一种新型墙体复合材料,复合材料是三明治结构,外层为玻璃薄膜,中间为发泡混凝土。其生产方法为将玻璃薄膜放卷铺平,在玻璃薄膜上涂覆发泡混凝土,在发泡混凝土的上面覆盖一层玻璃薄膜,滚压玻璃薄膜调整发泡混凝土的厚度,发泡混凝土固化形成玻璃混凝土复合材料板材,切割复合材料板材为墙体板材。

一种新型墙体复合材料及生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及到建材领域,特别是建材的墙体材料。
背景技术
墙体材料通常有红砖、青砖、混凝土砌块、发泡混凝土砌块等,这些墙体材料砌成墙体后还需粉刷装饰。一是施工过程复杂,二是成本相对较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种施工方便、防水防潮、保温隔热的墙体材料。本发明通过复合轻质板材实现简化施工的目的,通过复合板材的玻璃层实现墙体防水防潮的目的,通过采用发泡混凝土实现保温隔热的目的。所述的复合轻质板材是三明治结构,外层为玻璃薄膜,中间为发泡混凝土。所述的玻璃薄膜厚度为1到500微米,发泡混凝土的厚度为1到50厘米。

具体实施方法
实施例一
将玻璃薄膜放卷铺平,在玻璃薄膜上涂覆发泡混凝土,在发泡混凝土的上面覆盖一层玻璃薄膜,滚压玻璃薄膜调整发泡混凝土的厚度,发泡混凝土固化形成玻璃混凝土复合材料板材,切割复合材料板材为墙体板材。所述玻璃薄膜的厚度为1—500微米,优选10—30微米。所述发泡混凝土的厚度为1—500厘米,优选10到30厘米厚。
实施例二
将玻璃薄膜放卷铺平,在玻璃薄膜上涂覆发泡混凝土,在发泡混凝土的上面覆盖一层玻璃薄膜,滚压玻璃薄膜调整发泡混凝土的厚度,发泡混凝土固化形成玻璃混凝土复合材料板材,切割复合材料板材为墙体板材。所述玻璃薄膜的厚度为1—500微米,优选10—30微米。所述发泡混凝土为彩色发泡混凝土。所述发泡混凝土的厚度为1—500厘米,优选10到30厘米厚。
实施例三

将玻璃薄膜放卷铺平,在玻璃薄膜上涂覆颜料,颜料固化,在涂有颜料的玻璃薄膜上涂覆发泡混凝土,在发泡混凝土的上面覆盖一层玻璃薄膜,滚压玻璃薄膜调整发泡混凝土的厚度,发泡混凝土固化形成玻璃混凝土复合材料板材,切割复合材料板材为墙体板材。所述玻璃薄膜的厚度为1—500微米,优选10—30微米。所述发泡混凝土的厚度为1—500厘米,优选10到30厘米厚。
实施例五
将玻璃薄膜放卷铺平,在玻璃薄膜上喷绘图案,在喷绘图案的玻璃薄膜上涂覆发泡混凝土,在发泡混凝土的上面覆盖一层玻璃薄膜,滚压玻璃薄膜调整发泡混凝土的厚度,发泡混凝土固化形成玻璃混凝土复合材料板材,切割复合材料板材为墙体板材。所述玻璃薄膜的厚度为1—500微米,优选10—30微米。所述发泡混凝土的厚度为1—500厘米,优选10到30厘米厚。
实施例六
将喷绘有图案的玻璃薄膜放卷铺平,在喷绘图案的玻璃薄膜上涂覆发泡混凝土,在发泡混凝土的上面覆盖一层有喷绘图案的玻璃薄膜,滚压玻璃薄膜调整发泡混凝土的厚度,发泡混凝土固化形成玻璃混凝土复合材料板材,切割复合材料板材为墙体板材。所述玻璃薄膜的厚度为1—500微米,优选10—30微米。所述发泡混凝土的厚度为1—500厘米,优选10到30厘米厚。
上述实施例只是本发明的部分应用,不同材质的玻璃薄膜、不同的发泡混凝土及不同的生产工艺有诸多组合,这些组合都可以实现本发明。

1.一种墙体复合材料,其特征在于复合材料为三明治结构,外层为玻璃薄膜,中间为发泡混凝土。
2.根据权利要求1所述的墙体复合材料,其特征在于发泡混凝土为彩色发泡混凝土。
3.根据权利要求1所述的墙体复合材料,其特征在于玻璃薄膜为彩色玻璃薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的墙体复合材料,其特征在于玻璃薄膜的内侧涂覆有颜料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的墙体复合材料,其特征在于玻璃薄膜的内侧喷绘有图案。
