Abstract
本发明涉及一种镍渣混凝土,该材料按照重量份数含有如下组分:水185-190份,水泥280-370份,镍渣粉30-60份,镍渣砂220-360份,砂320-500份,石1070-1200份,混凝土强度等级为C25-C40,镍渣粉取代水泥量为10%-15%,镍渣粉比表面积为480-540m2/kg,镍渣砂取代砂的总量为30%-50%。该混凝土不仅可以降低水泥用量,节约成本,而且这对于节约水泥生产原材料、减轻环境污染均具有十分重大的意义,因而该混凝土具有绿色、环保、节能等特点。另外,将镍渣不经过磨细,直接筛分成建筑用砂,作为混凝土细集料部分代替砂,可以节约天然砂用量,同样可以降低成本,创造良好的经济效益,也为解决天然砂日趋匮乏的问题,找到新的技术途径。

[0001] 本发明属于混凝土材料领域,更具体地涉及一种镍渣粉和镍渣砂分别作为混凝土矿物掺合料和细集料的普通混凝土。
背景技术
[0002] 近年来,随着经济的大力发展,我国每年因冶金而产生大量的工业废渣,其中,冶炼有色金属时产生的各类有色金属渣,如铜渣、钛渣、锰渣、锂渣、镍渣等。镍渣是冶炼镍铁合金的过程中排放的一种工业固体废渣,镍铁合金主要被用作生产不锈钢,因而镍渣也被称为不锈钢渣或镍铁渣,其化学成分因矿石的来源和冶炼工艺的不同,有较大的差异。我国每年因生产金属镍,而产生了大量的镍渣,长期以来未得到充分利用,这些废渣的堆放不仅占用土地而且对周围环境产生严重的污染,因而废渣的有效处理和利用就成为一个很迫切的问题。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的是提供一种镍渣混凝土,本发明能有效利用镍渣,节约水泥和砂用量,减少再生资源浪费与能源消耗,降低混凝土的生产成本,创造良好的经济效益,因此该混凝土具有绿色、环保、节能等特点。 [0004] 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种镍渣混凝土,包括以下重量份的各组分:水185-190份,水泥280-370份,镍渣粉30-60份,镍渣砂220-360份,砂320-500份,石子1070-1200份,水胶比为0.45-0.60,砂率为35%_40%,所述混凝土强度等级为C25-C40。

[0008] 上述镍渣混凝土的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的砂和镍渣砂混合并搅拌均匀,将所述重量份的水泥和镍渣粉混合均匀,将混合均匀的砂、镍渣砂以及混合均与的水泥、镍渣粉倒入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(2)将所述重量份的石子倒入搅拌机内搅拌均匀;
(3)将所述重量份的水分2-3次加入到搅拌机内,搅拌均匀,得到镍渣混凝土。
[0009] 与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
第一,研究表明,镍水淬渣具有一定的活性,为了能够有效利用这些废渣,将其变废为宝,将镍渣磨细成粉等量取代水泥,作为混凝土的矿物掺合料使用,不仅可以降低水泥用量,节约成本,而且这对于节约水泥生产原材料、减轻环境污染均具有十分重大的意义。另外,将镍渣不经过磨细,直接筛分成建筑用中砂,作为细集料部分代替天然砂,可以节约天然砂用量,同样可以降低成本,创造良好的经济效益,也为解决天然砂日趋匮乏的问题,找到新的技术途径。第二,镍渣粉作为水泥混凝土矿物掺合料和镍渣砂作为混凝土细集料时,镍渣粉等量取代水泥质量的10%-15%,镍洛砂取代天然砂质量的50%,从而节约水泥和砂用量,减少再生资源浪费与能源消耗,降低混凝土的生产成本,创造良好的经济效益,因此该混凝土具有绿色、环保、节能等特点。
[0010] 第三,由于镍渣粉的比表面积比水泥的比表面积大,填充水泥及其水化产物的孔隙,使混凝土内部孔隙减少,从而混凝土更加密实,进而提高混凝土的耐久性能,能够有效利用镍渣,节约资源。

一种镍渣混凝土,该材料按照重量份数含有如下组分:水185-190份,水泥280-370份,镍渣粉30-60份,镍渣砂220-360份,砂320-500份,石1070-1200份,以上组分是按照配成混凝土强度等级为C25-C40的混凝土配比,镍渣粉取代水泥量为10%-15%,镍渣砂取代砂的量为30%-50%,水胶比为0.45-0.6,砂率为35%_40%。

[0016] 镍渣混凝土的制备,各原料组分混合均匀的步骤如下:
(1)先将称量好的砂和镍渣砂混合在一起搅拌均匀,然后将称量好的水泥和镍渣粉混合均匀,也一起倒入搅拌机中搅拌均匀;
(2)将称量好的石子倒入搅拌机内,然后再一起搅拌均匀;
(3)将称量好水分2-3次加入到搅拌机内,搅拌均匀。

(镍渣砂占细集料的总质量为50%),天然碎石质量为1072kg,砂率为40%,此配合比是按每
立方米镍渣混凝土所需原材料的质量进行配制。该混凝土具有良好的工作性能,并且混凝
土在3天、7天、28天的抗压强度均高于未掺镍渣砂和镍渣粉的混凝土强度,镍渣粉和镍渣
砂的掺入节约了水泥和天然砂的用量,降低了混凝土的生产成本,具有良好的社会经济效.、

5.如权利要求1所述的镍渣混凝土的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤: (1)将所述重量份的砂和镍渣砂混合并搅拌均匀,将所述重量份的水泥和镍渣粉混合均匀,将混合均匀的砂、镍渣砂以及混合均匀的水泥、镍渣粉倒入搅拌机中搅拌均匀; (2)将所述重量份的石子倒入搅拌机内搅拌均匀; (3)将所述重量份的水分2-3次加入到搅拌机内,搅拌均匀,得到镍渣混凝土。
