Description
本发明涉及一种用于暂时存储加料系统的自由空间中的挥发性燃料物质并定量地供入内燃机的进气管中的设备,在该设备中,一个关闭阀设置在一管道中,该管道穿过一吸收元素或单元伸入到内燃机的进气管中。
DE-PS3802664中公开了一种这样的设备。该设备应能防止始终存在于内燃机的燃料容器的自由空间中的挥发性燃料物质的泄漏,并且应用一种专门的设置在自由空间和大气之间的通风管线,一个带有吸收元素的存储室设置在该通风管线中。该吸收元素大多是由活性碳构成的可穿透物体,它适应于暂时存储大容积的挥发性燃料。为了还原吸收元素,在内燃机正常运转期间,使新鲜空气穿过吸收元素,为此设置一个管道,它将存储室与内燃机的进气管连接起来。此外还已知,通过导管流向内燃机进气管的物料流量可以用阀来控制或调节。为此,在关闭阀前面直接串接一个辅助阀,辅助阀可由一个真空调节器关闭,该真空调节器可由控制室和大气之间的压力差来控制。
在此应该注意到,对挥发性燃料物质向内燃机进气管中的定量供给进行控制是至关重要的。只有这样才能无限制地利用该设备的优点。如果在由许多单独部分组成的设备中出现物料流量方面的故障,那么就不可能识别这种不均匀性以及不能相应地作出反应。设备的运转故障会由于废气有害物质的产生而对环境造成不良作用。例如未燃烧的碳氢物从有缺陷的管道中泄漏到大气中,而且该泄漏又不会被内燃机操作人员注意到。设备出现的功能故障,尤其是由于不均匀的发动机冲程,会对内燃机的运行情况产生不利的影响。
本发明的任务是,进一步改进开头所述类型的设备,使得通过管道进入内燃机进气管的挥发性燃料物质的物料流量是可以控制的。由此通过在内燃机各种运转状态下进行的调节实现了挥发性燃料物质最佳地充入燃烧空间,从而大大减少了内燃机对环境排放的有害物质数量。
本发明的任务是这样解决的,即在管道中设置一个测量装置,用于产生相应于通过的物料流量的第一信号,为关闭阀配置了一个辅助装置,用于产生在数量上相应于阀位置的第二信号,该辅助装置将第一信号和第二信号进行比较并且至少设置一个显示第一信号相对于第二信号的偏差的辅助仪器。
本发明的设备对挥发性燃料物质定量地供入内燃机进气管进行控制,使得对进入进气管的挥发性燃料物质的物料流量的进行监视和影响成为可能。通过将测量装置与一个用于操作关闭阀的其结构例如可以为一种控制品的辅助装置以及一个用于显示设备中物料流量不均匀性的辅助仪器相连接,就能够及早地发现和消除系统中出现的故障。当对应于一个为内燃机的最佳运转条件所确定的理论值的进入进气管中的流量出现小的偏差时,例如由于在辅助阀中出现的沉积,控制器就能够通过调节关闭阀而对进入进气管的气体供给量施加影响。理论值是与通过的挥发性燃料物质的实际值进行比较的基础,最好是将理论值输入或列到与辅助装置相配置的一个通用特征曲线中。
进入内燃机进气管中的物料流量的理论值可以由辅助装置不断地与实际值比较,实际值的信号由测量装置传送。如果两个数值之间的偏差量位于一个任意确定的误差范围以外,那么要通过辅助装置调节关闭阀。关闭阀对辅助装置的信号进行反应的速度对于设备中与动态过程的适应是具有决定性作用的。关闭阀对辅助装置的信号的反应速度越快,就越有利于设备对内燃机的废气排放和运转情况的作用。如果例如由于设备中的故障而不再能控制或调节物料流量的理论值和实际值的偏差,那么这种情况可以在辅助仪器上识别出来,这种辅助仪器例如是一种显示器。
根据本发明的设备的一个特征,测量装置在流动方向上设置在吸收元素和关闭阀的前面。其优点是测量装置可以装在容易接近的地方而不必装在进气管附近,如果出现软管连接密封不良或掉落到设备的一个任意位置上的问题,那么通过测量装置就可以使通过的物料流量变小。由此造成的实际值和理想值的偏差由辅助装置识别,当偏差无法控制时,该偏差被显示在显示器上。
根据本发明的设备的另一个特征,测量装置和关闭阀可传导信号地相连接,关闭阀可以通过测量装置的信号由辅助装置操纵或控制。在内燃机运转期间,关闭阀始终是可传导信号地与辅助装置相连接。测量装置的信号通过辅助装置(例如一种控制器)对关闭阀进行控制。
根据本发明设备的又一个特征,在辅助装置中可以包含一个对没有达到任意确定的理论值的偏差值的显示进行抑制的机构。由此使辅助仪器(例如为一种显示器)只在通过管道进入内燃机进气管的物料流量的实际值与理论值的偏差为临界偏差时才作出显示。这样保证了在对设备的功能进行监视时能够一目了然并且操作简单。
下面将按照附图对本发明的部件进一步说明。
用于向内燃机进气管中定量供给挥发性燃料物质的设备按照例如在DE-PS3802664中描述的那样进行工作。
除了在DE-PS3802664中所示的部件外,在流动方向上位于吸收元素9和关闭阀8的前面装有一个测量装置4。该测量装置4经信号线路5与辅助装置6相连,辅助装置6为一种控制器,测量装置4给辅助装置提供物料流量实际值的特征值。在辅助装置6中可以输入含有物料流量理论值的通用特征曲线。当实际值与理论值的偏差在大于一个确定的值的范围中,该偏差则被显示在辅助仪器7中。此外辅助装置6然后通过控制关闭阀8尽量使实际值和理论值达到一致。如果成功了,那么就消掉辅助仪器7上的显示。此外,在辅助装置6中还可以包含另一种机构,借助于该机构,只有在实际值与理论值出现偏差后的某一定时间时才能对关闭阀8进行调节和显示在辅助仪器7上。这样就有时间使设备中的较小不均匀性或对关闭阀8已经进行的控制或调节稳定下来。
Claims (4)
1、暂时存储加料系统的自由空间中的挥发性燃料物质和将其定量供入内燃机进气管的设备,其中在管道中设有一个关闭阀,管道穿过吸收元素伸入到内燃机的进气管中,其特征在于,在管道(3)中装有一个测量装置(4),用于产生相应于通过的物料流量的第一信号,关闭阀(8)配置有一个辅助装置(6),用于产生数量上相应于阀位置的第二信号,辅助装置(6)可对第一信号和第二信号进行比较,并且辅助装置(6)至少设有一个辅助仪器(7),用于显示第一信号相对于第二信号的偏差。
2、按照权利要求1的设备,其特征在于,测量装置(4)在流动方向上装在吸收元素(9)和关闭阀(8)的前面。
3、按照权利要求1和2的设备,其特征在于,测量装置(4)和关闭阀(8)可传导信号地相连接,关闭阀(8)可以通过测量装置(4)的信号经辅助装置(6)来控制。
4、按照权利要求1至3的设备,其特征在于,辅助装置(6)含有对未达到任意确定的理论值的偏差的显示进行抑制的机构。
