Liquid prickly-heat lotion for infants and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to prickly heat lotion, in particular to liquid prickly heat lotion for infants and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Miliaria (milieria) is a rash that develops as a result of the retention of perspiration due to the occlusion of the ducts of the eccrine glands. It usually occurs in hot, humid climates, such as tropical and temperate summer humid climates. It is presumed that an exopolysaccharide substance produced by staphylococcus epidermidis blocks sweat discharged from the skin surface, and finally forms a reverse pressure to cause rupture of sweat glands or ducts at different parts, and the excessive sweat flows into adjacent tissues to form miliaria.
The Chinese invention patent with publication number 103202876A and publication number 2013, 7 month and 17 days discloses prickly heat powder which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 13-17 parts of kiwi fruit root, 18-22 parts of honeysuckle, 8-12 parts of pearl powder, 13-17 parts of calamine, 22-27 parts of talcum powder, 1-3 parts of borneol, 1-3 parts of menthol, 3-5 parts of moongrass, 3-7 parts of sargentgloryvine stem, 1-5 parts of groundsel, 2-6 parts of rabdosia rubescens, 4-8 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 2-6 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of acalypha australis and 4-8 parts of phoenix-tail fern.
Chinese patent publication No. 103202971A and Kokai No. 2013-07-17 disclose a powder for treating miliaria by using butterflybush flower, which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 13-17 parts of butterflybush flower, 4-8 parts of cortex acanthopanacis, 3-7 parts of callicarpa bodinieri, 8-12 parts of kiwi fruit root, 1-5 parts of barbed skullcap herb, 13-17 parts of honeysuckle, 8-12 parts of coix seed, 1-3 parts of menthol, 3-5 parts of sophora flavescens root, 3-7 parts of sargentgloryvine stem, 4-6 parts of bunge corydalis herb, 13-17 parts of calamine, 6-10 parts of tinospora cordifolia, 20-24 parts of talcum powder and 1-2 parts of borneol; the formula is ground into powder of 80 meshes and mixed.
According to the technical scheme and the commercially available infant summer prickly heat powder, the use is inconvenient due to the fact that the powder is in a multi-position powder form, and the use is inconvenient due to the fact that the powder is in a multi-position powder form.

1. and (3) weighing control: and one person weighs and one person rechecks each time of weighing.
2. Temperature and speed control: when the material is melted, the correct temperature control is set, and the temperature control is corrected.
3. When homogenizing, 2500-; the wall scraping speed is 35-40r/min, and the wall scraping stirring time is 2-5 h; the wall scraping speed of the added phase C is 20-40r/min, and 1-3h, which depends on the viscosity of the frost body.
4. The xanthan gum or carbomer in the phase B needs to be weighed in advance, and the xanthan gum or carbomer is heated after being homogenized and swelled completely.
5. The pH and the viscosity of the paste can be adjusted by changing the addition amount of triethanolamine.
The production process comprises the following steps:
firstly, cleaning and disinfecting machine equipment.
Secondly, heating the weighed component A to 80-90 ℃, keeping for 20min after complete dissolution, and sterilizing; homogenizing the weighed component B for 20-30min, continuously stirring for 35-40r/min, heating to 80-85 deg.C after it is completely swelled, maintaining for 20min, and sterilizing.
And thirdly, starting the emulsifying pot, adding the component B, adding the component A into the component B, starting stirring and homogenizing. Setting homogenizing time at 12-18min, scraping wall at 35-40r/min, starting condensate water when homogenizing for 8min, cooling to 60-65 deg.C, and starting homogenizing for 8min again. After homogenizing, starting a vacuum pump, setting the vacuum degree to be 0.05-0.07MPa, adjusting the stirring speed to 20-40r/min, stopping the condensate water when the temperature in the pot is reduced to about 50 ℃, continuously cooling and stirring, and maintaining the vacuum for not less than 30 min.
Fifthly, when the temperature is reduced to about 40-45 ℃, adding the component C, vacuumizing to 0.05-0.07MPa, stirring for 20-40r/min for 1-3h, and stirring uniformly.
