本发明涉及一种省力防堵烧结机风箱翻板阀,包括风箱翻板阀,风箱翻板阀的上部的烧结机风箱,风箱翻板阀的下部的变径管、连接弯头、连接膨胀节、连接直管和烟道,所述的风箱翻板阀包括阀体、翻板轴和翻板,其特征在于在所述的阀体的上部两侧安装有轴承座,翻板轴通过轴承座插入翻板上部的圆管内,在所述的轴承座内侧与翻板轴之间设有橡胶石棉密封,固体润滑轴承用螺栓固定在轴承座上,在所述的翻板轴的一端设有拐臂,拐臂通过连杆连接在电动执行机构的拐臂上,在翻板轴的另一端设有配重拐臂和带配重块的配重杆。本发明彻底解决点火风箱负压控制的这一难题,避免了抽实和结壳现象,使烧结机的生产能力提高、烧结矿的成本下降。

Description

一种省力防堵烧结机风箱翻板阀
技术领域
本发明属于冶金技术领域,特别涉及一种省力防堵烧结机风箱翻板阀。
技术背景
烧结机风箱翻板阀是烧结机的关键设备之一,烧结的生产过程是将混合后的烧结原料铺在烧结机台车上,台车体上装有蓖条,蓖条之间留有一定的间隙,当铺有烧结原料的台车经过点火器时,台车表面的烧结原料被点燃,在台车下部风箱抽风的作用下,燃烧层将由上到下的连续燃烧,台车运行到烧结机尾部时,烧结原料燃烧到蓖条处,整个烧结过程结束。
由于烧结原料是颗粒状物料,铺有一定厚度原料的台车进入点火器时,在风箱1Mpa以上的负压的作用下,首先是大量的空气通过烧结原料层抽入风箱,台车继续运行一段距离后经过点火器烧嘴时,由烧嘴喷出的高温火焰被抽入表层内,使表层烧结原料被点燃,实现了烧结机生产的点火过程。此时如果风箱的负压过高,将会造成通过料层的风量过大,使烧结原料中煤粉等小颗粒物料在较高风速下从烧结原料的缝隙运动到料层的下部,使料层的密度增加、料层的厚度减少和料层的透气性下降。较高的风箱负压还会造成烧嘴喷出的高温火焰抽入料层过深,表层温度过高使烧结原料结壳,使透气性下降,在烧结生产中称前一种现象为抽实,称后一种现象为结壳,这两种现象都会造成料层的透气性严重下降,使料层通过的风量减少,风量的减少使维持物料燃烧的氧气量减少,使烧结的燃烧速度下降。对烧结机的生产能力带来很大影响,使烧结矿的成本提高。现有技术为了解决抽实和结壳的问题,采用在点火风箱下部抽风管处设有风箱翻板阀,用调整翻板的开口度大小来控制风箱的负压。翻板阀的上面与烧结机风箱连接,翻板阀的下面与风箱弯管连接,风箱弯管通过膨胀节和直管连接到大烟道到上。
现有技术的风箱翻板阀大多采用翻板转轴在翻板中间处的形式,本专业人员称为中翻式翻板,这中翻式翻板经常被堵死,由于翻板要关闭80~90%以上才能使风箱负压降低到合适的负压,翻板上部和下部的缝隙很小,风箱抽风使烧结原料小颗粒物料从台车体蓖条的缝隙进入风箱,首先是将翻板下部的缝隙堵死,当物料堆积到翻板轴以上时,翻板就无法实现转动。目前国内大多数烧结机在生产操作制度上规定4~5小时要反复开闭翻板,其目的是清除翻板上的积料,避免翻板被堵死。使用中翻式翻板阀无法实现恒定负压的风箱负压,从反复活动翻板后到翻板下部缝隙被物料堵死,风箱的负压出现下降,一旦物料积过翻板的中轴,风箱的负压将无法控制,经常出现整个风箱内积满物料的现象,由于中翻式翻板生产中经常被堵死,国内大多数烧结机将翻板开到最大,这样虽然避免了风箱被堵死,但物料被抽实和表面点火结壳现象就不可避免。
烧结行业的技术人员都在想方设法解决这一难题,见专利号:02266862.4 ,“烧结机风箱蝶阀”专利技术中,“改变了原有风箱结构,将翻板安装在立管的上侧,从而减少了对废气的阻力”,从此项技术的说明书附图上清楚的看出翻板的转轴改为翻板的顶端,这样可以将翻板全部打开,即使堵满了料也不会导致翻板无法打开。但是,多年来没能在烧结机上推广应用,其主要原因是翻板两侧作用着不同的负压,上表面的负压在8KPa左右,而翻板下面的负压高达13-17KPa左右,在正常生产时要关闭风箱翻板,翻板上下表面的压差高达9KPa,较大烧结机翻板的面积接近1m2,关闭翻板时使翻板受力高达917.7公斤力/米2,造成生产操作时转动困难,翻板的灵活度较差,给电动执行机构带来更大的负荷,实用性较差,所以,此项技术没能顺利的推广应用
