Abstract

本发明公开了一种水龙头陶瓷阀片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)球磨得到高岭土微粉和氧化铝微粉;2)取高岭土微粉、氧化铝微粉与碳化硅粉混合均匀后压制成型、熏蒸;3)将经步骤2)熏蒸后的陶瓷阀片坯体置于窑中烧结,冷却后浸入盛有镨钕合金粉浆料中超声波处理,再次置于窑中烧结,冷却至常温后进行打磨、抛光即可制得水龙头陶瓷阀片;本发明具有可延长水龙头或阀门使用寿命、抗磨损的优点。

一种水龙头陶瓷阀片的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水龙头陶瓷阀片的制备方法。
背景技术
现有的水龙头陶瓷阀片由于采用的是常规工艺所制备的陶瓷材料,使用时间长了容易出现磨损而导致闭合不全,影响水密性能,尤其在用于污水及水压较高环境下的水龙头或水阀,若采用常规陶瓷阀片非常容易被沙砾冲蚀而影响水龙头的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服以上现有技术的缺点:提供一种用于水龙头或阀门中的可延长水龙头或阀门使用寿命、抗磨损的水龙头陶瓷阀片的制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:一种水龙头陶瓷阀片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将高岭土、氧化铝粉分别球磨至平均粒径为0.5-0.8μm 和0.5-1.2μm,得到高岭土微粉和氧化铝微粉;
2)取步骤1)制备好的高岭土微粉、氧化铝微粉与平均粒径为0.5-1.2μm的碳化硅粉混合均匀后压制成型,再将压制成型后的陶瓷阀片坯体放入密闭容器中抽真空,然后通入体积比为1︰6-12的二氧化碳与水蒸气的混合气体,维持容器内气压与外部大气压相等进行熏蒸1-3小时;按重量份计,所述陶瓷阀片坯体的组分配比为:氧化铝微粉 130-150份,高岭土微粉 8-15份,碳化硅粉 1-3份;
3) 将经步骤2)熏蒸后的陶瓷阀片坯体置于窑中烧结,以每小时30-35℃的升温速率升温至1340-1360℃,保温7-9小时,冷却至常温,然后将冷却后的陶瓷阀片坯体浸入盛有镨钕合金粉浆料且底部装有超声波发生器的容器中,搅拌作用下超声波处理5-10分钟;然后取出陶瓷阀片坯体,烘干,再次置于窑中烧结,以每小时40-45℃的升温速率升温至1340-1360℃,保温5-6小时,冷却至常温后进行打磨、抛光即可制得水龙头陶瓷阀片。
所述镨钕合金粉浆料通过将镨钕合金破碎球磨至平均粒径为0.3-0.5微米后与水以1︰50-120的重量比混合得到。
所述镨钕合金中的镨的质量百分比含量为20-28%。
所述超声波发生器设置于所述容器中部的镨钕合金粉浆料的液面以下。
本发明的有益效果是: 本发明通过改变陶瓷阀片的组分及配比结合相应的具体工艺来有效改变陶瓷阀片的微观结构,细化陶瓷晶粒,强化晶界形态,使陶瓷阀片具备高抗磨损性能,尤其适用于矿山或给排水中污水环境下使用的水阀中,可有效提高水阀使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,但本发明不仅局限于以下具体实施例。
实施例一
一种水龙头陶瓷阀片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将高岭土、氧化铝粉分别球磨至平均粒径为0.5-0.8μm 和0.5-1.2μm,得到高岭土微粉和氧化铝微粉;
2)取步骤1)制备好的高岭土微粉、氧化铝微粉与平均粒径为0.5-1.2μm的碳化硅粉混合均匀后压制成型,再将压制成型后的陶瓷阀片坯体放入密闭容器中抽真空,然后通入体积比为1︰6的二氧化碳与水蒸气的混合气体,维持容器内气压与外部大气压相等进行熏蒸3小时;按重量份计,所述陶瓷阀片坯体的组分配比为:氧化铝微粉 150份,高岭土微粉 8份,碳化硅粉3份;
3) 将经步骤2)熏蒸后的陶瓷阀片坯体置于窑中烧结,以每小时30℃的升温速率升温至1340℃,保温7小时,冷却至常温,然后将冷却后的陶瓷阀片坯体浸入盛有镨钕合金粉浆料且底部装有超声波发生器的容器中,搅拌作用下超声波处理10分钟;然后取出陶瓷阀片坯体,烘干,再次置于窑中烧结,以每小时45℃的升温速率升温至1360℃,保温5小时,冷却至常温后进行打磨、抛光即可制得水龙头陶瓷阀片,所述镨钕合金粉浆料通过将镨钕合金破碎球磨至平均粒径为0.3-0.5微米后与水以1︰120的重量比混合得到,所述镨钕合金中的镨的质量百分比含量为28%。
实施例二
一种水龙头陶瓷阀片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将高岭土、氧化铝粉分别球磨至平均粒径为0.5-0.8μm 和0.5-1.2μm,得到高岭土微粉和氧化铝微粉;
2)取步骤1)制备好的高岭土微粉、氧化铝微粉与平均粒径为0.5-1.2μm的碳化硅粉混合均匀后压制成型,再将压制成型后的陶瓷阀片坯体放入密闭容器中抽真空,然后通入体积比为1︰12的二氧化碳与水蒸气的混合气体,维持容器内气压与外部大气压相等进行熏蒸3小时;按重量份计,所述陶瓷阀片坯体的组分配比为:氧化铝微粉 130份,高岭土微粉 15份,碳化硅粉 3份;
3) 将经步骤2)熏蒸后的陶瓷阀片坯体置于窑中烧结,以每小时35℃的升温速率升温至1360℃,保温9小时,冷却至常温,然后将冷却后的陶瓷阀片坯体浸入盛有镨钕合金粉浆料且底部装有超声波发生器的容器中,搅拌作用下超声波处理10分钟;然后取出陶瓷阀片坯体,烘干,再次置于窑中烧结,以每小时40-45℃的升温速率升温至1360℃,保温5小时,冷却至常温后进行打磨、抛光即可制得水龙头陶瓷阀片,所述镨钕合金粉浆料通过将镨钕合金破碎球磨至平均粒径为0.3-0.5微米后与水以1︰80的重量比混合得到,所述镨钕合金中的镨的质量百分比含量为28%。
实施例三
一种水龙头陶瓷阀片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将高岭土、氧化铝粉分别球磨至平均粒径为0.5-0.8μm 和0.5-1.2μm,得到高岭土微粉和氧化铝微粉;
2)取步骤1)制备好的高岭土微粉、氧化铝微粉与平均粒径为0.5-1.2μm的碳化硅粉混合均匀后压制成型,再将压制成型后的陶瓷阀片坯体放入密闭容器中抽真空,然后通入体积比为1︰8的二氧化碳与水蒸气的混合气体,维持容器内气压与外部大气压相等进行熏蒸2小时;按重量份计,所述陶瓷阀片坯体的组分配比为:氧化铝微粉 140份,高岭土微粉 12份,碳化硅粉 2份;
3) 将经步骤2)熏蒸后的陶瓷阀片坯体置于窑中烧结,以每小时32℃的升温速率升温至1350℃,保温7小时,冷却至常温,然后将冷却后的陶瓷阀片坯体浸入盛有镨钕合金粉浆料且底部装有超声波发生器的容器中,搅拌作用下超声波处理10分钟;然后取出陶瓷阀片坯体,烘干,再次置于窑中烧结,以每小时45℃的升温速率升温至1360℃,保温6小时,冷却至常温后进行打磨、抛光即可制得水龙头陶瓷阀片,所述镨钕合金粉浆料通过将镨钕合金破碎球磨至平均粒径为0.3-0.5微米后与水以1︰100的重量比混合得到,所述镨钕合金中的镨的质量百分比含量为22%。

