本发明公开了一种定制式固定义齿烤瓷贴面,用以白榴石为主要成分的烤瓷瓷粉直接堆塑牙体修复形态,该烤瓷贴面的组成成分包括:SiO2,Al2O3,K2O,Na2O,Li2O,BaO,B2O3,CaO,Sb2O3,ZrO2,SnO2,CeO2,F,TiO2,该烤瓷贴面的制作方法为:制作牙体耐高温代型,并对其进行预处理、代型浸水,就可以进行凃瓷和烧结,先后依次涂上结合瓷、体瓷、切瓷,每次凃瓷后都要在烧结炉中进行不同温度的烧结,烧结后对形态可稍作打磨修整,最后上釉,再次入炉烧结,最后去除代型材料,取下贴面,贴面的整体厚约为0.5—0.7mm。这种贴面组织相容性良好,化学性能稳定,抗折强度高,色泽可调配与天然牙协调,为口腔烤瓷修复的临床应用打下基础。

背景技术
当今社会,随着生活水平的提高,人们对物质的追求逐步得到了满足,越来越多的是精神层面的追求。精神追求最直接体现在对美的渴求上,尤其是最近几年,人们对美的定位不仅仅局限于面容、身材方面,对牙齿的美白、健康更为重视,拥有一口整齐、洁白、漂亮的牙齿是现代人十大健康标志之一。也正是因此,牙齿美容也正兴起于口腔行业。长期以来,牙体变色,尤其是中、重度四环素牙、氟斑牙,等种种牙齿问题是困扰各行各业人士的一大难题。
贴面又称牙贴面,是采用粘结技术,对牙齿表面缺损、着色牙、变色牙和畸形牙等,在保存活髓、少磨牙或不磨牙的情况下,用修复材料直接或间接粘结覆盖,以恢复牙体正常形态和改善其色泽的一种修复方法,现有铸瓷贴面、氧化锆贴面等备牙量较多,对牙体损伤程度高于烤瓷贴面;而且对着色牙、变色牙体无法完全遮盖,影响美学修复效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术不足,本发明提供了一种定制式固定义齿烤瓷贴面。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种定制式固定义齿烤瓷贴面,该烤瓷贴面的成分以白石榴为主,具体组成成分包括SiO2, Al2O3, K2O, Na2O, Li2O,BaO, B2O3, CaO, Sb2O3,ZrO2, SnO2, CeO2, F, TiO2;这种烤瓷贴面的热膨胀系数为13×10-6/K。
烤瓷贴面的制作方法,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)代型制作;
(2)耐高温模型材料代型预处理;
(3)代型浸水;
(4)涂瓷和烧结;
(5)去除代型材料,取下贴面。
具体实施方式

烤瓷贴面的成分以白石榴为主,具体组成成分包括SiO2, Al2O3, K2O, Na2O,Li2O,BaO, B2O3, CaO, Sb2O3, ZrO2, SnO2, CeO2, F, TiO2;这种烤瓷贴面的热膨胀系数为13×10-6/K。
烤瓷贴面的制制作方法,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)代型制作:制作时石膏粉和混合液的比例为40g:7ml,混合液和水的比例为1:1,将只好的模型在700℃的烧结炉中保持30分钟,然后以50℃/min的加热速率加热到1050℃,烧结10分钟后自然冷却;
(2)耐高温模型材料代型预处理:去除模型材料中的氨;
(3)代型浸水:将代型浸于蒸馏水中至饱和,取出后即可涂瓷;
(4)涂瓷和烧结:分层在代型上涂瓷,先涂贴面结合瓷,放入烤瓷炉中进行烧结,其烧结参数为:

