【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种服装面料领域,具体涉及一种四面弹合成革。
【背景技术】
水性生态合成革加工采用水性聚氨酯树脂代替溶剂型树脂为原料,通过制革生产线制得革成品。水性树脂不含有毒的有机化学溶剂,生产过程中挥发出来的是水蒸气,对人体、环境无危害,极大地降低了环境污染的治理费用。四面弹面料利用氨纶弹力丝以赋予织物一定的弹性,它能适应人体的活动,随伸随缩,轻快舒适,而且也能保持服装的外形美,水性聚氨酯高分子链中存在氨基甲酸酷基、脉基甲酸酷基、脉基酷基、醚基、酮基、苯环等一系列多功能基团,从而使水性聚氨酯为原料的合成革具有耐水性、耐溶剂性、耐磨性、耐刮性、耐皱折性,透湿、透气性能,及与真皮一样的手感,因此提出一种四面弹合成革。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种四面弹合成革,选用氨纶和涤纶混纺成经线和纬线纺织成基布,具有良好的弹性和恢复性,选用水性聚氨酯合成革,面料具有无毒性、环保性和生态性,并且增加发泡层使皮层更厚,皮感更强。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种四面弹合成革,包括水性树脂层、水性发泡树脂层和基布,所述基布采用氨纶和涤纶为原料,混纺成经线和纬线纺织成布,所述基布上覆盖有水性树脂层,所述水性树脂层为两层,所述水性树脂层中间复合有水性发泡树脂层。
作为优选,所述水性发泡树脂层包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:水性聚氨酯树脂80份,水性色片3~5份,水性增稠剂0.1~0.6份,胶粘剂1~4份,水性发泡剂0.1~4份,固化剂0.5~2份,柔软剂3~7份,水性稳泡剂0.1~5份,交联剂0.2~1份;所述水性树脂层包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:水性聚氨酯树脂80份,水性色片3~5份,水性增稠剂0.1~5份,胶粘剂1~4份,水性稳泡剂1~6份,柔软剂3~7份,固化剂0.1~4份,流平剂0.1~5份。

本发明的有益效果:本发明与传统生产工艺相比,选用氨纶和涤纶混纺成经线和纬线纺织成基布,具有良好的弹性和恢复性,选用水性聚氨酯合成革,面料具有无毒性、环保性和生态性,具有真皮一样的触感和透气透湿性;并且增加发泡层使皮层更厚,皮感更强。