1.一种水龙头陶瓷阀片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将高岭土、氧化铝粉分别球磨至平均粒径为0.5-0.8μm 和0.5-1.2μm,得到高岭土微粉和氧化铝微粉;
2)取步骤1)制备好的高岭土微粉、氧化铝微粉与平均粒径为0.5-1.2μm的碳化硅粉混合均匀后压制成型,再将压制成型后的陶瓷阀片坯体放入密闭容器中抽真空,然后通入体积比为1︰6-12的二氧化碳与水蒸气的混合气体,维持容器内气压与外部大气压相等进行熏蒸1-3小时;按重量份计,所述陶瓷阀片坯体的组分配比为:氧化铝微粉 130-150份,高岭土微粉 8-15份,碳化硅粉 1-3份;
3) 将经步骤2)熏蒸后的陶瓷阀片坯体置于窑中烧结,以每小时30-35℃的升温速率升温至1340-1360℃,保温7-9小时,冷却至常温,然后将冷却后的陶瓷阀片坯体浸入盛有镨钕合金粉浆料且底部装有超声波发生器的容器中,搅拌作用下超声波处理5-10分钟;然后取出陶瓷阀片坯体,烘干,再次置于窑中烧结,以每小时40-45℃的升温速率升温至1340-1360℃,保温5-6小时,冷却至常温后进行打磨、抛光即可制得水龙头陶瓷阀片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水龙头陶瓷阀片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述镨钕合金粉浆料通过将镨钕合金破碎球磨至平均粒径为0.3-0.5微米后与水以1︰50-120的重量比混合得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水龙头陶瓷阀片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述镨钕合金中的镨的质量百分比含量为20-28%。
