Abstract

本发明公开了一种双重净化式空气净化器,包括空气净化模块和自动化控制模块,空气净化模块包括过滤网、静电除尘装置、负离子转换器和臭氧发生器,自动化控制模块包括控制面板和空气质量感应器。自动化控制模块设置有人工作模式和无人工作模式,空气净化模块在这两种模式下工作,其中臭氧发生器工作于无人工作模式。本发明克服了传统空气净化器的弊端,采用主动和被动净化相结合的双重净化模式,使空气净化的有效性得到很大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化设备技术领域,具体涉及一种双重净化式空气净化器。
背景技术
室内空气净化器主要包括被动吸附过滤式(滤网净化类)和主动式(无滤网型)。被动吸附过滤式通过内置的滤网过滤空气,主要能够起到过滤粉尘、异味、有毒气体和杀灭部分细菌的作用,但是如果滤芯的质量不够好,往往不能长时间有效地吸附灰尘,反而会因为灰尘的积聚而使细菌大量繁殖,长此以往,有害的灰尘、细菌会随着出风口再次排出,造成严重的“二次污染”,因此需要经常清洗、更换滤网和滤胆,导致使用成本大大增加。主动式空气净化器摆脱了风机与滤网的限制,不需被动的等待室内空气被抽入净化器内进行过滤净化,而是有效、主动地向空气中释放净化因子,通过空气扩散特点,到达室内的各个角落对空气进行无死角净化。目前,净化因子主要有臭氧和负氧离子,臭氧是一种世界公认高效的灭菌解毒氧化剂,可高效分解各类装修污染物,快速杀灭各种病毒和细菌,但由于其强氧化性,会对人的呼吸道黏膜、对设备等造成一定的腐蚀作用,因此,臭氧空气消毒应在封闭空间且室内无人条件下进行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双重净化式空气净化器,它结合了被动式吸附过滤式及主动净化式的优点,克服了单个模式的不足,优化了空气净化流程。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种双重净化式空气净化器,包括空气净化模块和自动化控制模块,所述空气净化模块包括过滤网、静电除尘装置、负离子转换器和臭氧发生器,所述自动化控制模块包括控制面板和空气质量感应器;所述自动化控制模块设置有人工作模式和无人工作模式,所述空气净化模块在这两种模式下工作,其中所述臭氧发生器工作于无人工作模式。
进一步地,在有人工作模式下,所述空气质量感应器动作,对空气质量良好、轻度污染、重度污染的三种状态判别,如果空气质量良好,由所述自动化控制模块开启负离子转换器,进入负离子净化流程;如果空气质量轻度污染,由所述自动化控制模块开启过滤网和负离子转换器,进入滤网过滤、负离子净化流程;如果空气质量重度污染,由所述自动化控制模块开启过滤网、静电除尘装置和负离子转换器,进入滤网过滤、静电除尘、负离子净化流程。
进一步地,在无人模式下,由所述自动化控制模块开启所述静电除尘装置、臭氧发生器、负离子发生器,进入静电除尘、臭氧氧化、负氧离子净化空气净化流程。
进一步地,还包括空气加湿模块,所述空气加湿模块包括水箱、水雾发生器和干湿计,净化后的空气经所述干湿计检测,如果空气干燥,则启动加湿模块。
进一步地,所述静电除尘装置包括静电钨丝和集尘装置。
进一步地,所述过滤网采用三层过滤结构,即初效过滤网、活性炭吸附和HEPV滤膜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用主动和被动净化相结合的双重净化模式,将静电除尘、负离子净化、滤网式过滤及臭氧等技术进行整合,并根据室内空气质量状况,利用自动化设计对运行参数进行实时控制,克服了传统空气净化器的弊端,达到了优势互补、提高效率、降低能耗、节约运行成本的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种双重净化式空气净化器,适于家用,包括空气净化模块和自动化控制模块,空气净化模块包括过滤网、静电除尘装置、负离子转换器和臭氧发生器,自动化控制模块包括控制面板和空气质量感应器。静电除尘装置通过静电钨丝释放6000V高压静电,使空气中污染物带电,然后用集尘装置捕集吸附,高压放电同时可破坏细菌衣壳蛋白的4条多肽链,使RNA受损,达到空气净化和杀菌的目的。过滤网采用三层过滤结构,即初效过滤网、活性炭吸附和HEPV(High efficiency particulate air Filter高效空气过滤器)滤膜,可增强对空气中的悬浮颗粒、有害气体等吸附能力,从而达到净化空气的目的。静电除尘装置包括静电钨丝和集尘装置。臭氧发生器可高效分解各类装修污染物,快速杀灭各种病毒和细菌,能满足刚装修完和阶段性专门静态治理,实现对空间空气的消毒净化,去除异味,清新空气。负离子转换器,能够有效去除空气中的颗粒污染物、分解甲醛等有害气体,并可以向室内环境提供对人体疗养保健有着高效作用的空气负离子,使室内空气质量达到“健康空气”的标准。本双重净化式空气净化器还包括加湿模块,加湿模块主要为加湿贮水水箱和水雾发生器和干湿计,水箱容量设为4L,通过水雾发生器将水雾化,改善空气中的湿度,净化后的空气经干湿计检测,如果空气干燥,则启动加湿模块。进风口设于机体两侧。
如图2所示,自动化控制模块设置有人工作模式和无人工作模式,空气净化模块在这两种模式下工作,其中臭氧发生器工作于无人工作模式。在有人工作模式下,空气质量感应器动作,对空气质量良好、轻度污染、重度污染的三种状态判别,如果空气质量良好,由自动化控制模块开启负离子转换器,进入负离子净化流程;如果空气质量轻度污染,由自动化控制模块开启过滤网和负离子转换器,进入滤网过滤、负离子净化流程;如果空气质量重度污染,由自动化控制模块开启静电除尘装置、过滤网和负离子转换器,进入静电除尘、滤网过滤、负离子净化流程。在无人模式下,由自动化控制模块开启静电除尘装置、臭氧发生器、负离子发生器,进入静电除尘、臭氧氧化、负氧离子净化空气净化流程。
本发明根据室内空气质量状况,进行实时监控,并通过手动和自动方式,采用主动和被动净化方式进行有机组合,在有效净化室内空气前提下,优化了净化流程,采取最佳运行模式,达到高效、低耗、低噪、低成本的目的。

