Abstract
本发明属于空气净化设备技术领域,具体涉及一种负氧离子发生装置,包括内部形成封闭腔室的壳体,壳体的封闭腔室中设有负氧离子发生腔和与负氧离子发生腔连通的引流腔,所述负氧离子发生腔内设置有同时产生负氧离子和加湿气体的纳米陶瓷装置,纳米陶瓷装置产生的负氧离子与加湿气体进入引流腔中并通过设置于引流腔处的引流装置导流到壳体外部;以及向纳米陶瓷体内部添加水的高压供水装置。本发明具有结构简单,价格便宜,安装方便,容易清洗,净化效率高,无二次污染、节能环保等优点,在净化、加湿的同时提供有益于人体健康的负离子。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于空气净化设备技术领域,具体涉及一种负氧离子发生装置。
背景技术
随着我国工业化的发展,空气中出现各种工业粉尘、灰尘、纤尘和雾霾,同时也会携带着各种细菌和病毒,这对人们的生活和健康产生了严重的威胁。室外空气污染日益严重,室外雾霾严重侵入室内;室内装修、建筑材料及家用电器等的应用,使得室内空气污染问题日益突出,严重威胁着人们的身体健康,而且室内污染使得空气中对人体健康有益的负氧离子含量也越来越少,负氧离子不仅可高效杀灭室内空气中的细菌、PM2.5,更可以中和空气中的正离子,清新空气。室内湿度同时也影响室内舒适度及人体健康,室内湿度过低,人体免疫系统会受到伤害,导致对疾病的抵抗力大大降低甚至丧失,室内湿度过高,为细菌、霉菌及其他微生物繁殖创造了良好的生长繁殖条件,加剧室内微生物污染。
常见的空气净化器主要有机械过滤、吸附、静电除尘、紫外线杀菌、光催化净化、等离子体、臭氧净化灯等净化设备,用来分离空气中的悬浮颗粒,但对于细菌、有毒有害气体等污染物则显得束手无策;吸附法包括物理吸附和化学吸附,它几乎适用于所有恶臭有害气体,且脱除效率高,是脱除有害气体常用的一种方法。用作吸附材料的物质主要为活性炭,它具有表面积大、吸脱速度快、吸附容量大等优点,但活性炭易吸附饱和,产生二次污染;静电技术可以除尘灭菌,但不能有效去除室内空气中有害气体如VOC(挥发性有机污染物),而且易产生臭氧,臭氧浓度一旦超标对人体有害;光催化净化几乎能分解所有室内挥发性有机化合物,对微生物也有一定的杀灭作用,不过,净化效率往往不高,还可能产生一些不完全氧化产物,价格昂贵;低温等离子包含电子、离子、氧活性物种和激发态分子等有极高化学活性的物种,可以打开污染气体分子的化学键,使很多高活化能的化学反应得以发生,从而达到处理室内空气中有机污染物的目的,但是该技术在对空气放电过程中容易产生氮氧化物及臭氧等二次污染物,需通过协同催化等途径进行控制。到目前为止,科研工作者仍在积极探索一种具有高效净化室内空气的净化装置,以还人们一个舒适、洁净的生活空间。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、净化效率高、不会产生臭氧及二次污染的负氧离子发生装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
一种负氧离子发生装置,包括内部形成封闭腔室的壳体,壳体的封闭腔室中设有负氧离子发生腔和与负氧离子发生腔连通的引流腔,
所述负氧离子发生腔内设置有同时产生负氧离子和加湿气体的纳米陶瓷装置,纳米陶瓷装置产生的负氧离子与加湿气体进入引流腔中并通过设置于引流腔处的引流装置导流到壳体外部;
以及向纳米陶瓷体内部添加水的高压供水装置。
进一步地,所述纳米陶瓷装置包括设置于负氧离子发生腔中的若干个纳米陶瓷体,所述纳米陶瓷体为内部中空结构且设有若干连通纳米陶瓷体内部与外部的孔道;
