本发明公开了一种氧化铁绿着色粉末,以质量百分比计,包含如下组分:氧化铁黄50%,氧化铁红1%,碳酸钙:44%,有机蓝:5%。本发明所得到的氧化铁绿着色粉末具有以下特点:绿色粉末,粉末颗粒大小320目以上,不溶于水﹑醇,溶于酸。粉粒细腻,是晶体的氧化铁化合物,着色力、遮盖力、耐光性、耐酸性、耐碱性均佳,无毒无危害。用所述制备方法,制作所得的氧化铁绿着色粉末应用于颜料中,着色力和遮盖力都很高,耐光、耐大气性好,无水渗性和油渗性。同时这种氧化铁绿着色粉末能广泛适用于各类建筑地坪(大理石地坪、水磨石地坪)的着色,对水泥建筑和外墙涂料有着良好的改善作用,市场前景十分广阔,也可达到客户颜色多样化的需求。

本发明涉及一种用于颜料制作的原料,特别是一种氧化铁绿着色粉末。
背景技术
氧化铁绿主要应用于颜料制作领域,氧化铁绿颜料在各类混凝土预制件和建筑制品材料中作为颜料或着色剂,直接调入水泥中应用。各种室内外的彩色混凝土表面,如墙面、地坪、天花板、支柱、门廊、路面、停车场、阶梯、车站等;各种建筑陶瓷和琉璃陶瓷,如面砖、地砖、屋瓦、嵌板、水磨石、马赛克花砖、人造大理石等。同时其也适用于各种涂料着色和保护物质,包括水性内外墙涂料、粉末涂料等;也可适用于油性漆包括还氧、醇酸、氨基等各种底漆和面漆;也可用于玩具漆、装饰漆、家具漆、电泳漆和磁漆。
现有的氧化铁绿粉末具有以下的问题:耐热性差,易褪色,尤其是在制作应用于室外彩色混凝土表面的颜料时,夏季室外温度较高,及易发生掉漆、褪色的现象。这与其中氧化铁绿粉末的组分构成、制作工艺有及其密切的关联。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了性能好,着色时间短,不易褪色的氧化铁绿着色粉末。
本发明设计的一种氧化铁绿着色粉末,以质量百分比计,包含如下组分:氧化铁黄50%,氧化铁红1%,碳酸钙:44%,有机蓝:5%。
作为优选,所述粉末呈绿色。所述的粉末颗粒大小为320目以上。其主要技术参数:水分≤1.0%,水溶物≤2.5%,筛余物≤0.5%,pH值大于6,吸油量25-35。
一种氧化铁绿着色粉末的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照氧化铁黄50%,氧化铁红1%,碳酸钙:44%,有机蓝:5%的质量比例将其加入到高速搅拌机中;将上述材料的混合物在高速搅拌机中匀速搅拌混合1小时以上;将上述材料的混合物在粉碎机中粉碎均匀。
与现有技术相比,本发明所得到的氧化铁绿着色粉末具有以下特点:绿色粉末,粉末颗粒大小320目以上,不溶于水﹑醇,溶于酸。粉粒细腻,是晶体的氧化铁化合物,着色力、遮盖力、耐光性、耐酸性、耐碱性均佳,无毒无危害。用所述制备方法,制作所得的氧化铁绿着色粉末应用于颜料中,着色力和遮盖力都很高,耐光、耐大气性好,无水渗性和油渗性。同时这种氧化铁绿着色粉末能广泛适用于各类建筑地坪(大理石地坪、水磨石地坪)的着色,对水泥建筑和外墙涂料有着良好的改善作用,市场前景十分广阔,也可达到客户颜色多样化的需求。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
本实施例描述的氧化铁绿着色粉末,以质量百分比计,包含如下组分:氧化铁黄50%,氧化铁红1%,碳酸钙:44%,有机蓝:5%。本发明是绿色的粉末。所述的粉末颗粒大小为320目。主要技术参数为水分≤1.0%,水溶物≤2.5%,筛余物≤0.5%,pH值大于6,吸油量25-35。
一种氧化铁绿着色粉末的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)按照氧化铁黄50%,氧化铁红1%,碳酸钙:44%,有机蓝:5%的质量比例将其加入到高速搅拌机中;(2)将上述材料的混合物在高速搅拌机中匀速搅拌混合1小时以上;(3)将上述材料的混合物在粉碎机中粉碎均匀。

3.根据权利要求1所述的氧化铁绿着色粉末,其特征在于:所述的粉末颗粒大小为320目以上。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的氧化铁绿着色粉末的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、碳酸钙、有机蓝按照如权利要求1所述的质量比例加入到高速搅拌机中;
(2)将上述材料的混合物在高速搅拌机中匀速搅拌混合1小时以上;
(3)将上述材料的混合物在粉碎机中粉碎均匀。
