Abstract
本发明涉及化工材料的技术领域，具体地说是一种合成油皮革加脂剂。该剂所述各材料按以下重量百分比组成：合成油33‑45份、辅助乳化剂7‑18份、脂化剂5‑20份、亚硫酸化油2‑11份、大豆卵磷脂8‑19份。本发明的目的是提供一种绿色环保、与皮革制品无冲突的合成油皮革加脂剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及生活类的技术领域，具体地说是一种合成油皮革加脂剂。
背景技术
现今，随着科学技术的发展，生产皮革制品时还会加入加脂剂。加脂剂是三大类皮革化工材料之一，目前市场上用量很大。加脂剂含有一种特殊的物质，它能润滑皮革纤维，防止皮革僵硬、开裂，使皮革具有相应的韧性和柔软性，并保持其强度，加脂剂的性能对皮革品质与性能有重要的影响。随着制革业的发展，对于皮革加脂剂的品种、数量、性能、质量都提出了更高的要求，加脂剂的研究、开发、生产也朝着高质量、多功能、复合型的方向发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种绿色环保、与皮革制品无冲突的合成油皮革加脂剂。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种合成油皮革加脂剂，所述各材料按以下重量份配比组成：合成油33-45份、辅助乳化剂7-18份、脂化剂5-20份、亚硫酸化油2-11份、大豆卵磷脂8-19份。
优选地，所述的合成油皮革加脂剂，所述各材料按以下重量份配比组成：合成油39份、辅助乳化剂12.5份、脂化剂12.5份、亚硫酸化油6.5份、大豆卵磷脂14.5份。
合成油由植物油、动物油和羊毛脂混合，其按重量百分比计算含植物油50-55％、动物油30-35％、羊毛脂10-20％。
本发明优点是：本发明的皮革加脂剂无毒、能与皮革制品并存。

实施例1
一种合成油皮革加脂剂，所述各材料按以下重量份配比组成：合成油33份、辅助乳化剂7份、脂化剂5份、亚硫酸化油2份、大豆卵磷脂8份。
合成油由植物油、动物油和羊毛脂混合，其按重量百分比计算含植物油50％、动物油30％、羊毛脂20％。
实施例2
一种合成油皮革加脂剂，所述各材料按以下重量份配比组成：合成油39份、辅助乳化剂12.5份、脂化剂12.5份、亚硫酸化油6.5份、大豆卵磷脂14.5份。
合成油由植物油、动物油和羊毛脂混合，其按重量百分比计算含植物油52％、动物油33％、羊毛脂15％。
实施例3
一种合成油皮革加脂剂，所述各材料按以下重量份配比组成：合成油45份、辅助乳化剂18份、脂化剂20份、亚硫酸化油11份、大豆卵磷脂19份。
合成油由植物油、动物油和羊毛脂混合，其按重量百分比计算含植物油55％、动物油35％、羊毛脂10％。
经过试验可以说明，该制剂提高皮革的抗张强度、撕裂强度和增厚程度方面来看，其柔软度和崩裂强度增强得较为明显。
Claims (3)
1.一种合成油皮革加脂剂，其特征在于所述各材料按以下重量份配比组成：合成油33-45份、辅助乳化剂7-18份、脂化剂5-20份、亚硫酸化油2-11份、大豆卵磷脂8-19份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成油皮革加脂剂，其特征在于所述各材料按以下重量份配比组成：合成油39份、辅助乳化剂12.5份、脂化剂12.5份、亚硫酸化油6.5份、大豆卵磷脂14.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的合成油皮革加脂剂，其特征在于合成油由植物油、动物油和羊毛脂混合，其按重量百分比计算含植物油50-55％、动物油30-35％、羊毛脂10-20％。