见专利号:CN103453162A,“烧结机微负压调整阀”,从“本发明的烧结机微负压调整阀通过驱动机构控制推压杆直接调整翻板的开闭度”可见,由于推压杆直接作用在翻板阀上,翻板的推拉绞座是做曲线运动,阀体上就要开出长豁孔,推拉杆从长豁孔进入阀内与翻板的推拉座绞结,在17KPa左右的负压下,要将推拉杆运动的长孔密封好,是很难实现的,如果密封的不好,从此出上方点火器喷出的颗粒料就要被吸入风箱翻板内,长豁孔处缝隙很快被冲刷的更大,所以,此项技术没能顺利的推广应用。
烧结行业急待简单可靠的新式风箱翻板,解决烧结生产中存在的这一难题,实现烧结生产的最佳点火状态,使烧结的整体透气性提高,提高烧结机的生产能力,降低烧结矿的成本。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的缺点和不足,提供一种简单实用,密封性能好,运行平稳,维修方便的省力防堵烧结机风箱翻板阀,实现了烧结机点火负压长期稳定的控制。
本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:
本发明一种省力防堵烧结机风箱翻板阀,包括风箱翻板阀,风箱翻板阀的上部与烧结机风箱连接,风箱翻板阀的下部依次连接有变径管、连接弯头、连接膨胀节、连接直管和烟道,所述的风箱翻板阀包括阀体、翻板轴和翻板,其特征在于在所述的阀体的上部两侧安装有轴承座,翻板轴通过轴承座插入翻板上部的圆管内,翻板轴与翻板上部圆管用螺栓固定连接,在所述的轴承座内侧与翻板轴之间设有橡胶石棉密封,固体润滑轴承用螺栓固定在轴承座上,在所述的翻板轴的一端设有拐臂,拐臂通过连杆连接在电动执行机构的拐臂上,所述的翻板轴的另一端设有配重拐臂,配重拐臂上连接配重杆,配重杆上悬挂多块配重块。
进一步,在所述的阀体的上面设有法兰,密封盖连接在法兰上,在密封盖对应翻板上部圆管的位置设有密封板。
进一步,在所述的阀体上部设有导流板。
进一步,在所述的导流板设有耐磨衬板。
进一步,在所述的翻板和翻板对应的阀体面处亦安装耐磨衬板。
本发明在优点是:利用配重给翻板轴一个可调整的力矩,调整配重量改变力矩的大小和与负压给翻板的力矩平衡,在现有烧结机上改造不需要更换电动执行机构,改造投资更小,电耗更小。
对于主抽风机负压不同的烧结机,翻板上下面的压差也不相同,可以通过调整配重块的多少,使电动执行机构关闭翻板时的电流最小,实现了轻松的关开翻板。
此种技术方案只要在现有烧结机风箱翻板的基础上稍加改造,就可以彻底解决点火风箱负压控制的这一难题,避免了抽实和结壳现象,使烧结机的生产能力提高、烧结矿的成本下降。
本发明的优点是:
1、通过对配重量的调整,适应各种不同的负压的烧结机;
2、用配重平衡掉负压形成的转矩,使电动执行机构的负荷大幅度减少,关闭翻板时使翻板受力只有100公斤力/米2以下,节约电能,减少电动执行机构传动件的磨损,延长电动执行机构的使用寿命,减少了检修维护量;
3、本发明结构简单实用,在现有技术的基础上改造的工作量很少,不需要更换更大功率的电动执行机构;
4、阀体上部设有法兰,密封盖安装在法兰上,打开密封盖可以很方便的更换翻板,密封盖对应翻板上部圆管处设有密封板,有效密封翻板上部的漏风;
5、由于正常生产时阀门翻板要关闭到80%以上,在阀体上部设有导流板,可以有效减少对气流的阻力,也减缓了气流带这物料对冲击面处的磨损。翻板上部圆管和翻板轴与圆管的固定螺栓处于导流板的下侧,躲开了气流带着物料的冲刷磨损。导流板、翻板和翻板对应的阀体表面安装耐磨衬板,以上措施有效延长了翻板阀的使用寿命;
6、设有导流板后使翻板的宽度大幅度减少,使负压给翻板的力矩减少,转动起来更省力,更换翻板更方便;
7、翻板的开口度调整好后,不需要定期定时活动翻板,使点火负压长期稳定,杜绝抽实结壳现象,更能满足生产的要求。

