本发明提供了一种蜗轮蜗杆减速机,蜗轮蜗杆减速机包括:壳体、第一蜗轮和蜗杆。所述壳体具有容置空间;所述第一蜗轮设置在所述容置空间内;所述蜗杆与所述第一蜗轮啮合;所述蜗杆位于所述第一蜗轮沿着所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机的轴向投影的投影区域,体积小、噪音低、价格便宜和组装方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及蜗轮蜗杆减速机领域,具体涉及一种蜗轮蜗杆减速机。
背景技术
蜗轮蜗杆减速机配合电机应用在多种场合,但由于传统蜗轮蜗杆减速机体积较大,不管是径向尺寸还是轴向尺寸都相比其他类型的减速机大。客户需要给蜗轮蜗杆减速机预留很大的径向尺寸,如果输出扭矩比较大,减速机的径向尺寸会更大。因此在一些要求体积小、功率大、外形美和噪音低等要求很严格的应用场合中,蜗轮蜗杆减速机作为输出部件往往会被否定。
目前,通常采用冠齿减速机代替传统蜗轮蜗杆减速机。但是,冠齿减速机价格太贵,一般是传统蜗轮蜗杆减速机的3倍,而且对冠齿和蜗杆加工精度要求很高,否则会有噪音问题。或者,通常采用双曲面直交轴减速机代替传统蜗轮蜗杆减速机。但是,双曲面直交轴减速机价格贵,而且双曲面直交轴减速机组装难度很高,难以大批量生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种体积小、噪音低、价格便宜和组装方便的蜗轮蜗杆减速机。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种蜗轮蜗杆减速机,所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机包括:
壳体,所述壳体具有容置空间;
第一蜗轮,所述第一蜗轮设置在所述容置空间内;
蜗杆,所述蜗杆与所述第一蜗轮啮合;所述蜗杆位于所述第一蜗轮沿着所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机的轴向投影的投影区域。
进一步地,所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机包括:
第二蜗轮,所述第二蜗轮与所述蜗杆直接啮合,使所述蜗杆通过所述第二蜗轮与所述第一蜗轮间接啮合;其中,所述第二蜗轮的直径小于所述第一蜗轮直径。
进一步地,所述蜗杆位于所述第一蜗轮和/或所述第二蜗轮沿着所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机的轴向投影的投影区域。
进一步地,所述第二蜗轮位于所述第一蜗轮沿着所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机的轴向投影的投影区域。
进一步地,所述壳体将所述第一蜗轮、所述第二蜗轮和所述蜗杆围成紧凑的矩形结构。
进一步地,所述矩形结构的径向尺寸为63mm。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供的蜗轮蜗杆减速机通过将蜗杆设置在第一蜗轮沿着蜗轮蜗杆减速机的轴向投影的投影区域,以减小蜗轮蜗杆减速机的径向尺寸,从而实现小体积化。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种蜗轮蜗杆减速机的结构示意图。结合图1至图6所示,本发明实施例提供的蜗轮蜗杆减速机包括:壳体1、第一蜗轮2和蜗杆3。所述壳体1具有容置空间。所述第一蜗轮2设置在所述容置空间内。所述蜗杆3与所述第一蜗轮2啮合。所述蜗杆3位于所述第一蜗轮2沿着所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机的轴向投影的投影区域,以减小蜗轮蜗杆减速机的径向尺寸,从而实现蜗轮蜗杆减速机的小体积化。
在本实施例中,蜗杆3与第一蜗轮2啮合,实现了蜗轮蜗杆减速机的减速功能。因此,本发明实施例提供的蜗轮蜗杆减速机,保留了传统蜗轮蜗杆减速机的优点(如,可实现90度转角输出),并且并未增加成本。
所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机进一步包括:第二蜗轮4。所述第二蜗轮4与所述蜗杆3直接啮合,使所述蜗杆3通过所述第二蜗轮4与所述第一蜗轮2间接啮合。其中,所述第二蜗轮4的直径小于所述第一蜗轮2直径。在本实施例中,蜗轮蜗杆减速机通过第二蜗轮4与蜗杆3啮合,实现第一级减速;通过第一蜗轮2与第二蜗轮4啮合,实现第二级减速,减速比可以做的更丰富,输出扭矩也可更大。同时,较传统的蜗轮蜗杆减速机具有相同减速比,相同输出扭矩,噪音较低。
具体实施时,所述第二蜗轮4的数量为1个,所述第二蜗轮4和所述第一蜗轮2直接啮合。在实际应用中,较现有技术中采用的冠齿减速机和双曲面直交轴减速机价格昂贵,而且组装复杂。而本发明仅仅是基于传统蜗轮蜗杆减速机多了一个小蜗轮,组装还是非常方便,易于实现大批量生产。
为了减小蜗轮蜗杆减速机的径向尺寸,上述发明实施例中所述的蜗杆3位于所述第一蜗轮2和/或所述第二蜗轮4沿着所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机的轴向投影的投影区域。
为了进一步减小蜗轮蜗杆减速机的径向尺寸,上述发明实施例中所述的第二蜗轮4位于所述第一蜗轮2沿着所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机的轴向投影的投影区域。
为了更进一步减小蜗轮蜗杆减速机的径向尺寸,上述发明实施例中所述的壳体1将所述第一蜗轮2、所述第二蜗轮4和所述蜗杆3围成紧凑的矩形结构。具体实施时,所述矩形结构的径向尺寸为63mm,而传统的蜗轮蜗杆减速机的径向尺寸63+35=98mm。因此,本发明实施例提供的蜗轮蜗杆减速机径向尺寸减小。在实际应用中,本发明实施例提供的蜗轮蜗杆减速机可以实现电机、减速机、制动器、编码器整体方案直径统一,适用于径向尺寸要求严格的应用场合。

1.一种蜗轮蜗杆减速机,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,所述壳体具有容置空间;
第一蜗轮,所述第一蜗轮设置在所述容置空间内;
蜗杆,所述蜗杆与所述第一蜗轮啮合;所述蜗杆位于所述第一蜗轮沿着所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机的轴向投影的投影区域;其中所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机的轴向与所述蜗杆的轴向同向;
第二蜗轮,所述第二蜗轮与所述蜗杆直接啮合,所述第二蜗轮与所述第一蜗轮直接啮合,使所述蜗杆通过所述第二蜗轮与所述第一蜗轮间接啮合;其中,所述第二蜗轮的直径小于所述第一蜗轮直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜗轮蜗杆减速机,其特征在于,所述第二蜗轮位于所述第一蜗轮沿着所述蜗轮蜗杆减速机的轴向投影的投影区域。
3.根据权利要求1~2中任一项所述的蜗轮蜗杆减速机,其特征在于,所述壳体将所述第一蜗轮、所述第二蜗轮和所述蜗杆围成紧凑的矩形结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蜗轮蜗杆减速机,其特征在于,所述矩形结构的径向尺寸为63mm。
