Abstract
本发明涉及一种带有止动环的深沟球轴承。其特征在于所述外圈的外壁向内凹陷形成一止动槽,且该止动槽内设有一止动环,止动环为一开口弹性部件,所述止动槽的深度与外圈的厚度比值为0.2‑0.3,所述保持架置于内圈和外圈之间,保持架包括架体、及贯穿于所述架体的厚度方向的多个保持孔,所述保持孔内均匀设有多个凹槽,凹槽内填充有润滑脂。本发明通过在外圈的外壁向内凹陷形成一止动槽,且该止动槽内设有一止动环,止动环可以将轴承本体在轴向上锁死,止动环可以限制两个方向的轴向移动,防止轴承本体跑偏。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有止动环的深沟球轴承。
背景技术
深沟球轴承是最具代表性的滚动轴承。与尺寸相同的其它类型轴承相比,该类轴承摩擦系数小,极限转速高,结构简单,制造成本低,精度高,无需经常维护,而且尺寸范围大、形式多,是应用最广的一类轴承。轴承在长时间工作后,轴承的外圈会发生跑偏,从而影响轴承的使用,影响工作效率。另外轴承运转时钢球直接与保持孔面接触,摩擦较大;在轴承运转过程中起润滑作用的润滑脂极易随着钢球的转动而被甩出,使用中常出现由于润滑不良而导致轴承的过早失效、破坏。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种带有止动环的深沟球轴承的技术方案。
所述的一种带有止动环的深沟球轴承,包括轴承本体,轴承本体包括内圈、外圈、钢球、保持架、密封圈和骨架,其特征在于所述外圈的外壁向内凹陷形成一止动槽,且该止动槽内设有一止动环,止动环为一开口弹性部件,所述止动槽的深度与外圈的厚度比值为0.2-0.3,所述保持架置于内圈和外圈之间,保持架包括架体、及贯穿于所述架体的厚度方向的多个保持孔,所述保持孔内均匀设有多个凹槽,凹槽内填充有润滑脂。
所述的带有止动环的深沟球轴承,其特征在于所述止动环的厚度与 止动槽的深度比值为3-4。
所述的带有止动环的深沟球轴承,其特征在于所述凹槽的深度为0.3-0.6mm。
所述的带有止动环的深沟球轴承,其特征在于所述钢球与保持孔的个数相等,且钢球置于保持孔内并通过铆钉连接。
所述的带有止动环的深沟球轴承,其特征在于所述轴承本体的两端面设置有密封圈,密封圈的内壁与骨架固定连接。
所述的带有止动环的深沟球轴承,其特征在于所述轴承本体内部注有润滑脂。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在外圈的外壁向内凹陷形成一止动槽,且该止动槽内设有一止动环,止动环可以将轴承本体在轴向上锁死,止动环可以限制两个方向的轴向移动,防止轴承本体跑偏;
2、本发明通过设置止动环为一开口弹性部件,可以方便止动环安装在止动槽内;
3、本发明通过设置止动槽的深度与外圈的厚度比值为0.2-0.3,若该比值太小,则止动环对轴承本体限制两个方向的轴向移动的能力降低,若该比值太大,则将外圈的强度减弱,所以限定止动槽的深度与外圈的厚度比值为0.2-0.3, 该比值范围下在不影响外圈强度的前提下使得止动环限制两个方向的轴向移动;
4、本发明通过设置保持孔内均匀设有多个凹槽,凹槽内填充有润滑脂,可以增加保持孔内的润滑能力,降低钢球和保持孔之间的摩擦力,提高了轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步说明:
参考图1至图2,一种带有止动环的深沟球轴承,包括轴承本体1,轴承本体1包括内圈2、外圈3、钢球4、保持架5、密封圈6和骨架7,所述外圈3的外壁向内凹陷形成一止动槽8,且该止动槽8内设有一止动环9,止动环9为一开口弹性部件,所述止动槽8的深度与外圈3的厚度比值为0.2-0.3,所述保持架5置于内圈2和外圈3之间,保持架5包括架体10、及贯穿于所述架体10的厚度方向的多个保持孔11,所述保持孔11内均匀设有多个凹槽12,凹槽12内填充有润滑脂。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过在外圈3的外壁向内凹陷形成一止动槽8,且该止动槽8内设有一止动环9,止动环9可以将轴承本体1在轴向上锁死,止动环9可以限制两个方向的轴向移动,防止轴承本体1跑偏。通过设置止动环9为一开口弹性部件,可以方便止动环9安装在止动槽8内。通过设置止动槽8的深度与外圈3的厚度比值为0.2-0.3,若该比值太小,则止动环9对轴承本体1限制两个方向的轴向移动的能力降低,若该比值太大,则将外圈3的强度减弱,所以限定止动槽8的深度与外圈3的厚度比值为0.2-0.3,该比值范围下在不影响外圈3强度的前提下使得止动环9限制两个方向的轴向移动。通过设置保持孔11内均匀设有多个凹槽12,凹槽12内填充有润滑脂,可以增加保持孔11内的润滑能力,降低钢球4和保持孔11之间的摩擦力,提高了轴承的使用寿命。
本发明进一步设置为:所述止动环9的厚度与止动槽8的深度比值为3-4。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过设置止动环9的厚度与止动槽8的深度比值为3-4,在止动槽8深度一定的前提下,止动环9的厚度越厚,对轴承限制两个方向的轴向移动的能力就越好,所以若该比值太小,则对轴承的限制移动能力太弱,但若该比值太大,则不方便止动环9的安装及使用,所以限定止动环9的厚度与止动槽8的深度比值为3-4,在该比值范围内对轴承限制两个方向的轴向移动的能力就越佳。

1.一种带有止动环的深沟球轴承,包括轴承本体,轴承本体包括内圈、外圈、钢球、保持架、密封圈和骨架,其特征在于所述外圈的外壁向内凹陷形成一止动槽,且该止动槽内设有一止动环,止动环为一开口弹性部件,所述止动槽的深度与外圈的厚度比值为0.2-0.3,所述保持架置于内圈和外圈之间,保持架包括架体、及贯穿于所述架体的厚度方向的多个保持孔,所述保持孔内均匀设有多个凹槽,凹槽内填充有润滑脂。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有止动环的深沟球轴承,其特征在于所述止动环的厚度与止动槽的深度比值为3-4。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带有止动环的深沟球轴承,其特征在于所述凹槽的深度为0.3-0.6mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带有止动环的深沟球轴承,其特征在于所述钢球与保持孔的个数相等,且钢球置于保持孔内并通过铆钉连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带有止动环的深沟球轴承,其特征在于所述轴承本体的两端面设置有密封圈,密封圈的内壁与骨架固定连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的带有止动环的深沟球轴承,其特征在于所述轴承本体内部注有润滑脂。
