进一步地，所述的保健酒，由以下重量份原料制成：白酒1000份、伸筋草2-4份、透骨草2-4份、金银花4-5份、甘草4-5份、天麻1.5-2.5份、川芎1.5-2.5份、苹果籽1.5-2.5份、五味子2-3份、菟丝子2-3份、夜交藤2-3份、杜仲2-3份、钩藤2-3份。
更进一步地，所述的保健酒，由以下重量份原料制成：白酒1000份、伸筋草3份、透骨草3份、金银花4.5份、甘草4.5份、天麻2份、川芎2份、苹果籽2份、五味子2.5份、菟丝子2.5份、夜交藤2.5份、杜仲2.5份、钩藤2.5份。
制备时，将其它成分浸泡在白酒中，密封50天，过滤即可。
