Abstract

本发明公开了一种空气净化器,包括外壳,所述壳体内从下向上依次设置有进风机构、第一过滤网、净化机构、第二过滤网以及出风机构,所述净化机构包括循环室与杀菌消毒室,且所述循环室与杀菌消毒室上下两端互相连通,所述杀菌消毒室上端设置有循环风机,所述杀菌消毒室内设置有螺旋状紫外线光源,所述螺旋状紫外线光源与第二过滤网之间设置有排风风机。通过设置的第一过滤网与第二过滤网可以将空气内的灰尘以及细菌部分过滤掉,通过设置的螺旋状紫外线光源可以进一步杀死空气内的细菌。

本发明属于及空气净化器技术领域,具体涉及一种空气净化器。
背景技术
随着人们生活的改善,大家对空气污染造成的健康问题也越来越重视,装修污染也成为居民生活的重要污染源,空气净化器受到了越来越多人的欢迎。
空气净化器是一种能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品。但现有的空气净化器由于结构固定,对空气的净化、杀菌不够充分、彻底,空气净化器的净化效率还有待进一步提高。
有鉴于此,设计制造出一种空气净化器,能够实现更加充分的、彻底的净化杀菌功能,是目前空气净化器技术领域中急需改善的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明解决了现有技术的不足,提供一种净化效果好、效率高的空气净化器。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种空气净化器,包括外壳,所述壳体内从下向上依次设置有进风机构、第一过滤网、净化机构、第二过滤网以及出风机构,所述净化机构包括循环室与杀菌消毒室,且所述循环室与杀菌消毒室上下两端互相连通,所述杀菌消毒室上端设置有循环风机,所述杀菌消毒室内设置有螺旋状紫外线光源,所述螺旋状紫外线光源与第二过滤网之间设置有排风风机。
优选的,所述空气净化器还包括控制单元。
优选的,所述进风机构包括外壳上设置的百叶窗式进风口。
优选的,所述出风机构包括设置于外壳上端的出风格栅。
优选的,所述出风格栅包括第一挡风板与第二挡风板,所述第一挡风板竖向设置,所述第二挡风板横向设置。
优选的,所述出风机构还包括空气加湿器与传感器,所述传感器与控制单元相连。
优选的,所述传感器包括湿度传感器和细菌传感器。
优选的,所述第一过滤网与第二过滤网均为活性炭加工而成。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有的有益效果:通过设置的第一过滤网与第二过滤网可以将空气内的灰尘以及细菌部分过滤掉,通过设置的螺旋状紫外线光源可以进一步杀死空气内的细菌。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
一种空气净化器,参阅图1,包括外壳,所述壳体内从下向上依次设置有进风机构1、第一过滤网2、净化机构3、第二过滤网4以及出风机构5,所述净化机构3包括循环室34与杀菌消毒室35,且所述循环室34与杀菌消毒室35上下两端互相连通,所述杀菌消毒室35上端设置有循环风机31,所述杀菌消毒室35内设置有螺旋状紫外线光源33,所述螺旋状紫外线光源33与第二过滤网4之间设置有排风风机32。
参阅图1,所述空气净化器还包括控制单元6。
参阅图3,所述进风机构1包括外壳上设置的百叶窗式进风口11。
参阅图2,所述出风机构5包括设置于外壳上端的出风格栅52。
参阅图2,所述出风格栅52包括第一挡风板521与第二挡风板522,所述第一挡风板521竖向设置,所述第二挡风板522横向设置。
参阅图2,所述出风机构5还包括空气加湿器51与传感器53,所述传感器53与控制单元6相连。
参阅图2,所述传感器53包括湿度传感器和细菌传感器。
所述第一过滤网2与第二过滤网4均为活性炭加工而成。
工作原理:空气从进风口11进入,通过第一过滤网2进入到净化机构3,空气继续向上,通过螺旋状紫外线光源33,将空气内的细菌全部杀掉,软后通过排风风机32将空气继续向上输送,通过第二过滤网4将到达出风机构5,出发机构5内设置有传感器,当检测到空气湿度低于30时,空气加湿器51将开启对净化后的空气进行加湿,然后净化后的空气通过出风格栅52排出净化器外。
当细菌传感器检测到细菌超标时,循环风机31将开启,将通过螺旋状紫外线光源33的空气吸入循环室34,然后通过下面的连通处让空气重新通过螺旋状紫外线光源33,提高杀菌效果。

1.一种空气净化器,包括外壳,其特征在于,所述壳体内从下向上依次设置有进风机构(1)、第一过滤网(2)、净化机构(3)、第二过滤网(4)以及出风机构(5),所述净化机构(3)包括循环室(34)与杀菌消毒室(35),且所述循环室(34)与杀菌消毒室(35)上下两端互相连通,所述杀菌消毒室(35)上端设置有循环风机(31),所述杀菌消毒室(35)内设置有螺旋状紫外线光源(33),所述螺旋状紫外线光源(33)与第二过滤网(4)之间设置有排风风机(32)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气净化器还包括控制单元(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于,所述进风机构(1)包括外壳上设置的百叶窗式进风口(11)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于,所述出风机构(5)包括设置于外壳上端的出风格栅(52)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于,所述出风格栅(52)包括第一挡风板(521)与第二挡风板(522),所述第一挡风板(521)竖向设置,所述第二挡风板(522)横向设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于,所述出风机构(5)还包括空气加湿器(51)与传感器(53),所述传感器(53)与控制单元(6)相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于,所述传感器(53)包括湿度传感器和细菌传感器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于,所述第一过滤网(2)与第二过滤网(4)均为活性炭加工而成。
