性介质二者中的稳定性,这是因为根据所用工艺,所产生木质素包含大量酸或碱,换句话说,其对pH不敏感。在1M HC1或NaOH存在下,结果与中性条件相同。感兴趣的是,如果不存在钯的NaOH反应未导致起始材料的任何转变,那么在HCl情形下,形成许多无法辨认的产物以及少量愈创木酚(参见S.I.)。此意味着催化量的钯可保护木质素免于提取后再缩合。所得结果令人鼓舞并且表明Pd/C催化的解聚可适用于植物源木质素的降解。
然而,相同条件下的木质素不经历解聚。当木质素与Pd/C(5摩尔%)、硼氢化钠(10摩尔%)在水/乙酸乙酯中于160℃下在自生压力下反应lh时,仅导致中等解聚,图1。
实例2
将松树(樟子松)锯屑(10g)与乙醇水(100ml,1:1比率)混合物在Pd/C(以木质素含量计,5摩尔%)存在下混合并在195℃下加热1h。还实施对照实验,其中Pd/C不存在。
GPC分析显示,所获得的所有木质素都小于Mw 900Da,其中多于80%的分析物属于单体和二聚体(小于Mw 400Da)(对照6000Da到1000Da,所有的40%),图2。NMR和GC/MC分析均显示存在一种主要产物,即2-甲氧基-4-(丙-1-烯基)苯酚。纯化所得油导致28%产率。
实例3
回收和催化剂再使用是重要问题,并且因此,在依次间歇操作中简单的催化剂分离和再循环可大大增加总体工艺的效率。使用相同批次的催化剂运行反应,导致三次连续运行反应性的适度降低。在第五次运行后用氢重新活化Pd/C证明成功增加催化剂反应性。参见图3。通过将催化剂放置在乙醇中并施加5巴的氢压力并使催化剂在室温下静置12小时来重新活化。然后用乙醇冲洗重新活化的催化剂。
实例4
程序:相对于木质素含量(假定木质素单体的MW为243g/mol,克拉松(Klasson)方法),将5g风干的桦树屑与20mol%催化剂一起使用。所用溶剂系统是水/乙醇1:1,180ml。所述反应在密封的高压反应器中在180-190度下实施1h。在所有情形下,在使用之前都用氮吹扫反应器。加热程序与在钯情形下相同。
通过添加金属催化剂催化木质素解聚。所用催化剂是W/C、漆原(Urushibara)催化剂U-Fe-B、Cu、拉尼镍(2800,西格玛奥德里奇(Sigma Aldrich))和Fe。GPC分析揭示针对所有过渡金属催化剂的不同解聚,图4。GC-MS揭示木质素残余物,图5-8。
铁催化剂是通过在水中用硼氢化钠还原铁(II)或(III)来源来制备。铁催化剂不经预洗涤和过滤直接使用。U-Fe-B是根据文献程序来制备。铜是以微细金属粉末形式使用。

Claims (18)
1.一种解聚木质素的方法,该方法包含
a.提供呈微粒形式的生物质,其中该生物质含有木质素;包含一种有机溶剂和水的一种溶剂混合物以及一种过渡金属催化剂;其中该生物质是木材或树皮并且其中该木材呈锯屑或木屑形式;
b.混合该生物质、该溶剂混合物和该过渡金属催化剂以获得一种混合物;
c.将该混合物加热到至少160℃并在不超过50巴的压力处解聚该木质素,使木质素解聚至不超过1500g/mol的一个重均分子量,且其中至少20重量%的该解聚的木质素是2-甲氧基-4-(丙-1-烯基)苯酚;和
d.任选地分离解聚的木质素;
其中不添加氢气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中将该混合物加热到至少160℃并在35巴或更小的压力处解聚该木质素。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中该过渡金属催化剂是基于钯的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中该过渡金属催化剂是碳载钯Pd/C。
5.根据权利要求1到4中任一项所述的方法,其中将该混合物加热到至少180℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中将该混合物加热到至少195℃。
7.根据权利要求1-4和6中任一项所述的方法,其中该解聚的木质素具有不超过1000g/mol的一个重均分子量(Mw)。
8.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中该解聚的木质素具有不超过1000g/mol的一个重均分子量(Mw)。
9.根据权利要求1-4和6中任一项所述的方法,其中在至少15分钟期间加热该混合物。
10.根据权利要求1-4和6中任一项所述的方法,其中该有机溶剂是一种醇。
11.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中该有机溶剂是甲醇或乙醇。
12.根据权利要求1-4、6和11中任一项所述的方法,其中基于该木质素含量,过渡金属催化剂的浓度是至少1摩尔%。
13.根据权利要求1-4、6和11中任一项所述的方法,其中不使用添加的碱。
14.根据权利要求1-4、6和11中任一项所述的方法,其中不添加甲酸或氢化物。
15.根据权利要求1-4、6和11中任一项所述的方法,其中该解聚是在空气中执行。
16.一种制造燃料的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
从根据权利要求1到15中任一项所述的方法获得化合物;
在精炼厂中裂化或加氢处理所述化合物。
17.一种产生一种或更多种具有下式的化合物的方法:
i.
其中每一R1和R2是H或OCH3并且R3是(CH2)2CH3、(CH2)3OH或(CH)2CH3,该方法包含:
a.提供呈微粒形式的生物质,其中该生物质含有木质素;包含一种有机溶剂和水的一种溶剂混合物以及一种过渡金属催化剂;其中该生物质是木材或树皮并且其中该木材呈锯屑或木屑形式;
b.混合该生物质、该溶剂混合物和该过渡金属催化剂以获得一种混合物;
c.将该混合物加热到至少160℃并在不超过50巴压力处解聚该木质素;和
d.任选地分离解聚的木质素;
其中不添加氢气,其中至少20wt%的这些化合物是(2-甲氧基-4-(丙-1-烯基)苯酚),即R1是H,R2是OCH3并且R3是(CH)2CH3。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中将该混合物加热到至少160℃并在35巴或更小的压力处解聚该木质素。