所述高压供水装置处于壳体内或外,高压供水装置向纳米陶瓷体内添加的水进入孔道中与孔道内壁形成高速摩擦产生负氧离子,且随着经过孔道后形成雾状的水一并进入负氧离子发生腔中。
进一步地,所述高压供水装置包括具有储水空间且使储水空间内的水形成高压的高压水箱,高压水箱的排水口通过管道与每个纳米陶瓷体内部形成连通。
进一步地,所述高压水箱与纳米陶瓷体之间的管道上设置有高压泵。
进一步地,负离子发生装置还包括用于收集负离子发生腔中未被引流到壳体外部雾状水的集水器,该集水器将收集的水传输给连通高压水箱与纳米陶瓷体的管道中。
进一步地,所述集水器为设置于壳体内且处于负离子发生腔下方的集水槽。
进一步地,所述集水器的排出端设置有控制集水器内的水回流到高压水箱与纳米陶瓷体之间管道中的电磁阀。
进一步地,所述壳体上开设有供壳体内负氧离子与加湿气体排出的风口,该风口处设置有出风栏栅。
采用了上述技术方案,通过高压供水装置向纳米陶瓷装置中供入高压水,进入纳米陶瓷装置中的高压水产生大量负氧离子,并使得水雾化成微米级别的小液滴,然后经引流装置的引出排入到空气中,其雾化的微米级小液滴和负氧离子相结合可去除PM2.5、细菌以及甲醛等易溶于水的气体,同时向室内释放有益于身体健康的负氧离子,并使空气湿度增大,达到对空气降温、除尘、加湿的多重目的。本发明克服现有净化技术存在的:活性炭易吸附饱和;光催化价格昂贵、净化效率不高,并有不完全氧化产物产生;静电技术会产生臭氧;低温等离子易产生氮氧化物、臭氧二次污染物等弊端。
与现有技术相比,本发明还具有以下有益效果:
(1)与现有产品相比,本负氧离子发生装置能够利用多孔纳米陶瓷体产生超雾化微米级水滴,并产生大量的负氧离子,耗电量耗水量很小,环保节能。
(2)利用纳米陶瓷体产生的大量负氧离子可去除PM2.5、细菌以及甲醛等易溶于水的气体,可以实现在净化空气的同时加湿空气,同时向空气中释放有益于人体健康的负氧离子,为人们提供一种洁净舒适的大气环境。
(3)本装置中负氧离子的产生无需增加附属放电装置,而是将水经过多孔陶瓷体的高速摩擦后产生,所以不会存在臭氧和静电危害。
综上所述,本发明具有结构简单,价格便宜,安装方便,容易清洗,净化效率高,无二次污染、节能环保等优点,在净化、加湿的同时提供有益于人体健康的负离子。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参见图1,负氧离子发生装置,包括内部形成封闭腔室的壳体1,壳体的封闭腔室中设有负氧离子发生腔2和与负氧离子发生腔连通的引流腔3,负氧离子发生腔处于引流腔的下方,两个腔相互连通。
负氧离子发生腔内设置有同时产生负氧离子和加湿气体的纳米陶瓷装置,纳米陶瓷装置产生的负氧离子与加湿气体进入引流腔中并通过设置于引流腔处的引流装置4导流到壳体外部;其中,纳米陶瓷装置包括设置于负氧离子发生腔中的若干个纳米陶瓷体5,纳米陶瓷体为内部中空结构且设有若干连通纳米陶瓷体内部与外部的孔道;若干纳米陶瓷体间隔设置于负氧离子发生腔中,相邻纳米陶瓷体之间形成通道6以供产生的负氧离子和雾状水排向引流腔中。纳米陶瓷体的具体形状可以根据需要设置成棒体或片体或波浪状等等,只要能够是纳米陶瓷体内部为中空且连通纳米陶瓷体内外部的孔道即可。引流装置为设置于壳体内顶部的引风机。为了进一步增加净化效率,整个纳米陶瓷装置呈悬空状设置于壳体内中部,这样以增加了壳体内部的储存空间,保证壳体内能够产生充足的负氧离子及雾化水,以便使用。
以及向纳米陶瓷体内部添加水的高压供水装置,高压供水装置处于壳体内或外,本实施例中,高压供水装置处于壳体的外部,高压供水装置包括具有储水空间且使储水空间内的水形成高压的高压水箱7,高压水箱的排水口通过管道8与每个纳米陶瓷体5内部形成连通,以便于高压水箱中的水通过管道进入每个纳米陶瓷体内部。为了保证高压水箱中的水进入纳米陶瓷体中具有充足的压力,在高压水箱与纳米陶瓷体之间的管道上设置有高压泵9。
