一种含有稻壳的环保砂浆,由以下原料按重量份比例制成:硅酸盐水泥100‑200、矿渣微粉10‑20、矿渣骨料40‑60、稻壳40‑50、玻化微珠20‑30、石棉纤维20‑30、糯米粉3‑5、碳化硅5‑10、淀粉2‑4、苯酚5‑10、尿素2‑3;硅藻土2‑4;石膏3‑5、木质素磺酸钙2‑4;壳聚糖2‑3、水100‑150。采用矿渣粉和稻壳为原料,配以改性剂,能够满足建筑业砂浆的性能指标的要求。

一种含有稻壳的环保砂浆
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,特别是涉及一种含有稻壳的环保砂浆。
背景技术
通常的混凝土生产采用的原料是采用碎石作骨料,再加入砂子、水泥、外加剂、水混合搅拌制成。在钢铁企业生产中,每年产生大量的高炉重矿渣,经破碎筛分生产出矿渣砂和矿渣,规格的矿渣可有效再利用,规格矿渣用于混凝土的生产现有技术中已有应用,但由于矿渣表面粗糙、棱角多、内摩擦阻力大、混凝土泌水率大;所以利用矿渣砂代替传统河砂生产全矿渣混凝土尚待开发。
矿渣粉是冶金行业的废弃物,稻壳是农作物的废弃物,如能将矿渣粉、稻壳作为建筑业砂浆的原料,经改性处理,将具有很好的经济效益,并解决了矿渣粉和秸秆的存放问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种含有稻壳的环保砂浆,采用矿渣粉和稻壳为原料,配以改性剂,能够满足建筑业砂浆的性能指标的要求。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种含有稻壳的环保砂浆,由以下原料按重量份比例制成:硅酸盐水泥100-200、矿渣微粉10-20、矿渣骨料40-60、稻壳40-50、玻化微珠20-30、石棉纤维20-30、糯米粉3-5、碳化硅5-10、淀粉2-4、苯酚5-10、尿素2-3;硅藻土2-4;石膏3-5、木质素磺酸钙2-4;壳聚糖2-3、水100-150。
所述的矿渣微粉的粒度要求为比表面积≥350m3/Kg;所述的矿渣骨料按下述粒度级配按重量比例配制而成:
粒度≥25mm的矿渣骨料1-5重量份
16mm<粒度<25mm的矿渣骨料20-30重量份
粒度≤16mm的矿渣骨料20-30重量份。
所述的含有稻壳的环保砂浆的制备方法,除硅酸盐水泥以外,将所述的原料按重量份比例搅拌均匀,最后加入水泥,混合均匀制成产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明含有稻壳的环保砂浆,采用矿渣粉和稻壳为原料,配以改性剂,能够满足建筑业砂浆的性能指标的要求。

实施例1
一种含有稻壳的环保砂浆,由以下原料按重量份比例制成:硅酸盐水泥150、矿渣微粉15、矿渣骨料50、稻壳45、玻化微珠25、石棉纤维25、糯米粉4、碳化硅7、淀粉3、苯酚8、尿素2.5;硅藻土3;石膏4、木质素磺酸钙3;壳聚糖2.5、水120。所述的稻壳粉为粒度为3mm以下的稻壳粉。
所述的矿渣微粉的粒度要求为比表面积≥350m3/Kg;所述的矿渣骨料按下述粒度级配按重量比例配制而成:
粒度≥25mm的矿渣骨料1-5重量份
16mm<粒度<25mm的矿渣骨料20-30重量份
粒度≤16mm的矿渣骨料20-30重量份。
所述的含有稻壳的环保砂浆的制备方法,除硅酸盐水泥以外,将所述的原料按重量份比例搅拌均匀,最后加入水泥,混合均匀制成产品。
实施例2

所述的矿渣微粉的粒度要求为比表面积≥350m3/Kg;所述的矿渣骨料按下述粒度级配按重量比例配制而成:
粒度≥25mm的矿渣骨料1-5重量份
