一种应用于液晶电视背光板的隐藏式FFC连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及连接器领域,尤其是一种应用于液晶电视背光板的隐藏式FFC连接器。
背景技术
传统液晶电视背光板的隐藏式连接器一般为线对板连接器,如CN201320217757所述,包括主体塑件以及设置于主体塑件内的金属端子,随着电视屏幕的物理分辨率越来越高,对电视画面中的每一个细节,每一个特写,都要求显示更为丰富的色彩。这就要求给屏幕背光板的LED灯珠信号要能单独进行控制,因此与之供电的连接器也要求PIN数要多,与灯珠进行一一对应。而传统线对板连接器,工艺繁杂。大PIN数时不仅增加了线路的布线复杂,并且线对板大PIN位也增加了接触性能的隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种应用于液晶电视背光板的隐藏式FFC连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,包括主体塑件设于主体塑件内的金属接线端子以及与连接器电连接的FFC线,所述主体塑件内插设有插接块,所述插接块上设有若干个间隔排列用于插接金属接线端子的插接槽,所述金属接线端子包括往一侧延伸的顶部以及与顶部相反侧延伸的底部,所述金属接线端子的底部用于为与PCB板相焊接的焊接部,所述主体塑件上位于金属接线端子顶部设有与FFC相电连接的连接口,所述连接口内设有若干个数量与金属接线端子顶部相一致的放置槽。
采用了上述结构后,由于插接块内设有若干个插接槽,连接口内设有若干个数量与金属接线端子顶部相一致的放置槽。只需将FFC线直接插入金属端子中,依靠FFC线本身的功能特性,就解决了以往采用大PIN数时,布线复杂,接触性能不稳定的技术难题。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述金属接线端子的顶部包括置于放置槽的延伸区以及由延伸区向上凸起的接触区,所述接触区包括两个设置于接触区上的金属凸点,所述两个金属凸点之间的连接带为拱形设置。
采用了上述结构后,两个金属凸点的设置在插接时,等于增加了新的接触点,增加了FFC线与金属接线端子之间连接的电稳定性。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述主体塑件顶部设有用于锁定FFC线的掀盖,所述掀盖包括盖体以及盖体两侧与主体塑件活动连接的转轴,所述主体塑件上设有与转轴相适配的限位槽,所述转轴可在限位槽内转动,并且掀盖方式为后掀式。
采用了上述结构后,掀盖为后掀的方式可方便FFC线在插入主体塑件时,起到锁定作用,方便了用户操作。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述FFC线包括连接端以及扩展端,所述连接端两侧设有防止FFC线从主体塑件上脱落的卡扣,所述卡扣为由连接端外侧边向内挖设的卡槽,所述金属凸点可卡于该卡槽中。
采用了上述结构后,卡扣的设置防止了FFC线从主体塑件上脱落,增强了连接结构的稳定性。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述金属端子的焊接部上设有塑胶后盖,所述塑胶后盖设有若干个金属端子连接槽,所述一个金属端子连接槽对应一个金属端子,并且塑胶后盖向上延伸,延伸端设有插接块,所述塑胶后盖上设有与该插接块相适配的插接槽。
采用了上述结构后,由于PCB板为铝基板,开孔侧边为金属材料,经常会出现静电干扰的情况,而塑胶后盖的设置可以切断PCB与金属接线端子之间的静电干扰。

