Abstract

本发明公开了一种变色瓷砖及其制作方法,涉及建筑建材技术领域。这种变色瓷砖包括砖坯及金属颜料和\或珠光颜料的涂膜层,这种变色瓷砖的制作方法不需要经过高温(坯件大于800℃,釉面大于650℃)烧结,从而不会对能产生特殊效果的金属颜料、珠光颜料的性质产生影响,因此制作出来的变色瓷砖可以保持这些金属颜料、珠光颜料的珍珠光泽、视觉闪色效应、色彩转移效应等特殊的视觉观感效果,解决了现有瓷砖视觉观感较单一的问题。

变色瓷砖及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑建材技术领域,尤其是一种变色瓷砖及其制作方法。
背景技术
色彩是瓷砖的重要特征,也是重要卖点之一,但是现有的瓷砖视觉观感比较单一,缺少金属色调、金属光泽、珍珠光泽、视觉闪色效应、色彩转移效应、附加色彩效应、三维空间效应、背景衬托效应等。这是由于瓷砖需要在高温下(坯件大于800℃,釉面大于650℃)进行烧结而成,而具有特殊效果的颜料如金属颜料中的铝粉、珠光颜料中的云母钛珠光粉等因其耐化学性和耐热性的限制不能通过现有的施釉、渗色等瓷砖装饰方法用于瓷砖色彩设计,即便个别云母钛珠光粉勉强可用于施釉(目前只能在釉上彩),效果却远不如将其用于溶剂型涂料,其装饰性得不到充分体现。
发明内容
本发明提供一种变色瓷砖及其制作方法,它可以解决现有瓷砖视觉观感较单一的问题,使瓷砖具有珍珠光泽、视觉闪色效应、色彩转移效应等观感。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种变色瓷砖,包括砖坯及金属颜料和\或珠光颜料的涂膜层:所述砖坯包含以下重量份数的原料:粉煤灰500~600份、黏土400~450份、水泥310~320份、石英砂和\或金刚砂300~320份、矿渣和\或钢渣300~320份、甘蔗渣30~50份、树脂或者橡胶15~20份、分散剂10~15份、聚丙烯醇10~15份;
所述金属颜料的涂膜层含有质量分数为1~50%的铝、锌、铜、钛金属;
所述珠光颜料的涂膜层含有质量分数为1~50%的云母钛珠光粉和\或云母锌珠光粉;
所述分散剂是表面活性剂、无机小分子分散剂、聚合物的一种或者多种混合物。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:这种变色瓷砖的制作方法是:
A、准备砖坯的材料:先将粉煤灰500~600重量份、黏土400~450重量份、石英砂和\或金刚砂300~320重量份、矿渣和\或钢渣300~320重量份、甘蔗渣30~50重量份、树脂或者橡胶15~20重量份分别进行研磨至150~200目;
B、制作砖坯:在80~150℃环境下,取分散剂10~15重量份、聚丙烯醇10~15重量份于密炼机内加热熔融至完全熔融后,加入步骤A所得甘蔗渣粉末与树脂或者橡胶粉末进行熔融混合10~30min,再加入步骤A所得剩余材料、310~320重量份水泥和适量水搅拌均匀得浆体,使含水量达到15~20%,注入模具压制成砖坯;
C、在步骤B所得砖坯上涂覆金属颜料和\或珠光颜料的涂料层,涂覆厚度为25~150nm:这种金属颜料包含聚乙烯醇和铝、锌、铜、钛金属的一种或几种混合粉末,所述聚乙烯醇的含量为涂膜层重量的10~14%,所述金属粉末的含量为涂膜层重量的1~50%;这种包含聚乙烯醇和云母钛珠光粉和\或云母锌珠光粉,所述聚乙烯醇的含量为涂膜层重量的10~14%,所述云母钛珠光粉和\或云母锌珠光粉的含量为涂膜层重量的1~50%;
D、将步骤C所得在80~180℃下干燥1~2h;
所述分散剂是表面活性剂、无机小分子分散剂、聚合物的一种或者多种混合物。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明不需要经过高温(坯件大于800℃,釉面大于650℃)烧结,从而不会对能产生特殊效果的金属颜料、珠光颜料的性质产生影响,因此可以保持这些金属颜料、珠光颜料的珍珠光泽、视觉闪色效应、色彩转移效应等特殊的视觉观感效果,解决了现有瓷砖视觉观感较单一的问题。
2、同时,由于本发明不需要经过高温烧结,节省了能源、减轻了污染、降低了成本。
3、本发明的变色瓷砖具有较好的抗压强度和较低的吸水率,并且通过了根据《GB/T4100-2006陶瓷砖》的要求进行的实验,平均吸水率为3.24。
具体实施方式
以下具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一:
这种变色瓷砖,包括砖坯及金属颜料的涂膜层;
所述砖坯包含以下重量份数的原料:粉煤灰500份、黏土400份、水泥310份、石英砂300份、矿渣300份、干燥的甘蔗渣30份、环氧树脂15份、硅烷偶联剂5份、十二烷基硫酸钠5份、聚丙烯醇10份;
所述金属颜料的涂膜层含有质量分数为1%的铝金属粉末、1%的铜金属粉末和10~14%的聚乙烯醇。
制作方法是:
A、准备砖坯的材料:先将粉煤灰、黏土、石英砂、矿渣、干燥的甘蔗渣、环氧树脂分别进行研磨至150~200目;
B、制作砖坯:在150℃环境下,取硅烷偶联剂、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚丙烯醇于密炼机内加热熔融至完全熔融后,加入步骤A所得干燥的甘蔗渣粉末与环氧树脂粉末进行熔融混合10min,再加入步骤A所得剩余材料、水泥和适量水搅拌均匀得浆体,使含水量达到15%,注入模具压制成砖坯;
C、在步骤B所得砖坯上涂覆金属颜料,涂覆厚度为25nm;
D、将步骤C所得在80℃下干燥2h。
实施例二:
这种变色瓷砖,包括砖坯及珠光颜料的涂膜层;
所述砖坯包含以下重量份数的原料:粉煤灰600份、黏土450份、水泥320份、金刚砂320份、钢渣320份、干燥的甘蔗渣50份、丁苯橡胶20份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵5份、氰酸酯5份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物5份、聚丙烯醇15份;
所述珠光颜料的涂膜层含有质量分数为1的云母钛珠光粉和10~14%的聚乙烯醇。
制作方法是:
A、准备砖坯的材料:先将粉煤灰、黏土、金刚砂、钢渣、干燥的甘蔗渣、丁苯橡胶分别进行研磨至150~200目;
B、制作砖坯:在150℃环境下,取十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、氰酸酯、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、聚丙烯醇于密炼机内加热熔融至完全熔融后,加入步骤A所得甘蔗渣粉末与丁苯橡胶粉末进行熔融混合10min,再加入步骤A所得剩余材料、水泥和适量水搅拌均匀得浆体,使含水量达到20%,注入模具压制成砖坯;
C、在步骤B所得砖坯上涂覆珠光颜料,涂覆厚度为150nm;
D、将步骤C所得在180℃下干燥1h。

