Description

本实用新型涉及一种钻孔、扩孔、自攻螺钉,适合于将木板或层压竹板等较软板材与金属板相连接。
现有的十字槽沉头自攻螺钉(GB846-76)使用时必须预先钻出底孔,而各种能钻孔、攻牙的自攻螺钉都是现有的螺钉与工厂中常用的现有的麻花钻或扁钻相组合而成,能适应一定的工作要求,如:日本专利JP昭    62-8645《钻头螺钉》、日本专利JP平    2-61642《钻头螺钉》等,由于排屑槽短,钻进时排除切屑不方便,螺纹的攻入是挤压作用,钻进阻力大,同时钻头螺钉没有扩孔功能,在旋进的过程中由于摩擦力的作用,更使阻力增大。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种能进行扩孔的钻孔、自攻丝的螺钉,它能有效地减小钻进阻力,使排屑方便,攻丝迅速,实现钻进、扩孔、锁固顺利地一次完成。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一个由具有回转扭矩传动用的头部[2]、与此相接的园柱形部分[7]、细长的螺钉本体[1]、前端的钻头部分[3]、排屑槽[5]组成的钻孔、扩孔、自攻丝螺钉,钻头的排屑槽[5]向上延伸与园锥形部分[4]相交形成丝锥的园锥形部分,并且由排屑槽[5]与螺钉本体[1]的螺纹部分相交而形成的两条锯齿状切削刃[6],能将钻头部分[3]在木板或层压竹板等较软板材上钻穿的孔扩孔至螺纹外径的尺寸,并且能在金属板上将钻头部分[3]钻出的底孔内切削出内螺纹。
在钻进的过程中,由于本实用新型的锯齿状切削刃具有扩孔功能和攻丝功能,且两条与螺钉本体轴线对置的排屑槽能将切屑顺利排出,从而减小进给阻力,减小发热,有利于整个钻孔、扩孔、自攻丝和锁固动作的顺利完成。
实用新型的具体结构由以下实施例及其附图给出。

下面结合附图详细说明依据本实用新型提出的钻孔、扩孔、自攻丝螺钉的细节及工作情况:
本实用新型是由现有的技术:钻头、丝锥与螺钉三者组合而成。它是由细长的螺钉本体[1]、后端与机械驱动装置相适应的头部[2]、前端的钻头部分[3]、丝锥的园锥形部分[4]以及由与螺钉本体轴线平行或成一定角度的两条直槽或螺旋槽的排屑槽[5](其角度在0°~35°之间)、由排屑槽[5]    与螺纹部分相交而形成的两条锯齿状切削刃[6]所组成。
本实用新型在机械的带动下,由头部[2]传递扭矩而旋转,其头部[2]可以是十字槽形沉头,内六角形园柱头或外六角形。首先由钻头部分[3]在木板或层压竹板等较软板材上钻孔,钻头部分[3]可以是现有的麻花钻或扁钻。接着,锯齿状切削刃[6]    进行扩孔,将板材的孔径扩大至螺纹外径的尺寸,待钻头部分[3]将金属板钻通后,两条锯齿状切削刃[6]进行金属板上通孔的攻丝,随着钻孔、扩孔、自攻丝螺钉的旋进,将木板或层压竹板等较软的板材紧固在金属板上。(见图4)
对于木板或层压竹板等的板材厚度大于6~8毫米时,最好在螺钉本体的后端做出一段小于螺钉外径的园柱部分[7],以减小钻进的摩擦阻力,便于机械化装配。(见图2)
对于较硬的板材,为了进一步提高钻进时的排屑功能,也可将两条排屑槽[5]进一步延长。(见图3)
本实用新型能多次使用,较之只能一次使用的带易折断扩孔刀刃的钻孔、扩孔、自攻螺钉,有更好的使用性能和更低的制造成本。

Claims (4)

1、一个由具有回转扭矩传动用的头部[2]、与此相接的园柱形部分[7]、细长的螺钉本体[1]、前端的钻头部分[3]、排屑槽[5]组成的钻孔、扩孔、自攻丝螺钉,其特征是钻头的排屑槽[5]向上延伸与园锥形部分[4]相交形成丝锥的园锥形部分,并且由排屑槽[5]与螺钉本体[1]的螺纹部分相交而形成的两条锯齿状切削刃[6]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的钻孔、扩孔、自攻丝螺钉,其特征是用于传递扭矩的头部[2]可以是十字槽形沉头,内六角形园柱头或外六角形。
3、根据权利要求1所述的钻孔、扩孔、自攻丝螺钉,其特征是前端的钻头部分[3]可以是现有的麻花钻或扁钻。
4、根据权利要求1所述的钻孔、扩孔、自攻丝螺钉,其特征是两条与螺钉本体轴线相对部置的排屑槽[5]是与螺钉本体轴线相平行或成一定角度的直槽或螺旋槽。
