本发明涉及一种治疗厌食的凉皮及其制备方法。由下列原料制备而成,均为重量份:白术5‑7,炙甘草5‑7,玄参5,桔梗4,当归7,葡萄15,紫米粉8,稻米粉10,番茄10,绿茶粉20、红薯淀粉35、明矾0.5‑1,百合15‑20,萝芙木3,铁包金3,黄开口3‑6,胡颓子叶4‑7,人面子叶5。本发明的治疗厌食的凉皮以中草药为主要原料,组方独特,配伍合理,起到补中益气、活血化瘀、健脾养身、养血生津、理气化淤等功效,用于治疗儿童食欲不振,饮食不化,自汗盗汗,面黄瘦弱等症状,疗程短,疗效明显,无任何毒副作用。

本发明属于食品领域,尤其是涉及一种治疗厌食的凉皮及其制备方法。
背景技术
厌食是小儿常见的脾胃病证,主要是由喂养不当,饮食不节,气液耗伤 导致脾胃功能受损 ;临床以患儿长期食欲不振,厌恶进食,面色少华,形体消瘦为特点,致使 小儿营养不良,严重影响着小儿身体发育及健康成长,成为小儿家长的心病 ;目前,为了调理脾胃和补气,已经研究出很多健脾或是补气的产品,但是其功能都是较为单一的,不能在健脾的同时进行补气。
而且针对脾胃病证的药物,尤其是中药,儿童对其很抗拒,很少主动合作,使家长很困恼。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种治疗厌食的凉皮,该治疗厌食的凉皮能同时健脾、补气,味美,儿童喜欢,服用不抗拒。
本发明的另一目的就是提供上述治疗厌食的凉皮的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种治疗厌食的凉皮,由下列原料制备而成,均为重量份:白术5-7,炙甘草5-7,玄参5,桔梗4, 当归7,葡萄15,紫米粉8,稻米粉10,番茄10,绿茶粉20、红薯淀粉 35、明矾 0.5-1,百合15-20,萝芙木3,铁包金3,黄开口3-6,胡颓子叶4-7,人面子叶5。
所述的治疗厌食的凉皮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)白术、炙甘草、玄参、桔梗、当归、百合、萝芙木、铁包金、黄开口、胡颓子叶、人面子叶用纱布包裹,加入总质量 6-8 倍的水,加热熬煮 1-2 小时,熬煮完成后,将纱布捞出,过滤;
(2)葡萄、番茄榨取果汁;
(3)将紫米粉、稻米粉、绿茶粉、红薯淀粉混合,然后加入上述熬煮液和适量的水, 加热搅拌,加热过程中加入称取的明矾,然后再加入果汁待锅内液体凝固后,停止加热,即得。
其中,桔梗、萝芙木均经盐水炮制,黄开口、人面子叶均经醋炮制。
下面对各原料的药理功效进行说明。
炙甘草,有补脾益气、清热解毒、化痰止咳、缓急止痛、调和诸药之功,具有肾上腺皮质激素样作用,有抗溃疡、抗炎等作用。
白术:性味归经:苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经。功能主治:健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎。用于脾虚食少、腹胀泄泻、痰饮眩悸、水肿、自汗、胎动不安。
当归,别名干归、秦哪、西当归、岷当归、金当归、当归身、涵归尾、当归曲、土当归,多年生草本,高0.4-1米。花期6-7月,果期7-9月。其根可入药,是最常用的中药之一。具有补血和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠、抗癌、抗老防老、免疫之功效。
紫米的主要成分是赖氨酸、色氨酸、维生素B1、维生素B2、叶酸、蛋白质、脂肪等多种营养物质,以及铁、锌、钙、磷等人体所需矿物元素。紫米有补血益气、暖脾胃的功效,对于胃寒痛、消渴、夜尿频密等症有一定疗效。此外,糯性紫米粒大饱满,黏性强。而且紫米饭清香、油亮、软糯可口,营养价值和药用价值都比较高,具有补血、健脾、理中及治疗神经衰弱等功效。
人面子叶:解毒敛疮。主烂疮;褥疮。
玄参:性味归经: 味甘、苦、咸; 性微寒。归肺,胃,肾经。功效:清热凉血,泻火解毒,滋阴。主治:温热病热和营血、身热、烦渴、舌绛、发斑、骨蒸劳嗽、虚烦不寤、津伤便秘、目涩昏花、咽喉喉肿痛、瘰疬痰核、痈疽疮毒。
桔梗:归经:肺经。功效:宣肺、祛痰、利咽、排脓、利五脏、补气血、补五劳、养气。主治:咳嗽痰多、咽喉肿痛、肺痈吐脓、胸满胁痛、痢疾腹痛、口舌生疮、目赤肿痛、小便癃闭。
葡萄:补血,健胃,益气,滋肾。
