技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属切削液,尤其涉及一种金属用的水基润滑防锈切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨制加工过程中,用来润滑、冷却刀具和加工件的液体,金属切削液需具备良好的防锈性能、润滑性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、冷却性能及易稀释等特点。水基金属切削液各项指标均优于皂化油,具有良好的防锈、润滑、冷却、清洗等特点,并且无毒、无味、对人体无侵蚀、对设备不腐蚀、对环境不污染等特点。
金属切削液在切削过程中的润滑作用,可以减小切削过程中的摩擦,形成部分润滑膜,进而减小切削力、摩擦及功率消耗,降低刀具与切削部位的表面温度及刀具磨损,改善工件材料的切削加工的性能。在切削过程中,加入切削液后,切削液渗入砂轮磨粒-工件及磨粒-磨屑之间形成润滑膜,从而使界面间的摩擦减小,进而减小磨削力和摩擦热,提高砂轮使用期限以及工件表面质量。
在金属切削的过程中,尤其是在我国南方地区潮湿多雨季节的环境下,工件要与环境介质以及切削液组分分解/氧化变质而产生的油泥等腐蚀性介质接触而产生腐蚀,与切削液接触的金属部件表面也会因此而腐蚀。而且在工件加工后或工序之间流转过程中暂时存放的时候,也要求金属切削液具备一定的防锈能力,防止环境介质、残存切削液中的油泥等腐蚀性介质对金属产生侵蚀。

本发明的目的是提供一种金属用的水基润滑、防腐性能良好的切削液。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种水基润滑防锈的金属切削液,包括以下重量份数的原料:二乙醇胺10~20份、乙二醇5~10份、偏硅酸钠2~5份、硼酸钠5~10份、1.5%浓度的磷酸二氢锌溶液0.5~1份、吐温20 3~8份、卡波树脂2~5份、气相二氧化硅1~3份、木质素磺酸盐0.5~1份、月桂醇1~2份、膦羧酸0.5~1份、丙二醇2~6份、钼酸钠1~3份、尼泊金乙酯0.5~1份及水50~80份;
所述的一种水基润滑防锈的金属切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
2)取总水量的一半置于混合容器中,依次加入二乙醇胺、乙二醇、偏硅酸钠、硼酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、膦羧酸、月桂醇、丙二醇和尼泊金乙酯,中速搅拌10~15min;
3)取剩余的水置于搅拌容器中,于50~60℃下加入1.5%浓度的磷酸二氢锌溶液、吐温20、卡波树脂,中速搅拌10~15min;
4)将步骤2所得的溶液加入至步骤3中继续保温搅拌5~10min,然后加入气相二氧化硅和钼酸钠保温震荡搅拌1~3h,得到本发明的切削液。

与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果为:本发明提供的一种水基润滑防锈的金属切削液以水作为溶剂,使用过程中无排放及污染,环保性良好、易于清洗,可作为通用型金属加工切削液替代传统的矿物油基金属加工液;本发明的切削液无毒无味,对人体无害,对操作人员皮肤无不良刺激,使用安全;通过合理原料配比及多次实验证实,本发明提供的切削液具有良好的润滑、防锈性能,而且防锈周期长、冷却性能优良,有助于提高加工精度,延长切削仪器使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种水基润滑防锈的金属切削液,包括以下重量份数的原料:二乙醇胺15份、乙二醇7份、偏硅酸钠3份、硼酸钠8份、1.5%浓度的磷酸二氢锌溶液0.7份、吐温20 6份、卡波树脂4份、气相二氧化硅2份、木质素磺酸盐0.8份、月桂醇1.5份、膦羧酸0.7份、丙二醇4份、钼酸钠2份、尼泊金乙酯0.8份及水65份;
所述的一种水基润滑防锈的金属切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
2)取总水量的一半置于混合容器中,依次加入二乙醇胺、乙二醇、偏硅酸钠、硼酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、膦羧酸、月桂醇、丙二醇和尼泊金乙酯,中速搅拌12min;
3)取剩余的水置于搅拌容器中,于55℃下加入1.5%浓度的磷酸二氢锌溶液、吐温20、卡波树脂,中速搅拌12min;

1.一种水基润滑防锈的金属切削液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:二乙醇胺10~20份、乙二醇5~10份、偏硅酸钠2~5份、硼酸钠5~10份、1.5%浓度的磷酸二氢锌溶液0.5~1份、吐温20 3~8份、卡波树脂2~5份、气相二氧化硅1~3份、木质素磺酸盐0.5~1份、月桂醇1~2份、膦羧酸0.5~1份、丙二醇2~6份、钼酸钠1~3份、尼泊金乙酯0.5~1份及水50~80份;
所述的一种水基润滑防锈的金属切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
2)取总水量的一半置于混合容器中,依次加入二乙醇胺、乙二醇、偏硅酸钠、硼酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、膦羧酸、月桂醇、丙二醇和尼泊金乙酯,中速搅拌10~15min;
3)取剩余的水置于搅拌容器中,于50~60℃下加入1.5%浓度的磷酸二氢锌溶液、吐温20、卡波树脂,中速搅拌10~15min;
4)将步骤2所得的溶液加入至步骤3中继续保温搅拌5~10min,然后加入气相二氧化硅和钼酸钠保温震荡搅拌1~3h,得到本发明的切削液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水基润滑防锈的金属切削液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:二乙醇胺15份、乙二醇7份、偏硅酸钠3份、硼酸钠8份、1.5%浓度的磷酸二氢锌溶液0.7份、吐温20 6份、卡波树脂4份、气相二氧化硅2份、木质素磺酸盐0.8份、月桂醇1.5份、膦羧酸0.7份、丙二醇4份、钼酸钠2份、尼泊金乙酯0.8份及水65份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水基润滑防锈的金属切削液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:二乙醇胺20份、乙二醇10份、偏硅酸钠5份、硼酸钠10份、1.5%浓度的磷酸二氢锌溶液1份、吐温20 8份、卡波树脂5份、气相二氧化硅3份、木质素磺酸盐1份、月桂醇2份、膦羧酸1份、丙二醇6份、钼酸钠3份、尼泊金乙酯1份及水80份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水基润滑防锈的金属切削液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:二乙醇胺10份、乙二醇5份、偏硅酸钠2份、硼酸钠5份、1.5%浓度的磷酸二氢锌溶液0.5份、吐温20 3份、卡波树脂2份、气相二氧化硅1份、木质素磺酸盐0.5份、月桂醇1份、膦羧酸0.5份、丙二醇2份、钼酸钠1份、尼泊金乙酯0.5份及水50份。