Claims (2)

1.一种变色瓷砖,包括砖坯及金属颜料和\或珠光颜料的涂膜层,其特征在于:所述砖坯包含以下重量份数的原料:粉煤灰500~600份、黏土400~450份、水泥310~320份、石英砂和\或金刚砂300~320份、矿渣和\或钢渣300~320份、甘蔗渣30~50份、树脂或者橡胶15~20份、分散剂10~15份、聚丙烯醇10~15份;
所述金属颜料的涂膜层含有质量分数为1~50%的铝、锌、铜、钛金属;
所述珠光颜料的涂膜层含有质量分数为1~50%的云母钛珠光粉和\或云母锌珠光粉;
所述分散剂是表面活性剂、无机小分子分散剂、聚合物的一种或者多种混合物。
2.一种变色瓷砖的制作方法,其特征在于:
A、准备砖坯的材料:先将粉煤灰500~600重量份、黏土400~450重量份、石英砂和\或金刚砂300~320重量份、矿渣和\或钢渣300~320重量份、甘蔗渣30~50重量份、树脂或者橡胶15~20重量份分别进行研磨至150~200目;
B、制作砖坯:在80~150℃环境下,取分散剂10~15重量份、聚丙烯醇10~15重量份于密炼机内加热熔融至完全熔融后,加入步骤A所得甘蔗渣粉末与树脂或者橡胶粉末进行熔融混合10~30min,再加入步骤A所得剩余材料、310~320重量份水泥和适量水搅拌均匀得浆体,使含水量达到15~20%,注入模具压制成砖坯;
C、在步骤B所得砖坯上涂覆金属颜料和\或珠光颜料的涂料层,涂覆厚度为25~150nm:这种金属颜料包含聚乙烯醇和铝、锌、铜、钛金属的一种或几种混合粉末,所述聚乙烯醇的含量为涂膜层重量的10~14%,所述金属粉末的含量为涂膜层重量的1~50%;这种包含聚乙烯醇和云母钛珠光粉和\或云母锌珠光粉,所述聚乙烯醇的含量为涂膜层重量的10~14%,所述云母钛珠光粉和\或云母锌珠光粉的含量为涂膜层重量的1~50%;