Claims (6)

1.一种双重净化式空气净化器,其特征在于:包括空气净化模块和自动化控制模块,所述空气净化模块包括过滤网、静电除尘装置、负离子转换器和臭氧发生器,所述自动化控制模块包括控制面板和空气质量感应器;所述自动化控制模块设置有人工作模式和无人工作模式,所述空气净化模块在这两种模式下工作,其中所述臭氧发生器工作于无人工作模式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双重净化式空气净化器,其特征在于:在有人工作模式下,所述空气质量感应器动作,对空气质量良好、轻度污染、重度污染的三种状态判别,如果空气质量良好,由所述自动化控制模块开启负离子转换器,进入负离子净化流程;如果空气质量轻度污染,由所述自动化控制模块开启过滤网和负离子转换器,进入滤网过滤、负离子净化流程;如果空气质量重度污染,由所述自动化控制模块开启过滤网、静电除尘装置和负离子转换器,进入滤网过滤、静电除尘、负离子净化流程。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双重净化式空气净化器,其特征在于:在无人模式下,由所述自动化控制模块开启所述静电除尘装置、臭氧发生器、负离子发生器,进入静电除尘、臭氧氧化、负氧离子净化空气净化流程。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双重净化式空气净化器,其特征在于:还包括空气加湿模块,所述空气加湿模块包括水箱、水雾发生器和干湿计,净化后的空气经所述干湿计检测,如果空气干燥,则启动加湿模块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双重净化式空气净化器,其特征在于:所述静电除尘装置包括静电钨丝和集尘装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双重净化式空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤网采用三层过滤结构,即初效过滤网、活性炭吸附和HEPV滤膜。
