本发明公开了一种咪唑类环氧树脂固化配方,属于化工材料领域。由以下原料组成:E‑54型双酚A型环氧树脂100‑120份、1,3‑二苄基咪唑13‑16份、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐0.5‑0.8份、三氯甲烷30‑50份。本发明的提供的咪唑类环氧树脂固化配方,固化剂用量较少而固化物性能好,可在中温固化,固化时间短。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工材料领域,具体涉及一种咪唑类环氧树脂固化配方
背景技术
环氧树脂具有优良的粘接性能、电绝缘性能、耐腐蚀性能和力学性能,作为涂料、复合材料、浇铸料、胶粘剂、模压材料和注射成型材料,广泛应用于国民经济的各个领域。在环氧树脂的应用中,固化剂占有必不可少的重要地位,是环氧树脂固化的必不可少的辅助原料。咪唑及其衍生物是其中十分重要的一类环氧树脂固化剂,特别是近年来随着电子工业的飞速发展,咪唑类环氧树脂固化剂用量每年递增15%~20%,目前这方面的用量已占咪唑及其衍生物总产量的90%以上。咪唑类固化剂在实际应用中也展现了较为优异的性能,后续的研究正在逐步展开。

针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种咪唑类环氧树脂固化配方。
本发明采取的具体技术方案是:
一种咪唑类环氧树脂固化配方,其特征在于按重量份计,由以下原料组成:E-54型双酚A型环氧树脂100-120份、1,3-二苄基咪唑13-16份、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐0.5-0.8份、三氯甲烷30-50份。
本发明的优点是:固化剂用量较少而固化物性能好,可在中温固化,固化时间短。

一种咪唑类环氧树脂固化配方,其特征在于按重量份计,由以下原料组成:E-54型双酚A型环氧树脂100份、1,3-二苄基咪唑13份、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐0.5份、三氯甲烷30份。
实施例2
一种咪唑类环氧树脂固化配方,其特征在于按重量份计,由以下原料组成:E-54型双酚A型环氧树脂110份、1,3-二苄基咪唑14.5份、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐0.65份、三氯甲烷40份。
实施例3
一种咪唑类环氧树脂固化配方,其特征在于按重量份计,由以下原料组成:E-54型双酚A型环氧树脂120份、1,3-二苄基咪唑16份、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐0.8份、三氯甲烷50份。

1.一种咪唑类环氧树脂固化配方,其特征在于按重量份计,由以下原料组成:E-54型双酚A型环氧树脂100-120份、1,3-二苄基咪唑13-16份、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐0.5-0.8份、三氯甲烷30-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的咪唑类环氧树脂固化配方,其特征在于按重量份计,由以下原料组成:E-54型双酚A型环氧树脂105-115份、1,3-二苄基咪唑14-15份、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐0.6-0.7份、三氯甲烷35-45份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的咪唑类环氧树脂固化配方,其特征在于按重量份计,由以下原料组成:E-54型双酚A型环氧树脂110份、1,3-二苄基咪唑14.5份、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐0.65份、三氯甲烷40份。
