Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔热功能好的反光膜,包括由下往上依次设置的压敏胶层(2)、紫外线滤层(3)、热熔胶层(4)、反光层(5)、隔热层(6)和防粘污层(7)。本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置隔热层能够通过本发明起到隔热的作用,避免膜外侧的高低温影响膜内侧的温度,通过设置防粘污层能够提高反光膜的防污能力,防止灰尘、油污等污渍对反光膜的使用带来负面影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及反光膜领域,具体的说,是一种隔热功能好的反光膜。
背景技术
膜是具有选择性分离功能的材料,利用膜的选择性分离可实现固体、液体、气体、光线等的分离,这种分离过程为物理过程,不包含相的变化或者添加助剂。目前,膜技术在日常生活中也日益显示出它的重要作用和光明前景,其中以光学膜和水膜的作用尤为显著,光学膜常适用于建筑、汽车、摄影、电子元器件等领域,光学膜主要包含高透膜、高反膜、减反射膜、反光膜、遮光膜等等。
目前市场上的反光膜,其面层主要采用丙烯酸酯树脂,聚酯树脂,聚乙醇缩丁醛树脂,聚氯乙烯树脂,聚对本二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂和聚氨酯树脂等,这些树脂由于表面极性等原因,容易粘附灰尘,影响了反光膜的透明性,从而影响反光膜的最主要性能逆反射系数,降低了反光膜的主要功能,并且现有的反光膜逆反射性能较差、性能不稳定、不隔热、不隔离紫外线、厚度大、使用寿命短,不利于大规模的推广和使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、防污能力强的隔热功能好的反光膜。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:一种隔热功能好的反光膜,包括由下往上依次设置的压敏胶层、紫外线滤层、热熔胶层、反光层、隔热层和防粘污层。
所述的隔热层为由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚芳香酯和聚酯无纺布纤维制成的隔热层。
所述的反光层内设有若干个玻璃微珠,玻璃微珠与热熔胶层固定连接。
所述的玻璃微珠与热熔胶层之间设有反光膜。
所述的玻璃微珠为高折射率玻璃微珠。
所述的防粘污层采用硅油、石蜡或聚四氟乙烯树脂中的一种或多种制成。
所述的防粘污层设有防粘污层保护膜。
所述的压敏胶层外侧设有压敏胶层保护膜。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
(1)本发明通过设置隔热层能够通过本发明起到隔热的作用,避免膜外侧的高低温影响膜内侧的温度,通过设置防粘污层能够提高反光膜的防污能力,防止灰尘、油污等污渍对反光膜的使用带来负面影响;
(2)本发明通过选用硅油、石蜡或聚四氟乙烯树脂制成防粘污层,能够使反光膜的表面张力小于25mN/m,使反光膜不容易粘附灰尘,即使粘上灰尘后也容易清洗,并且具有良好的透明性,不影响原有反光膜的颜色和性能;
(3)本发明通过选用由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚芳香酯和聚酯无纺布纤维制成的隔热层能够使得隔热率大于或等于80%,其具有隔热效果好等优点,并且有利于防止高温对玻璃微珠的粘黏造成影响。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步地详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例:
如图1所示,本实施例中,一种隔热功能好的反光膜,包括由下往上依次设置的压敏胶层2、紫外线滤层3、热熔胶层4、反光层5、隔热层6和防粘污层7,本实施例中,所述的隔热层6为由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚芳香酯和聚酯无纺布纤维制成的隔热层,通过设置隔热层能够通过本发明起到隔热的作用,避免膜外侧的高低温影响膜内侧的温度,选用由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚芳香酯和聚酯无纺布纤维制成的隔热层能够使得隔热率大于或等于80%,其具有隔热效果好等优点,并且有利于防止高温对玻璃微珠的粘黏造成影响,本实施例中,所述的防粘污层7采用硅油、石蜡或聚四氟乙烯树脂中的一种或多种制成,通过设置防粘污层能够提高反光膜的防污能力,防止灰尘、油污等污渍对反光膜的使用带来负面影响,通过选用硅油、石蜡或聚四氟乙烯树脂制成防粘污层,能够使反光膜的表面张力小于25mN/m,使反光膜不容易粘附灰尘,即使粘上灰尘后也容易清洗,并且具有良好的透明性,不影响原有反光膜的颜色和性能。
本实施例中,所述的反光层5内设有若干个玻璃微珠51,玻璃微珠51与热熔胶层4固定连接,所述的玻璃微珠51为高折射率玻璃微珠,所述的玻璃微珠51与热熔胶层4之间设有反光膜,通过反光层5中的玻璃微珠51和反光膜52起到反光的作用。
本实施例中,所述的防粘污层7设有防粘污层保护膜8,通过设置防粘污层保护膜8有利于在运输时对防粘污层7起到保护的作用。
本实施例中,所述的压敏胶层2外侧设有压敏胶层保护膜1,通过设置压敏胶层保护膜1有利于在运输时对压敏胶层2起到保护的作用。

1.一种隔热功能好的反光膜,其特征在于:包括由下往上依次设置的压敏胶层(2)、紫外线滤层(3)、热熔胶层(4)、反光层(5)、隔热层(6)和防粘污层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热功能好的反光膜,其特征在于:所述的隔热层(6)为由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚芳香酯和聚酯无纺布纤维制成的隔热层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热功能好的反光膜,其特征在于:所述的反光层(5)内设有若干个玻璃微珠(51),玻璃微珠(51)与热熔胶层(4)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种隔热功能好的反光膜,其特征在于:所述的玻璃微珠(51)与热熔胶层(4)之间设有反光膜(52)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种隔热功能好的反光膜,其特征在于:所述的玻璃微珠(51)为高折射率玻璃微珠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热功能好的反光膜,其特征在于:所述的防粘污层(7)采用硅油、石蜡或聚四氟乙烯树脂中的一种或多种制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热功能好的反光膜,其特征在于:所述的防粘污层(7)设有防粘污层保护膜(8)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热功能好的反光膜,其特征在于:所述的压敏胶层(2)外侧设有压敏胶层保护膜(1)。
