The subsequent production and assembly process of each single-phase cost control intelligent electric energy meter is hooked with the MCU internal serial number, and once a subsequent fault occurs, all production processes of the meter can be traced back by inquiring the MCU internal serial number of the fault meter.

Meanwhile, compared with the traditional mode of monitoring the production flow by pasting the bar codes, the method can reduce the cost and the working procedure, and the internal serial number cannot be directly seen by an operator, so that the operator must treat each table equally.

The MCU internal serial number is stored in the MCU and can be read out through a communication mode.