烧结最高温度:950℃;
最高烧结温度下抽真空烧结时间:60s;
降温速率:55℃/min;
最后温度:600℃;
待结合瓷烧结后自然冷却到室温,再涂体瓷,随后放入烧结炉中进行烧结,其烧结参数为:
预热干燥温度:450℃;
预热干燥时间:4min;
加热速率:55℃/min;
烧结最高温度:930℃;
最高烧结温度下抽真空烧结时间:90s;
降温速率:55℃/min;
最后温度:600℃;
待体瓷烧结后自然冷却到室温,再涂切瓷,随后放入烧结炉中进行烧结,其烧结参数为:

最高烧结温度下抽真空烧结时间:30s;
降温速率:55℃/min;
最后温度:600℃;
前述所用的结合瓷、体瓷、切瓷粉体原料成分与烤瓷贴面的成分一致,以白石榴为主,具体组成成分包括SiO2, Al2O3, K2O, Na2O, Li2O,BaO, B2O3, CaO, Sb2O3, ZrO2, SnO2,CeO2, F, TiO2;
(5)待温度冷却到室温后,在喷砂机去除代型材料,取下贴面,去除耐火材时所用到的石英砂为80目的石英砂,压力为1.5Pa,贴面的整体厚为0.5—0.7mm。
本发明的有益效果是:这种贴面组织相容性良好,化学性能稳定,抗折强度高,色泽可调配与天然牙协调,为口腔烤瓷修复的临床应用打下基础。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施方式,故凡依本发明专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本发明专利申请范围内。
Claims (2)
1.一种定制式固定义齿烤瓷贴面,其特征在于:烤瓷贴面的成分以白石榴为主,具体组成成分包括SiO2, Al2O3, K2O, Na2O, Li2O,BaO, B2O3, CaO, Sb2O3, ZrO2, SnO2, CeO2,F, TiO2;这种烤瓷贴面的热膨胀系数为13×10-6/K。
2.权利要求1所述的烤瓷贴面的制作方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)代型制作:制作时石膏粉和混合液的比例为40g:7ml,混合液和水的比例为1:1,将制好的模型在700℃的烧结炉中保持30分钟,然后以50℃/min的加热速率加热到1050℃,烧结10分钟后自然冷却;
(2)耐高温模型材料代型预处理:去除模型材料中的氨;
(3)代型浸水:将代型浸于蒸馏水中至饱和,取出后即可涂瓷;
(4)涂瓷和烧结:分层在代型上涂瓷,先涂贴面结合瓷,放入烤瓷炉中进行烧结,其烧结参数为:
预热干燥温度:450℃;
预热干燥时间:10min;
加热速率:55℃/min;
烧结最高温度:950℃;
最高烧结温度下抽真空烧结时间:60s;
降温速率:55℃/min;
最后温度:600℃;
待结合瓷烧结后自然冷却到室温,再涂体瓷,随后放入烧结炉中进行烧结,其烧结参数为:
预热干燥温度:450℃;
预热干燥时间:4min;
加热速率:55℃/min;
烧结最高温度:930℃;
最高烧结温度下抽真空烧结时间:90s;
降温速率:55℃/min;
最后温度:600℃;
待体瓷烧结后自然冷却到室温,再涂切瓷,随后放入烧结炉中进行烧结,其烧结参数为:
预热干燥温度:450℃;
预热干燥时间:4min;
加热速率:55℃/min;
烧结最高温度:925℃;
最高烧结温度下抽真空烧结时间:60s;
降温速率:55℃/min;
最后温度:600℃;
待体瓷烧结后自然冷却到室温,对其形态稍作打磨修整,最后上釉,随后放入烧结炉中再次进行烧结,其烧结参数为:
预热干燥温度:450℃;
预热干燥时间:3min;
加热速率:55℃/min;
烧结最高温度:920℃;
最高烧结温度下抽真空烧结时间:30s;
降温速率:55℃/min;
最后温度:600℃;
(5)待温度冷却到室温后,在喷砂机去除代型材料,取下贴面,去除耐火材时所用到的石英砂为80目的石英砂,压力为1.5Pa,贴面的整体厚为0.5—0.7mm。
