本发明涉及一种人造革。
背景技术
一般的人造革具有了手感细腻,延展性柔韧性好等一些天然皮革具有的优点,可是在透气性能方便确实欠佳,对实际使用造成一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种透气功能强大的人造革。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种布料整体紧实牢靠透气人造革,下层为基质层,上层为面层,所述基质层为超细纤维做成的水刺布,所述面层为聚氨酯做成,面层设有许多细孔,所述面层的配方由聚酯多元醇混合物、聚碳酸酯多元醇、小分子多元醇、4,4- 二苯基甲烷二异异氰酸酯、有机溶剂、催化剂、终止剂、抗氧化剂、滑爽剂、湿润分散剂组成,所述的聚酯多元醇混合物由数均分子量为2000~3000g/mol 的聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇和数均分子量为2000~3000g/mol 的聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇组成,其中聚己二酸乙二醇酯二醇占聚酯多元醇混合物的20~80wt%,聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇占聚酯多元醇混合物的80~20wt%,所述的聚碳酸酯多元醇为聚碳酸1,6- 己二醇酯二醇,所述的小分子多元醇由乙二醇和1,4- 丁二醇组成,其中乙二醇占小分子多元醇的50~100wt%,1,4- 丁二醇占小分子多元醇的50~0wt%,以聚氨酯树脂的总质量计,上述各组分的质量含量如下:聚酯多元醇混合物2~12% ;聚碳酸酯多元醇8~20% ;小分子多元醇0.5~1% ;4,4- 二苯基甲烷二异异氰酸酯8~12% ;有机溶剂55~78% ;催化剂0.01~0.2% ;终止剂0.04~0.06% ;抗氧化剂0.8~1.5% ;滑爽剂0.8~1.5% ;润湿分散剂0.8~1.5%。所述基质层背面复合有衬里层,所述衬里层的组织结构由从左往右的六十八条纬面组织或者经面组织构成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明由于基质层为超细纤维做成的水刺布,面层设有细孔,使得该人造革的透气性能大大加强。
本衬里层采用经纱纬纱相互交错编织的设计,使得布料整体紧实,牢靠,按照花型的弧度提花,整体布面看上去比较圆润,在市场竞争中具有比较强的竞争力。
