本发明公开了一种锅炉的喷码装置,包括有移动锅炉用的运输带,所述运输带上设置有夹具用来安装固定锅炉,所述运输带的一侧设置有支架,并在支架上设置有喷码枪,所述运输带的另一侧设置有座板,所述座板上设置有气缸座,并在气缸上设置有抵板;通过在运输带上设置有喷码枪来对锅炉进行喷码。本发明结构简单、操作方便、大幅度提高了锅炉的喷码效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及喷码技术领域,尤其涉及一种对锅炉进行流水线喷码的装置。
背景技术
锅炉是生活中常用的生产热水的设备之一,常用的锅炉体积均较大,不易搬运,在生产完成后,通常会在锅炉的表面喷涂一些用于表示的文字或图案,传统的喷码均是工人拿着喷码枪进行喷涂,这种喷涂效率较为低下,且浪费劳动成本,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种锅炉的喷码装置,通过在运输带上设置有喷码枪来对锅炉进行喷码,以解决现有在锅炉表面喷码效率低下的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种锅炉的喷码装置,包括有移动锅炉用的运输带,所述运输带上设置有夹具用来安装固定锅炉,所述运输带的一侧设置有支架,并在支架上设置有喷码枪,所述运输带的另一侧设置有座板,所述座板上设置有气缸座,并在气缸上设置有抵板。
进一步改进在于:所述喷码枪后方的运输带上设置有冷却室,所述冷却室内设置有温度传感器。
进一步改进在于:所述喷码枪与支架之间连接有旋转臂,所述旋转臂的中部设置有万向节,使得旋转臂可以带动喷码枪移动。
进一步改进在于:所述支架上设置有支板,在所述支板的表面设置有抹布,旋转臂会带动喷码枪的喷嘴接触抹布。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在运输带上设置有支架用来安装喷码枪,再由旋转臂操作喷码枪对运输带上的锅炉进行流水式喷码,并且设置有可伸缩的抵板用来固定锅炉,以提高喷码的效果。本发明结构简单、操作方便、大幅度提高了锅炉的喷码效率。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1、2所示,本实施例提供了一种锅炉的喷码装置,包括有移动锅炉用的运输带1,所述运输带1上设置有夹具2用来安装固定锅炉3,所述运输带1的一侧设置有支架4,并在支架4上设置有喷码枪5,所述运输带1的另一侧设置有座板6,所述座板6上设置有气缸座7,并在气缸8上设置有抵板9。所述喷码枪5后方的运输带1上设置有冷却室10,所述冷却室10内设置有温度传感器11。所述喷码枪5与支架4之间连接有旋转臂12,所述旋转臂12的中部设置有万向节13,使得旋转臂可以带动喷码枪移动。所述支架4上设置有支板14,在所述支板14的表面设置有抹布15,喷码枪在喷码后,旋转臂会带动喷码枪的喷嘴接触抹布,用以擦拭吊喷嘴的残留物。
通过在运输带1上设置有支架4用来安装喷码枪5,再由旋转臂12操作喷码枪5对运输带1上的锅炉3进行流水式喷码,并且设置有可伸缩的抵板9用来固定锅炉,以提高喷码的效果。本发明结构简单、操作方便、大幅度提高了锅炉的喷码效率。

1.一种锅炉的喷码装置,包括有移动锅炉用的运输带(1),其特征在于:所述运输带(1)上设置有夹具(2)用来安装固定锅炉(3),所述运输带(1)的一侧设置有支架(4),并在支架(4)上设置有喷码枪(5),所述运输带(1)的另一侧设置有座板(6),所述座板(6)上设置有气缸座(7),并在气缸(8)上设置有抵板(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的锅炉的喷码装置,其特征在于:所述喷码枪(5)后方的运输带(1)上设置有冷却室(10),所述冷却室(10)内设置有温度传感器(11)。
3.如权利要求1所述的锅炉的喷码装置,其特征在于:所述喷码枪(5)与支架(4)之间连接有旋转臂(12),所述旋转臂(12)的中部设置有万向节(13),使得旋转臂可以带动喷码枪移动。
4.如权利要求3所述的锅炉的喷码装置,其特征在于:所述支架(4)上设置有支板(14),在所述支板(14)的表面设置有抹布(15),旋转臂会带动喷码枪的喷嘴接触抹布。
