本发明提供了一种汽车内饰面料。它解决了现有面料的结构过于简单,没有阻燃、防水、防污的功能,使用单一等技术问题。本汽车内饰面料,包括上层、中间层和下层,上层与中间层的厚度之比为3:10,下层与中间层的厚度比为1:5,上层为平织布层,中间层为海绵层,下层为印花无纺布层,上层、中间层和下层依次相邻,并通过火焰复合技术复合在一起;上层上还依次设置有防潮层、抗菌层和抗静电层,防潮层与中间层的厚度比为1:5,抗菌层与中间层的厚度比为1:8,抗静电层与中间层的厚度比为1:10,下层上还设置有吸音层,吸音层与中间层的厚度比为1:4。本发明具有通用性强的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车内饰面料。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,汽车已成为身份、展示个性的载体,人们对汽车的舒适性、豪华性、安全性及环保性提出了新的要求,因此,汽车工业的高速发展也给纺织材料的应用带来了新的机遇。汽车用纺织品可分为两大类:装饰性纺织品和功能性纺织品。汽车用纺织品在增强汽车的外观和提高汽车的性能上扮演着重要的角色。纺织品做汽车内装饰材料可改善汽车的美观性和舒适性;纺织品优良的理化性能和易于加工的特点,使其具有特殊的功能,从而在提高汽车的性能上也发挥着重要的作用。
经检索,如中国专利文献公开了一种汽车内饰件用装饰面料【申请号:01254815.4;公开号:CN 2510359】。这种汽车内饰件用装饰面料,其特征在于,它是由一层编织布、一层无纺布粘制而成。
该专利中公开的面料虽然能够降低成本,但是,该面料的结构过于简单,没有阻燃、防水、防污的功能,使用单一,因此,设计出一种汽车内饰面料是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种汽车内饰面料,该汽车内饰面料具有通用性强的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种汽车内饰面料,其特征在于,包括上层、中间层和下层,上层与中间层的厚度之比为3:10,下层与中间层的厚度比为1:5,上层为平织布层,中间层为海绵层,下层为印花无纺布层,上层、中间层和下层依次相邻,并通过火焰复合技术复合在一起;上层上还依次设置有防潮层、抗菌层和抗静电层,防潮层与中间层的厚度比为1:5,抗菌层与中间层的厚度比为1:8,抗静电层与中间层的厚度比为1:10,下层上还设置有吸音层,吸音层与中间层的厚度比为1:4。
采用以上结构,该面料主要包括上层、中间层和下层,且上层上还依次设置有防潮层、抗菌层和抗静电层,下层上还设置有吸音层,可使其具有防潮、抗菌、抗静电和隔音的特性,能广泛用于各种复杂的环境中,通用性强。
所述上层的厚度为0.3mm。
所述中间层的厚度为1mm。
所述下层的厚度为0.2mm。
所述防潮层的材料为树脂,防潮层的厚度为0.2mm。
采用以上材料,可使防潮层具有较好的防潮效果。
所述抗菌层采用竹炭纤维制成,抗菌层的厚度为0.125mm。
采用以上材料,可使抗菌层具有较好的抗菌效果,避免滋生细菌。
所述抗静电层采用导电纤维制成,抗静电层的厚度为0.1mm。
采用以上材料,可使抗静电层具有较好的抗静电能力。
所述吸音层的材料为吸音棉,吸音层的厚度为0.25mm。
采用以上材料,可使吸音层具有较好的吸音效果,减少外界噪音进入车内。
所述抗静电层上通过可拆卸结构还设置有若干装饰条,装饰条上具有凸出的若干挂持部;所述可拆卸结构包括子扣和母扣,子扣固定在装饰条上,母扣固定在抗静电层上,子扣能扣合在母扣上。
