背景技术
[0002] 随着现代工业飞速的发展,大气环境日益恶化,已是当代人类所面临的最严峻的全球性问题之一。大气污染主要产生于燃烧中,以煤、石油、天然气、液化石油气为燃料和能源。这些矿物性燃料的燃烧,使得每年都有大量的污染物排放到空气中,使空气中充满对人体有害的细菌和病毒,因此,对于人员经常活动的区域,如商场超市,办公场所,以及居家环境中,对于空气的净化就显得尤为重要,所以,以净化室内空气为目的的空气净化器应运而生。
[0003]目前的空气净化器以过滤器的空气过滤方式进行分类,而用于空气净化器的过滤方式根据其形态分为机械式,电子式和离子式,这几种方式都各具有其优点和缺点。
[0004] 例如,机械式是利用集尘过滤器除去流经过滤器的空气中的异物霉菌、宠物毛发、花粉等的方式。机械式虽然可以有效除去空气中的异物,但是其存在需定期更换过滤器和不能除去空气中的异味、病毒和细菌的缺点。
[0005] 电子式空气净化器使空气流经隔开一定间距的正负极板之间,从而使通过正极板的空气中的异物产生正极,并使带有正极的异物吸附于负极板,从而达到净化空气的目的。电子式的优点是体积小,但是因为如果正负极板上附着有异物,会大大降低空气净化能力,需经常擦洗正负极板,对细微异物还不能除去。与机械式的一样,存在不能除去空气中的异味,病毒和细菌的缺点。
[0006] 离子式空气净化器向空气中注入离子,从而使离子附着于异物粒上之后,使空气通过正极的集尘板,以此来吸附带有离子的异物离子,从而达到净化空气的目的。离子式因为不使用另外的风扇其噪音较小,但需要经常洗净集尘板,而且不能除去病毒和细菌。
[0007] 除此之外,可以利用活性炭除去空气中的异味,但为了有效的除去异味需要较多的活性炭,而且,这种方式也不能除去空气中的病毒或细菌。
[0008] 近年来出现了一种利用紫外光照射光催化剂使气体发生光催化分解反应的空气净化器,因其具有杀菌、去除有害气体、除异味等功能,已得到了比较广泛的应用。紫外灯虽然具有杀菌作用,但是如果紫外灯发出的紫外线直接照射到人体,会引起光化学反应,可使人体机能发生一系列变化,尤其是对人的皮肤、眼睛以及免疫系统等造成危害。

[0032] 本发明通过盖体25内壁与引流装置24之间的S形风道,以及引流装置24凹陷壁上间隔挡片形成的风道,将风向由直接向上供压改为在引流装置24的空腔内旋转向上的供压方式,符合空气动力学,增大了风压,因此可以减小风机的功耗,节约能量。同时,由于盖体25顶部中央的叶片高出盖体25上平面,且与盖体上平面形成一定的角度,加强气流的旋转力度,可以使引流装置24空腔内的活性炭颗粒及二氧化钛颗粒26均匀分布于悬浮筒18内,且使颗粒一直保持悬浮状态。纳米级的二氧化钛粉是一种冷触媒,在无光或有光的条件下均可分解产生一种氢氧自由基(-HO),该氢氧自由基具有强氧化性、强还原性,可将其作为氧化剂、还原剂隔离杀灭有害物质,有害菌等,缩短病毒在空气中的存活时间。

[0034] 悬浮筒18内固定有紫外线灯管22,紫外光灯波长为320nm至400nm,可以杀除部分细菌,同时也可以为有害物质参加反应提供适应的条件,将有害物质细胞杀除。悬浮筒18顶部固定有第二 HEPA过滤网19,用于防止悬浮筒18内悬浮的活性炭颗粒及二氧化钛颗粒26外泄。所述第二 HEPA过滤网19连接至混合装置20入口端,用于将经过初步杀菌,并带有氢氧自由基(-HO)的空气通入混合装置20内与经过鼓风装置输入的空气混合,然后通过出风口 5排放到空气中。混合装置20内还固定有臭氧及负离子发生器21,发出的臭氧及负离子同时经过出风口 5散发到空气中,不但可杀灭室内空气中的细菌、病毒等,还可以对空气中加入基、臭氧、负尚子等物质,达到调节空气质量,对人体进行保健等功能。

1.一种空气净化器,包括支脚以及固定于支脚上的净化器箱体,箱体外部设置有进风口、出风口以及控制面板,箱体内安装固定净化装置,其特征在于: 所述净化装置包括由下至上依次设置的过滤装置,鼓风装置,氧化剂产生装置以及混合装置, 所述过滤装置固定于箱体底板(3)上,并与底板(3)之间设有间隙; 所述鼓风装置固定于过滤装置上部,其内部固定有风机(13),其顶部连接至混合装置; 所述氧化剂产生装置与鼓风装置并列固定于过滤装置上部,所述氧化剂产生装置包括漏斗形的引流装置(24)、密封固定于所述引流装置顶部的盖体(25)以及密封固定于所述盖体顶部的悬浮筒(18),所述漏斗形的引流装置(24)底部空腔内盛装有活性炭颗粒及二氧化钛颗粒(26); 所述混合装置入口端分别连接至鼓风装置与氧化剂产生装置的出风口端,混合装置的侧壁设出风口(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤装置包括由下至上依次固定的粗过滤网(8),第一 HEPA过滤网(9)以及活性炭过滤网(10)。