下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1-图3所示,本发明一种省力防堵烧结机风箱翻板阀,包括风箱翻板阀1,风箱翻板阀1的上部与烧结机风箱2连接,风箱翻板阀1的下部依次连接有变径管3、连接弯头4、连接膨胀节5、连接直管6和烟道7,所述的风箱翻板阀1包括阀体1-1、翻板轴1-3和翻板1-4,其特征在于在所述的阀体1-1的上部两侧安装有轴承座1-2,翻板轴1-3通过轴承座1-2插入翻板1-4上部的圆管1-5内,翻板轴1-3与翻板上部圆管1-5用螺栓1-6固定连接,在所述的轴承座1-2内侧与翻板轴1-3之间设有橡胶石棉密封1-7,固体润滑轴承1-8用螺栓1-9固定在轴承座1-2上,在所述的翻板轴1-3的一端设有拐臂1-10,拐臂1-10通过连杆机构1-11连接在电动执行机构1-12的拐臂1-13上,所述的翻板轴1-2的另一端设有配重拐臂1-14,配重拐臂1-14上连接配重杆1-15,配重杆1-15上悬挂多块配重块1-16。
进一步,在所述的阀体1-1的上面设有法兰1-17,密封盖1-18连接在法兰1-17上,在密封盖1-18对应翻板上部圆管1-5的位置设有密封板1-19。在所述的阀体上部设有导流板1-20,
进一步,在所述的导流板1-20设有耐磨衬板1-21。
进一步,在所述的翻板1-4和翻板1-4对应的阀体面处亦安装耐磨衬板1-22。
本发明在阀体上部设有法兰,密封盖安装在法兰上,打开密封盖可以很方便的更换翻板,密封盖对应翻板上部圆管处设有密封板,有效密封翻板上部的漏风。

1.一种省力防堵烧结机风箱翻板阀,包括风箱翻板阀,风箱翻板阀的上部与烧结机风箱连接,风箱翻板阀的下部依次连接有变径管、连接弯头、连接膨胀节、连接直管和烟道,所述的风箱翻板阀包括阀体、翻板轴和翻板,其特征在于在所述的阀体的上部两侧安装有轴承座,翻板轴通过轴承座插入翻板上部的圆管内,翻板轴与翻板上部圆管用螺栓固定连接,在所述的轴承座内侧与翻板轴之间设有橡胶石棉密封,固体润滑轴承用螺栓固定在轴承座上,在所述的翻板轴的一端设有拐臂,拐臂通过连杆连接在电动执行机构的拐臂上,所述的翻板轴的另一端设有配重拐臂,配重拐臂上连接配重杆,配重杆上悬挂多块配重块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的所述的省力防堵烧结机风箱翻板阀,其特征在于在所述的阀体的上面设有法兰,密封盖连接在法兰上,在密封盖对应翻板上部圆管的位置设有密封板。

4.根据权利要求3所述的所述的省力防堵烧结机风箱翻板阀,其特征在于在所述的导流板设有耐磨衬板。