采用以上结构,通过装饰条可对汽车顶篷进行较好的装饰,增强其视觉效果,装饰效果好;通过将子扣扣合在母扣上,可快速将装饰条固定在抗静电层上,拆卸方便。
与现有技术相比,本汽车内饰面料具有以下优点:
1、本发明中以上层、中间层和下层主要层,且上层上还依次设置有防潮层、抗菌层和抗静电层,下层上还设置有吸音层,可使其具有防潮、抗菌、抗静电和隔音的特性,能广泛用于各种复杂的环境中,通用性强。
2、通过装饰条可对汽车顶篷进行较好的装饰,增强其视觉效果,装饰效果好。
3、通过将子扣扣合在母扣上,可快速将装饰条固定在抗静电层上,拆卸方便。

如图1、图2所示,本汽车内饰面料,包括上层3、中间层2和下层1,上层3与中间层2的厚度之比为3:10,下层1与中间层2的厚度比为1:5,上层3为平织布层,中间层2为海绵层,下层1为印花无纺布层,上层3、中间层2和下层1依次相邻,并通过火焰复合技术复合在一起,在本实施例中,火焰复合技术可通过火焰复合机实现;上层3上还依次设置有防潮层4、抗菌层5和抗静电层6,防潮层4与中间层2的厚度比为1:5,抗菌层5与中间层2的厚度比为1:8,抗静电层6与中间层2的厚度比为1:10,下层1上还设置有吸音层7,吸音层7与中间层2的厚度比为1:4;采用该结构,该面料主要包括上层3、中间层2和下层1,且上层3上还依次设置有防潮层4、抗菌层5和抗静电层6,下层1上还设置有吸音层7,可使其具有防潮、抗菌、抗静电和隔音的特性,能广泛用于各种复杂的环境中,通用性强。
上层3的厚度为0.3mm。
中间层2的厚度为1mm。
下层1的厚度为0.2mm。
防潮层4的材料为树脂,防潮层4的厚度为0.2mm;采用该材料,可使防潮层4具有较好的防潮效果。
抗菌层5采用竹炭纤维制成,抗菌层5的厚度为0.125mm;采用该材料,可使抗菌层5具有较好的抗菌效果,避免滋生细菌。
抗静电层6采用导电纤维制成,抗静电层6的厚度为0.1mm;采用该材料,可使抗静电层6具有较好的抗静电能力。
吸音层7的材料为吸音棉,吸音层7的厚度为0.25mm;采用该材料,可使吸音层7具有较好的吸音效果,减少外界噪音进入车内。
抗静电层6上通过可拆卸结构还设置有若干装饰条8,在本实施例中,装饰条8的数量为一百个;装饰条8上具有凸出的若干挂持部8a,在本实施例中,每根装饰条8上挂持部8a的数量为三个;可拆卸结构包括子扣9和母扣10,子扣9固定在装饰条8上,子扣9通过缝合线固定在装饰条8上;母扣10固定在抗静电层6上,母扣10通过胶带固定在抗静电层6上;子扣9能扣合在母扣10上;采用该结构,通过装饰条8可对汽车顶篷进行较好的装饰,增强其视觉效果,装饰效果好;通过将子扣9扣合在母扣10上,可快速将装饰条8固定在抗静电层6上,拆卸方便。

1.一种汽车内饰面料,其特征在于,包括上层、中间层和下层,上层与中间层的厚度之比为3:10,下层与中间层的厚度比为1:5,上层为平织布层,中间层为海绵层,下层为印花无纺布层,上层、中间层和下层依次相邻,并通过火焰复合技术复合在一起;上层上还依次设置有防潮层、抗菌层和抗静电层,防潮层与中间层的厚度比为1:5,抗菌层与中间层的厚度比为1:8,抗静电层与中间层的厚度比为1:10,下层上还设置有吸音层,吸音层与中间层的厚度比为1:4;所述抗静电层上通过可拆卸结构还设置有若干装饰条,装饰条上具有凸出的若干挂持部;所述可拆卸结构包括子扣和母扣,子扣固定在装饰条上,母扣固定在抗静电层上,子扣能扣合在母扣上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰面料,其特征在于,所述上层的厚度为0.3mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车内饰面料,其特征在于,所述中间层的厚度为1mm。
