本发明公开玉米芯制柠檬酸的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,酸解,选用当年的玉米芯碾磨成细屑,玉米芯在稀硫酸溶液中水解时间为1‑3.5小时,分离、洗涤得到酸解渣;酶解:用纤维素酶和纤维素二糖酶对酸解渣进行酶水解,使纤维素转化为葡萄糖,分离、洗涤;发酵:然后对含葡萄糖的酶解液用黑曲霉菌进行发酵,使葡萄糖转化为柠檬酸;后处理:最后经后处理得到纯度大于等于99.8%的一水柠檬酸晶体。

技术领域
本发明属于农业技术领域,尤其涉及玉米芯制柠檬酸的方法。
背景技术
农作物生产过程中,玉米芯是玉米脱去籽粒后穗轴,一般占玉米穗的20-30%左右,我国每年有大量的玉米芯被丢弃或作为燃料烧掉,这其实是很大的浪费,目前在高新技术产业中,由于玉米芯含有丰富的纤维素、半纤维素、木质素等,已被用于生物制柠檬酸等行业。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种玉米芯制柠檬酸的方法,具有节约粮食,生物可降解、成本低的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
玉米芯制柠檬酸的方法,包括以下步骤,1.酸解,选用当年的玉米芯碾磨成细屑,玉米芯在稀硫酸溶液中水解时间为1-3.5小时,分离、洗涤得到酸解渣;2.酶解:用纤维素酶和纤维素二糖酶对酸解渣进行酶水解,使纤维素转化为葡萄糖,分离、洗涤;3.发酵:然后对含葡萄糖的酶解液用黑曲霉菌进行发酵,使葡萄糖转化为柠檬酸;4.后处理:最后经后处理得到纯度大于等于99.8%的一水柠檬酸晶体。
进一步,第一步,玉米芯屑大小为绿豆粒,玉米芯屑吸水量达38-42%。

与现有技术相比较,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明的好处在于,用玉米芯生产柠檬酸,用途广、无毒性、化学稳定、生物可降解,而且节约粮食。每生产1吨柠檬酸约消耗5-7吨玉米芯,使得柠檬酸的原料成本大幅度降低。

实施例 玉米芯制柠檬酸的方法,包括以下步骤,1.酸解,选用当年的玉米芯碾磨成细屑,玉米芯在稀硫酸溶液中水解时间为1-3.5小时,水解温度为90-140℃。分离、洗涤得到酸解渣;第一步,玉米芯屑大小为绿豆粒,玉米芯屑吸水量达38-42%。
2.酶解:用纤维素酶和纤维素二糖酶对酸解渣进行酶水解,使纤维素转化为葡萄糖,分离、洗涤;3.发酵:然后对含葡萄糖的酶解液用黑曲霉菌进行发酵,使葡萄糖转化为柠檬酸;4.后处理:最后经后处理得到纯度大于等于99.8%的一水柠檬酸晶体。