高压供水装置向纳米陶瓷体内添加的水进入纳米陶瓷体孔道中与孔道内壁形成高速摩擦产生负氧离子,且随着经过孔道后形成雾状的水(即加湿气体)一并进入负氧离子发生腔中,并在引流装置的作用下进入引流腔中,并最终排出到壳体外部对空气进行净化。
负离子发生装置还包括用于收集负离子发生腔中未被引流到壳体外部雾状水和未能雾化的水的集水器10,该集水器将收集的水传输给连通高压水箱与纳米陶瓷体的管道8中,以进行循环使用。实施中,集水器为设置于壳体内且处于负离子发生腔下方的集水槽,实施中,可以采用集水槽来承载整个壳体,直接将壳体放置于集水槽中,便于装拆清洗。在集水器的排出端设置有控制集水器内的水回流到高压水箱与纳米陶瓷体之间管道中的电磁阀11。在壳体上开设有供壳体内负氧离子与加湿气体排出的风口12,该风口处设置有出风栏栅13,通过出风栏栅可以调整出风角度。
本发明的工作原理为:高压水箱通过管道与纳米陶瓷体相连通,应用时,为了对空气进行循环净化,可以将需要将空气加压一并随着高压水一并送入纳米陶瓷装置中,利用纳米陶瓷体的微孔结构,产生大量的微米级雾化水;由于纳米陶瓷体是内部中空的多孔材料,当水通过高压水箱经过纳米陶瓷体时,水与纳米陶瓷体的微孔道高速摩擦,产生大量的负氧离子,然后通过引风机送入到大气中,负氧离子随气流方向进入空气内,与空气中微小污染颗粒相吸附,成为带电的大离子,沉落在地面等的表面,负氧离子还能使细菌蛋白质表层的电要性两级颠倒,促使细菌死亡,达到消毒与灭菌的目的,负氧离子还可以中和有害气体(如苯、甲醛、酮、氨等刺激性气体),有效消除装修污染;从而使人们在清洁的空气中感受负氧离子的新鲜空气。
Claims (4)
1.一种负氧离子发生装置,其特征在于,该发生装置包括内部形成封闭腔室的壳体,壳体的封闭腔室中设有负氧离子发生腔和与负氧离子发生腔连通的引流腔,
所述负氧离子发生腔内设置有同时产生负氧离子和加湿气体的纳米陶瓷装置,纳米陶瓷装置产生的负氧离子与加湿气体进入引流腔中并通过设置于引流腔处的引流装置导流到壳体外部;
以及向纳米陶瓷体内部添加水的高压供水装置;
所述纳米陶瓷装置包括设置于负氧离子发生腔中的若干个纳米陶瓷体,所述纳米陶瓷体为内部中空结构且设有若干连通纳米陶瓷体内部与外部的孔道;
所述高压供水装置处于壳体内或外,高压供水装置向纳米陶瓷体内添加的水进入孔道中与孔道内壁形成高速摩擦产生负氧离子,且随着经过孔道后形成雾状的水一并进入负氧离子发生腔中;
所述高压供水装置包括具有储水空间且使储水空间内的水形成高压的高压水箱,高压水箱的排水口通过管道与每个纳米陶瓷体内部形成连通;
所述高压水箱与纳米陶瓷体之间的管道上设置有高压泵;
负离子发生装置还包括用于收集负离子发生腔中未被引流到壳体外部雾状水的集水器,该集水器将收集的水传输给连通高压水箱与纳米陶瓷体的管道中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种负氧离子发生装置,其特征在于,所述集水器为设置于壳体内且处于负离子发生腔下方的集水槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种负氧离子发生装置,其特征在于,所述集水器的排出端设置有控制集水器内的水回流到高压水箱与纳米陶瓷体之间管道中的电磁阀。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的一种负氧离子发生装置,其特征在于,所述壳体上开设有供壳体内负氧离子与加湿气体排出的风口,该风口处设置有出风栏栅。
