Abstract
本发明公开了一种电线防潮专用稳定剂,它是由以下质量百分比的原料组成:锌盐稳定剂:12‑30%、钙盐主稳定剂:12‑20%、水滑石:20‑50%、高级润滑剂20‑30%、抗氧化剂:5‑10%和辅助稳定剂5‑10,通过多段搅拌,在55‑65℃条件下搅拌5min‑10min;本发明旨在减少填充造成的毛细孔,从而让制品的密实度更高,达到疏水防水。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学稳定剂技术领域,具体的说,尤其涉及一种电线防潮专用稳定剂。
背景技术
因PVC电线特别是软硬度在60PHR以下的有填充增塑剂线材方面最容易产生吸潮问题。如果胶粒(线材是由胶粒制成的)比重不超过1.4,一般吸潮不严重。超过1.4的比重以上的,每年在梅雨季节会产生胶粒吸潮,导致生产过程中拉线时会发泡,影响生产和质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种电线防潮专用稳定剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电线防潮专用稳定剂,其特征在于,它是由以下质量百分比的原料组成:
锌盐稳定剂:12-30%
钙盐主稳定剂:12-20%
水滑石:20-50%
高级润滑剂20-30%
抗氧化剂:5-10%
辅助稳定剂5-10,
其中,所述的锌盐主稳定剂为任意比例混合的脂肪酸类锌盐主稳定剂和苯环类锌盐主稳定剂,所述脂肪酸类锌盐主稳定剂为硬脂酸锌、棕榈酸锌、油酸锌、月桂酸锌、十七碳脂肪酸锌或十五碳脂肪酸锌的任意一种,苯环类锌盐主稳定剂为苯甲酸锌或十二烷基苯磺酸锌的任意一种;
其中,所述的钙盐主稳定剂为任意比例混合的脂肪酸类钙盐主稳定剂和苯环类钙盐主稳定剂,所述脂肪酸类钙盐主稳定剂为硬脂酸钙、棕榈酸钙、油酸钙、月桂酸钙、十七碳脂肪酸钙或十五碳脂肪酸钙的任意一种,所述苯环类钙盐主稳定剂为苯甲酸钙或十二烷基苯磺酸钙的任意一种;
其中,所述的水滑石为任意比例混合的镁铝二元水滑石和锌镁铝三元水滑石,所述镁铝二元水滑石中MgO/AL2O3的摩尔比为(4-4.5):1,所述锌镁铝三元水滑石中ZnO/MgO/AL2O3的摩尔比为1:(0.5-2):(0.5-1);
其中,所述的高级润滑剂为硬脂酸丁酯、单硬脂酸丁酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、液体白腊、固体白腊、聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、E蜡、EG蜡、硬脂肪酸和季戊四醇中的一种或一种以上按任意比例混合的混合物;
其中,所述抗氧化剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯和四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯中的一种或一种以上按任意比例混合的混合物;
其中,所述辅助稳定剂为二苯甲酰甲烷、硬脂酰苯甲酰甲烷、脱氢醋酸、乙酰乙酸乙酯、1,2-环已二酮、2,3-戊二酮、2,5-己二酮和乙酰丙酮中两种或两种以上按任意比例混合的混合物;
上述一种透明环保钙锌稳定剂的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
a、将上述配方量的水滑石先加入高速搅拌机中,在55-65℃条件下搅拌5min-10min;
b、然后继续加入上述配方量的钙盐主稳定剂、锌盐主稳定剂和高级润滑剂,在55-65℃条件下搅拌10min-20min;
c、最后加入上述配方量的抗氧化剂和辅助稳定剂,在55-65℃条件下搅拌10min-20min,冷却后得到电线防潮专用稳定剂。
上述技术方案中,所述步骤a和步骤b的温度分别控制在58-62℃。
上述技术方案中,所述步骤a和步骤b高速搅拌机的转速分别为1000-1500r/min。
本发明的有益效果在于:高级润滑剂的熔点在110度以上,具有优秀的内外滑作用,在塑料配方里用量到ZPHR时亦不会产生析出,且可以作表面处理剂对制品的填充剂进行包覆,减少填充造成的毛细孔,从而让制品的密实度更高,达到疏水防水的功能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施实例如下:
先取30Kg镁铝二元水滑石(镁铝二元水滑石中MgO/AL2O3的摩尔比为3.0:1)和30Kg锌镁铝三元水滑石(锌镁铝三元水滑石中ZnO/MgO/AL2O3的摩尔比为2:3:2)加入高速搅拌机中,高速搅拌机的转速为1000r/min,在56℃下搅拌5min;然后继续加入12Kg硬脂酸钙、12Kg苯甲酸钙、12Kg硬脂酸锌、12Kg苯甲酸锌和12Kg硬脂酸丁酯,在转速为1000r/min和温度为56℃的条件下搅拌10min;最后加入6Kg的β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、3Kg二苯甲酰甲烷和2Kg乙酰乙酸乙酯3Kg,其中高速搅拌机的转速为1000r/min,在56℃下搅拌20min,冷却后得到电线防潮专用稳定剂。
本发明的高级润滑剂的熔点在110度以上,具有优秀的内外滑作用,在塑料配方里用量到ZPHR时亦不会产生析出,且可以作表面处理剂对制品的填充剂进行包覆,减少填充造成的毛细孔,从而让制品的密实度更高,达到疏水防水的功能。
Claims (4)
1.一种电线防潮专用稳定剂,其特征在于,它是由以下质量百分比的原料组成:
锌盐稳定剂:12-30%
钙盐主稳定剂:12-20%
水滑石:20-50%
高级润滑剂 20-30%
抗氧化剂:5-10%
辅助稳定剂 5-10,
其中,所述的锌盐主稳定剂为任意比例混合的脂肪酸类锌盐主稳定剂和苯环类锌盐主稳定剂,所述脂肪酸类锌盐主稳定剂为硬脂酸锌、棕榈酸锌、油酸锌、月桂酸锌、十七碳脂肪酸锌或十五碳脂肪酸锌的任意一种,苯环类锌盐主稳定剂为苯甲酸锌或十二烷基苯磺酸锌的任意一种;
其中,所述的钙盐主稳定剂为任意比例混合的脂肪酸类钙盐主稳定剂和苯环类钙盐主稳定剂,所述脂肪酸类钙盐主稳定剂为硬脂酸钙、棕榈酸钙、油酸钙、月桂酸钙、十七碳脂肪酸钙或十五碳脂肪酸钙的任意一种,所述苯环类钙盐主稳定剂为苯甲酸钙或十二烷基苯磺酸钙的任意一种;

其中,所述辅助稳定剂为二苯甲酰甲烷、硬脂酰苯甲酰甲烷、脱氢醋酸、乙酰乙酸乙酯、1,2-环已二酮、2,3-戊二酮、2,5-己二酮和乙酰丙酮中两种或两种以上按任意比例混合的混合物。
2.权利要求1所述的一种透明环保钙锌稳定剂的制备方法,其特征在于;它包括以下步骤:
a、将上述配方量的水滑石先加入高速搅拌机中,在55-65℃条件下搅拌5min-10min;
b、然后继续加入上述配方量的钙盐主稳定剂、锌盐主稳定剂和高级润滑剂,在55-65℃条件下搅拌10min-20min;
c、最后加入上述配方量的抗氧化剂和辅助稳定剂,在55-65℃条件下搅拌10min-20min,冷却后得到电线防潮专用稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种透明环保钙锌稳定剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤a和步骤b的温度分别控制在58-62℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种透明环保钙锌稳定剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤a和步骤b高速搅拌机的转速分别为1000-1500r/min。