稻米粉:水稻:有健脾和胃,壮气力,强肌肉之功。
番茄:有健脾开胃,生津止渴之功。用于食欲不振,热病,口渴等。
绿茶粉:维他命C的抗氧化功效,这种类黄酮也是珍贵营养品,所以它对维持皮肤美白,可谓是有珍品级的效果。绿茶粉可以用来做面膜,清洁皮肤、补水控油、淡化痘印、促进皮肤损伤恢复;也可以加入优酸乳、酸奶或苹果汁吃,对缓解便秘、瘦身美体、减肥有促进作用。
红薯淀粉中的红薯含有多种人体需要的营养物质。每500克红薯约可产热能635千卡,含蛋白质(蛋白质食品)11.5克、糖14.5克、脂肪1克、磷100毫克、钙90毫克、铁(铁食品)2克,胡萝卜素0.5毫克,另含有维生B1、B2、C与尼克酸、亚油(油食品)酸等。其中维生素B1、B2的含量分别比大米高6倍和3倍。特别是红薯含有丰富的赖氨酸,而大米、面粉恰恰缺乏赖氨酸。但是很多发人却还没有意识到。
百合:百合科草本植物百合、细叶百合或卷丹的鳞茎。味甘,性微寒。可清热,养阴,润肺,宁神。
萝芙木:功能主治镇静,降压,活血止痛,清热解毒。用于高血压病,头痛,眩晕,失眠,高热不退;外用治跌打损伤,毒蛇咬伤。
铁包金:根、叶药用,有止咳、祛痰、散疼之功效,治跌打损伤和蛇咬伤。
黄开口:性味和功用 微酸、涩,凉。止血,降血压,解蛇毒。用于降血压,肺结核咯血;外用治毒蛇咬伤,外伤出血。
胡颓子叶:性味:酸,平,无毒。功用主治:治咳嗽气喘,咳血,痈疽,外伤出血。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的治疗厌食的凉皮以中草药为主要原料,组方独特,配伍合理,起到补中益气、活血化瘀、健脾养身、养血生津、理气化淤等功效,用于治疗儿童食欲不振,饮食不化,自汗盗汗,面黄瘦弱等症状,疗程短,疗效明显,无任何毒副作用。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:一种治疗厌食的凉皮,由下列原料制备而成,均为重量份:白术5-7,炙甘草5-7,玄参5,桔梗4, 当归7,葡萄15,紫米粉8,稻米粉10,番茄10,绿茶粉20、红薯淀粉 35、明矾 0.5-1,百合15-20,萝芙木3,铁包金3,黄开口3-6,胡颓子叶4-7,人面子叶5。
所述的治疗厌食的凉皮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)白术、炙甘草、玄参、桔梗、当归、百合、萝芙木、铁包金、黄开口、胡颓子叶、人面子叶用纱布包裹,加入总质量 6-8 倍的水,加热熬煮 1-2 小时,熬煮完成后,将纱布捞出,过滤;
(2)葡萄、番茄榨取果汁;
(3)将紫米粉、稻米粉、绿茶粉、红薯淀粉混合,然后加入上述熬煮液和适量的水, 加热搅拌,加热过程中加入称取的明矾,然后再加入果汁待锅内液体凝固后,停止加热,即得。
其中,桔梗、萝芙木均经盐水炮制,黄开口、人面子叶均经醋炮制。
为使本发明达到最佳效果,每天食用200g凉皮即可。
刘某,女,现年8岁,济南人,食欲不振,身体消瘦,每天食用本实施200g凉皮,3天后胃口大开,面色变红润,一周后体重增重1kg,面色红润、精力充沛。

1.一种治疗厌食的凉皮,其特征在于,由下列原料制备而成,均为重量份:白术5-7,炙甘草5-7,玄参5,桔梗4, 当归7,葡萄15,紫米粉8,稻米粉10,番茄10,绿茶粉20、红薯淀粉35、明矾 0.5-1,百合15-20,萝芙木3,铁包金3,黄开口3-6,胡颓子叶4-7,人面子叶5。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的治疗厌食的凉皮的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)白术、炙甘草、玄参、桔梗、当归、百合、萝芙木、铁包金、黄开口、胡颓子叶、人面子叶用纱布包裹,加入总质量 6-8 倍的水,加热熬煮 1-2 小时,熬煮完成后,将纱布捞出,过滤;
(2)葡萄、番茄榨取果汁;
(3)将紫米粉、稻米粉、绿茶粉、红薯淀粉混合,然后加入上述熬煮液和适量的水, 加热搅拌,加热过程中加入称取的明矾,然后再加入果汁待锅内液体凝固后,停止加热,即得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗厌食的凉皮的制备方法,其特征在于:桔梗、萝芙木均经盐水炮制,黄开口、人面子叶均经醋炮制。