具体实施方式
附图所示,包括主体塑件1设于主体塑件1内的金属接线端子2以及与连接器电连接的FFC线3,所述主体塑件1内插设有插接块4,所述插接块4上设有若干个间隔排列用于插接金属接线端子2的插接槽41,所述金属接线端子2包括往一侧延伸的顶部21以及与顶部相反侧延伸的底部22,所述金属接线端子2的底部22用于为与PCB板相焊接的焊接部,所述主体塑件上位于金属接线端子顶部21设有与FFC相电连接的连接口5,所述连接口5内设有若干个数量与金属接线端子顶部相一致的放置槽51。由于插接块内设有若干个插接槽,连接口内设有若干个数量与金属接线端子顶部相一致的放置槽51。只需将FFC线直接插入金属端子中,依靠FFC线3本身的功能特性,就解决了以往采用大PIN数时,布线复杂,接触性能不稳定的技术难题。
所述金属接线端子2的顶部21包括置于放置槽51的延伸区211以及由延伸区向上凸起的接触区212,所述接触区包括两个设置于接触区212上的金属凸点2121,所述两个金属凸点2121之间的连接带为拱形设置。两个金属凸点的设置在插接时,等于增加了新的接触点,增加了FFC线与金属接线端子之间连接的电稳定性。
所述主体塑件1顶部设有用于锁定FFC线的掀盖6,所述掀盖6包括盖体61以及盖体61两侧与主体塑件1活动连接的转轴62,所述主体塑件61上设有与转轴62相适配的限位槽,所述转轴可在限位槽内转动,并且掀盖方式为后掀式。掀盖为后掀的方式可方便FFC线3在插入主体塑件1时,起到锁定作用,方便了用户操作。
所述FFC线3包括连接端31以及扩展端32,所述连接端31两侧设有防止FFC线3从主体塑件上脱落的卡扣311,所述卡扣311为由连接端外侧边向内挖设的卡槽,所述金属凸点可卡于该卡槽中。卡扣的设置防止了FFC线从主体塑件上脱落,增强了连接结构的稳定性。所述金属端子的焊接部上设有塑胶后盖7,所述塑胶后盖7设有若干个金属端子连接槽71,所述一个金属端子连接槽对应一个金属端子,并且塑胶后盖向上延伸,延伸端设有插接块72,所述塑胶后盖上设有与该插接块72相适配的插接槽8。由于PCB板为铝基板,开孔侧边为金属材料,经常会出现静电干扰的情况,而塑胶后盖的设置可以切断PCB与金属接线端子之间的静电干扰。

Claims (5)

1.一种应用于液晶电视背光板的隐藏式FFC连接器,包括主体塑件设于主体塑件内的金属接线端子以及与连接器电连接的FFC线,其特征在于:所述主体塑件内插设有插接块,所述插接块上设有若干个间隔排列用于插接金属接线端子的插接槽,所述金属接线端子包括往一侧延伸的顶部以及与顶部相反侧延伸的底部,所述金属接线端子的底部用于为与PCB板相焊接的焊接部,所述主体塑件上位于金属接线端子顶部设有与FFC相电连接的连接口,所述连接口内设有若干个数量与金属接线端子顶部相一致的放置槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用于液晶电视背光板的隐藏式FFC连接器,其特征在于:所述金属接线端子的顶部包括置于放置槽的延伸区以及由延伸区向上凸起的接触区,所述接触区包括两个设置于接触区上的金属凸点,所述两个金属凸点之间的连接带为拱形设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的应用于液晶电视背光板的隐藏式FFC连接器,其特征在于:所述主体塑件顶部设有用于锁定FFC线的掀盖,所述掀盖包括盖体以及盖体两侧与主体塑件活动连接的转轴,所述主体塑件上设有与转轴相适配的限位槽,所述转轴可在限位槽内转动,并且掀盖方式为后掀式。
4.根据权利要求2所述的应用于液晶电视背光板的隐藏式FFC连接器,其特征在于:所述FFC线包括连接端以及扩展端,所述连接端两侧设有防止FFC线从主体塑件上脱落的卡扣,所述卡扣为由连接端外侧边向内挖设的卡槽,所述金属凸点可卡于该卡槽中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的应用于液晶电视背光板的隐藏式FFC连接器,其特征在于:所述金属端子的焊接部上设有塑胶后盖,所述塑胶后盖设有若干个金属端子连接槽,所述一个金属端子连接槽对应一个金属端子,并且塑胶后盖向上延伸,延伸端设有插接块,所述塑胶后盖上设有与该插接块相适配的插接槽。
