本发明提供一种汽车车门限位器，包括限位器，所述限位器右端设置有铰链，所述限位器左端设置有拉索，所述限位器外部设置有外壳，所述外壳上设置有锁紧隔尘垫，所述锁紧隔尘垫上设置有卡块。通过限位器和拉索对车门打开程度进行限制，并通过外壳对限位器进行保护，并设置锁紧隔尘垫对灰尘进行阻挡，设置吸尘装置对限位器内部进行除尘，避免车门限位器内部进入灰尘造成异响。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车车门限位器制造领域，尤其涉及一种汽车车门限位器。
背景技术
目前在制造汽车时，通过车门限位器限制车门打开的程度，一方面它可以限制车门的最大开度，防止车门开得过大，另一方面，它可在需要时使车门保持开启，如汽车停在坡道上或刮一般的风时，车门也不会自动关上。常见的车门开度限位器是单独的拉带式限位器，也有的限位器和门铰链制成一体，通常在车门全开和半开时具有限位的功能。目前当整车工况恶劣时，灰尘会从车门和车身密封条间进入盒体，引起限位器异响。因此，解决车门限位器内部进入灰尘造成异响的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车车门限位器，通过限位器和拉索对车门打开程度进行限制，并通过外壳对限位器进行保护，并设置锁紧隔尘垫对灰尘进行阻挡，设置吸尘装置对限位器内部进行除尘，解决了车门限位器内部进入灰尘造成异响的问题。
本发明提供一种汽车车门限位器，包括限位器，所述限位器右端设置有铰链，所述限位器左端设置有拉索，所述限位器外部设置有外壳，所述外壳上设置有锁紧隔尘垫，所述锁紧隔尘垫上设置有卡块。
进一步改进在于：所述铰链上设置有位置检测装置，通过位置检测装置位于铰链与限位器相近的位置。
进一步改进在于：所述外壳上设置有吸尘装置，通过吸尘装置对限位器内的灰尘进行除尘。
进一步改进在于：所述拉索上设置紧固装置，通过紧固装置将拉索固定在车门上。
本发明的有益效果是：通过限位器和拉索对车门打开程度进行限制，并通过外壳对限位器进行保护，并设置锁紧隔尘垫对灰尘进行阻挡，设置吸尘装置对限位器内部进行除尘，避免车门限位器内部进入灰尘造成异响。

如图1所示，本实施例提供了一种汽车车门限位器，包括限位器1，所述限位器1右端设置有铰链2，所述限位器1左端设置有拉索3，所述限位器1外部设置有外壳4，所述外壳4上设置有锁紧隔尘垫5，所述锁紧隔尘垫5上设置有卡块6。所述铰链2上设置有位置检测装置7，通过位置检测装置7位于铰链2与限位器1相近的位置。所述外壳4上设置有吸尘装置8，通过吸尘装置8对限位器1内的灰尘进行除尘。所述拉索3上设置紧固装置9，通过紧固装置9将拉索3固定在车门上。通过限位器1和拉索3对车门打开程度进行限制，并通过外壳4对限位器1进行保护，并设置锁紧隔尘垫5对灰尘进行阻挡，设置吸尘装置8对限位器1内部进行除尘，避免车门限位器内部进入灰尘造成异响。

1.一种汽车车门限位器，包括限位器（1），所述限位器（1）右端设置有铰链（2），所述限位器（1）左端设置有拉索（3），其特征在于：所述限位器（1）外部设置有外壳（4），所述外壳（4）上设置有锁紧隔尘垫（5），所述锁紧隔尘垫（5）上设置有卡块（6），所述外壳（4）上设置有吸尘装置（8），通过吸尘装置（8）对限位器（1）内的灰尘进行除尘。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车车门限位器，其特征在于：所述铰链（2）上设置有位置检测装置（7），所述位置检测装置（7）位于铰链（2）与限位器（1）相近的位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的汽车车门限位器，其特征在于：所述拉索（3）上设置紧固装置（9），通过紧固装置（9）将拉索（3）固定在车门上。
