本发明涉及一种自攻螺钉,包括头部和杆部,所述杆部包括设有外螺纹的柱形段、锥形段和带有旋切刀的切削段;所述柱形体一端与所述头部连接,另一端与所述锥形段的长径端连接;所述锥形段的短径端与所述切削段一端连接;所述切削端外圆直径小于所述柱形段;所述切削段由多组旋转切削刃组成,所述切削刃部旋转轨迹之间形成有流道槽。本发明的自攻螺钉,具有结构新颖、操作简便、节省工序、省时省力、降低成本、提高效率、安全可靠、使用寿命长、方便实用等优点,在自攻螺钉的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

一种自攻螺钉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺钉,具体涉及一种自攻螺钉,属于紧固件技术领域。
背景技术
近年来普及较多的手机,手提电脑以及便携式音乐播放器等电器产品中,从其轻重量化、小型化以及加工性良好来看多使用铝合金制成。在其上安装部件需要使用很多的螺钉。
一般自攻螺钉的端头( 尖端) 减小外直径而延伸,但在铝合金等薄型材的加工中,现有技术的自攻螺钉的螺距与螺杆直径比为1 :2.5-4 ;在紧固1mm 左右的铝合金薄型材的效果不好,相对而言,自攻螺钉螺距过宽,如采用小直径的自攻螺钉,紧固力量亦不够。上述现有技术未能解决此问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种过滤充分,且防腐蚀可清洗重复使用的高效芳纶浆液过滤装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种自攻螺钉,包括头部和杆部,所述杆部包括设有外螺纹的柱形段、锥形段和带有旋切刀的切削段;所述柱形段一端与所述头部连接,另一端与所述锥形段的长径端连接;所述锥形段的短径端与所述切削段一端连接;所述切削段外圆直径小于所述所述柱形段;所述切削段由多组旋转切削刃组成,所述切削刃部旋转轨迹之间形成有流道槽。
优选的,在所述切削段的末端且位于所述多组旋转切削刃之间处设有合金压头。
优选的,所述切削刃段外径为5-10mm。
优选的,所述头部的内端面位于所述螺纹杆部连接处周边为下凹的弧形槽面;所述弧形槽面上设有环形排气槽和多个嵌件成型于弧形槽面内的圆形永磁体。
优选的,所述环形排气槽具有两组,间隔设置且相互连通。
优选的,所述圆形永磁体具有多个,且呈环形等角度阵列。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如附图1、2所示,本发明所述的一种自攻螺钉,包括头部1和杆部2,杆部2包括设有外螺纹的柱形段3、锥形段4和带有旋切刀6的切削段5;柱形段3一端与所述头部1连接,另一端与所述锥形段4的长径端连接;所述锥形段4的短径端与所述切削段5一端连接;所述切削段5外圆直径小于所述所述柱形段3;所述切削段5由多组旋转切削刃7组成,切削刃段外径为5mm;在切削段5的末端且位于所述多组旋转切削刃7之间处设有合金压头9。本发明中,在末端合金压头9的设计会对加工工件进行初步的压切削,再由切削段的旋转切削刃7进入粗攻出所需孔状,显著地降低了螺钉旋进过程中的阻力。
在切削刃7部旋转轨迹之间形成有流道槽8,在螺钉自攻进入时产生的料屑从流道槽8流出。
本实施例中的头部1内端面为下凹的弧形槽面11;弧形槽面11上设有两组间隔设置且相互连通环形排气槽12和多个嵌件成型于弧形槽面内且呈环形等角度阵列的圆形永磁体13。
通过弧形槽面11和环形排气槽12设计,在紧固时将其接触面间的空气尽可能的排出,进而形成负压后,再圆形永磁体13的作用下,使其能够更加紧密的固定在被固定物上,在运输或使用过程中不仅能有效防止松动,而且增加了紧固性能,增加了运输的安全可靠性,从而可以避免引发安全事故。

1.一种自攻螺钉,包括头部和杆部,其特征在于:所述杆部包括设有外螺纹的柱形段、锥形段和带有旋切刀的切削段;所述柱形段一端与所述头部连接,另一端与所述锥形段的长径端连接;所述锥形段的短径端与所述切削段一端连接;所述切削段外圆直径小于所述所述柱形段;所述切削段由多组旋转切削刃组成,所述切削刃部旋转轨迹之间形成有流道槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自攻螺钉,其特征在于:在所述切削段的末端且位于所述多组旋转切削刃之间处设有合金压头。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自攻螺钉,其特征在于:所述切削刃段外径为5-10mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自攻螺钉,其特征在于:所述头部的内端面位于所述螺纹杆部连接处周边为下凹的弧形槽面;所述弧形槽面上设有环形排气槽和多个嵌件成型于弧形槽面内的圆形永磁体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种自攻螺钉,其特征在于:所述环形排气槽具有两组,间隔设置且相互连通。
